Former President Donald Trump has begun to assemble a team to handle incoming document requests during his upcoming impeachment trial, much to the chagrin of his political opponents.
“Trump has selected his most recent White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, three White House lawyers who represented him during the early 2020 Senate impeachment trial, and the Justice Department’s former top attorney to serve as gatekeepers to his official government records,” Business Insider reported Thursday.
“Trump named seven representatives to represent him in matters involving his records, the Archives press office told Insider on Thursday. They include Meadows, former White House counsel Pat Cipollone,

Really! The Pelosi Gang expects Trump to act like a hunted rabbit with their impeachment farce, which is nothing more than political persecution!

Why doesn’t one of them tap on the door of the Supreme Court and politely ask them if they could possibly rule on a blatant violation of the Constitution if they aren’t too busy and have come out from under their desks.

We are watching a political party dissolve into madness. You cannot govern millions of people who have not given their consent. Everyday, democrats reveal they are running on empty. They have nothing to drive them but petty vindictiveness and hatred. If the media did not run interference for them, they would be nothing more than a laughingstock of a party filled with ignorant, radical, self-serving kooks whose policies are dangerous and anti-American. President Trumps stands head and shoulders above these lying, cheating, amoral nitwits. Our government is an embarrassment from the top down. These fools deserve nothing but scorn and ridicule.

When they unjustly nailed baby Jesus to the tree, it only made him bigger. Same will happen with President Trump

Pelosi and Schumer may not come out so well in their impeachment. A lot of truth may come out that they don't want to be seen.
Now I remember Gerald Ford, he wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree , but he was smart enough to see that persecuting an ex-President was a bad thing, it could come back to bite every past President. He pardoned Nixon.
This fool we have now isn't that bright, and is frightened of Pelosi and the Schmuck.
Now I don't believe Trump needs a pardon ,he did nothing wrong to be impeached for, but we have to look at the criminal and seditious animals pushing this and we have to realize that they were crooked enough to steal an election, perhaps they will get their crooked impeachment.
If Biden truly wanted Unity he would pardon Donald trump and his whole family.
Instead the fool says it's ok to put this joke impeachment on in February.

The Supreme Court is very quiet. He doesn't want to preside the trial as he knows this is completely unconstitutional. Make him preside. The country is watching.

It's all personal. Nasty Pisslosi and Chuck U. Schumer hate Trump and are jealous of all he accomplished.

Well said, poster #4.
Does anyone believe this trial will be like the last one? Exactly how unlawful will this show trial be? The President, the real one, shouldn't tip his hand, so as not to give them the info they need to form a counter strategy.
If xiden wants unity, he can step aside and admit that his side stole him into office. That's the minimum he can do as far as I'm concerned. A pardon from him would be for show as he is an illegal resident. He is the one who should be indicted.

I think Trump should hold his Cards close to his Vest until after the Impeachment trial is over. Then he can go to work! His followers will be with him, Impeached or not! I think the 72 million of us need to begin purging the Governors and Sec. of State in the states that caused Trump to lose this election. Once they are out of office, we need to make sure ALL of the Republicans in State Legislatures are not RINOS! It all begins at that level! That will allow us to remove all the Dominion Machines and refuse to allow mail in Ballots. It's up to the STATES to decide to use those things! After that , we need to go after the Judges who refused to hear cases of Fraud. Get them out of there. On the State level, they can be removed or voted out! We need to get this all done before the Mid-terms so that we can win back control of the House and Senate. THEN, and only then, will we have a chance to begin our journey to take back the White House in 2024!

What records? The sole reason for the upcoming impeachment was Trump's public speech on January 6th that was twisted by the media whores and the democrats to represent "insurrection."

Mark Meadows and DNI Ratcliffe. I thought when they went to work for the Trump team they'd help him deal with the Swamp. Where's the "poof"?

Foolish move. Mr. President. Defense lends legitimacy to their act. Ignore the bastards. Let them have their show, if they can muster up the Chief Justice to preside over this unconstitutional trial.
