Generations of children have been charmed by the magical tale of the boy who never grew up, but Peter Pan is now on a list of banned movies. Bosses at Disney have blocked anyone under the age of seven from watching the 1953 animated classic on its streaming service over concerns that it portrays racial stereotypes, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. Three other long-standing family favourites–The Aristocats, Swiss Family Robinson and Dumbo–have also been removed from children’s accounts for breaching ‘content advisories’ that were recently put in place.(Snip)It is understood the main reason behind Peter Pan being blocked is because

O.K. Now I understand why I'm a racist, it's because I watched all those Disney movies growing up. Can I sue Disney?
Wait until they start banning all the movies that don't have homosexuals or use the politically correct pronouns in movies made in the past.

The simple solution to BLOCKERS, is TO BLOCK THEM on your TV and other devices. THEY shouldn't decide on what you can and can't view - YOU DECIDE unless you cede that censoring to them ... THEY shouldn't determine what's "good or bad," YOU should. Stop your money flow to BLOCKERS and see how long they'll censor your content. NOTE that BIG TECH censored the Biden Family scandal SO nobody noticed until the "midnight ballots" miraculously appeared. ALL of these censors block information to you with impunity because they hold you in utter disdain. Pay em back in kind.

so the disney bosses are admiting that the movies they make and sell are racists. And, that they themselves have to correct their mistakes, because the movies made all the bosses racist. Sure glad I had enough common sense to realize the movies did not depict real life. what idiots! but i will be happy to boycott all disney movies, products, parks, etc. just to help them out.

I can't believe they haven't labeled Peter Pan as a pedophile. But then again, pedophilia is in the Democrat's handbook isn't it?

If memory serves me, I seem to recall that the Nazis were the book burners. If that is true, why does the left refer to conservatives as Nazis and then do as the Nazis did? Hmmm, could be projection.

Does this mean I get reparations from Disney for the damage inflicted on me in my childhood by Dumbo, Peter Pan and the Aristocats? I'm a victim of systemic family programming!!!

Any child under 7 isn’t going to pick up any “racist” stereotypes from an old Disney movie. They’re shaped much more by their parents than the culture.
Like that old Tom T. Hall song said - “God bless little children while they’re still too young to hate.”

Was wondering what to do today, as I'm stuck inside with a broken ankle. But now, thanks to Disney, I can haul out some of my vast collection of racist videos. I think I'll start with 'Song of the South' and then enjoy 'Dumbo!'

Disney made their money off of these movies, so banning them isn't really a financial loss. They won't ban any of the REALLY big movies or the crap they've put out over the last ten years. They still have a financial stake with those movies. Disney's movies like almost every other aspect of the entertainment industry for the last ten or more years is geared toward girls. Boys don't exist in the Disney mindset. Thank God my son never really got into Disney stuff, except Woody and Buzz. When we asked if him if he wanted to go to Disney World when he was seven, he said no. He had no interest. Saved us a bundle of money.

Those under seven should probably be playing outside anyway - not watching TV.

Y’know, I always thought there was something creepy about an adult with stunted development, being so, so light on his loafers, prancing around in green tights. That’s exactly what I thought when I first saw Peter Pan in 1954, at eight. I have been scarred from that experience ever since. Thanks, Disney, for your far belated intervention!

How silly of me. I always assumed it was up to the parents to determine what their kids could and could not watch.
But how nice of Disney+ to take away that burden from parents and make it for them!!! I guess "1984" was just 35 years ahead of reality!!!

All of them wholesome characters and families. Just the type of things liberals hate. As we all can see these hypocrites have no morals, values or a soul. Political correctness has destroyed this country. Walt Disney must be turning in his grace. Appalling.

If someone wrote an article asserting that Peter Pan was homo, the movie would be back in favor in a New York minute.

No movies for you kiddies, but you can still go to “gay weekends” at Disney World and watch them swap spit and fondle each other in public.

Disney has completely withdrawn one of the most delightful movies they ever made: “Song of the South “.
Now they’ve gone completely overboard.
Hope they go broke.

Ironically, I’d never seen Song of the South and it was my very liberal teacher BIL (raised in Alabama) who brought us a bootleg VHS copy about 30 years ago. I still haven’t watched it. What I know of the movie is on display at the Splash Mountain ride at Disneyland. Maybe I should tell all his woke friends how much he likes it...on his FB page...ha ha. Disney is garbage. My son never really liked anything Disney except Toy Story—Buzz Lightyear. He was terrified of Disneyland...LOL.

So much for Walt's dream. Maybe they should have shut it down when he died. The relatives have trashed it. FL is like gay nation.
