‘Insulting and disappointing’: Unions show signs
of voter remorse after Biden reality sinks in

Original Article

Several unions that eagerly endorsed President Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential election are now learning the hard way what it means to support Democrat policies. During his first day in office, the newly-inaugurated president revoked the construction permit for the Keystone XL oil pipeline, thus destroying thousands of jobs. And not just any jobs — but union jobs. TC Energy Corp., the Canadian company that shares ownership of the pipeline with the Alberta government, had estimated that 10,000 jobs — in addition to the 1,000 already established — would be created in 2021 alone thanks to the construction of the pipeline.

Comments:

No sympathy for the unions. They had a pro-job President in Donald Trump. Unfortunately, like the brainless leftists that they are, they bought the lies of FauxJoe, hook, line, and sinker. Enjoy the suck, Unions!!

Why are they surprised? Biden promised to do this during the campaign. Are the unions still harboring the illusion that the Democrats care about them? Fools.

If memory serves, The President held rallies in these heavily union states. Rallies, attended by ten of thousands of voters. The President talked about Xiden cutting jobs, you know their buddies heard him say it, and they STILL voted for the Dim. Here’s the deal, boys and girls: today’s Democrat party is N O T the Democrat party of your parents and grandparents. It is now Communism. (Wisht you had listened to us earlier.)

I have zero sympathy for these folks. This is what happens when you put imagined feelings and faux outrage above facts and critical thinking. I don't wish ill on anybody but sometimes you need to learn hard lessons. Buyers remorse for voting in Biden is happening a lot faster than I predicted, I thought he'd have at least a week before the you-know-what fit the fan.

Yet despite the complaints, those unions will endorse Dementia Jo for reelection, in the unlikely event that Jo is alive in 2024. Union leaders no longer vote their economic interests. Rank and file members are ignored.

This article assumes that biden received more votes in the swing states than Trump did--he didn't, but going beyond that, what did the union people expect? biden said he was going to stop construction of the pipeline, just like he is going to create 3 more states and expand the supreme court.

The same disconnect that DC has with everybody else is the same disconnect that the sultans of the AFL-CIO and Teamsters share with their own rank and file. You'd think that they would have learned long ago that a non-working cardholder means no dues coming into the coffers to pay for the annual winter tanning conference in Florida. Trump was good for jobs creation--even if obongo claimed that the jobs weren't coming back (and they did).

The writer has put together a classic that's what you get article. They thought xiden would help them get better benefits, and he'd fight for their jobs. Since when has that ever been the case with the left? Never. They gushed about his 80 million votes, as if it were true. They amazingly claimed the underwhelming duo were pro-labor, pro-union, and freakin' pro-family. Did they even know who they were voting for? They chose him over proven winning, and they thought they'd get a seat at the table. Well, it looks like that table might be at the unemployment office. You said nothing because you thought they were coming for US. Your dear leader stuck it to you on the FIRST day, the FIRST day! So, eat it!

The coal miners unions learned after Illary said she would destroy their industry and West Virginia turned solidly red. The police unions learned after the demonrat “defund the police” movement got started last year and they endorsed PDT. I have no sympathy for these oil unions if they were too blind or biased or filled with hate to see who had their backs.

This article presumes the union members actually listened to their leadership. Maybe some did, but the American worker knew President Trump was the American Worker's President. I'm not buying into the tripe that these workers were ignorantly following their leadership's orders. I suspect many of them voted for PDJT as opposed to Xiden, leading to the necessary voter fraud in order to steal the election, and I feel quite bad for them. Can we stop assuming these hard working Americans are just lemmings? For those that voted for Xiden, they are getting what they deserve, but not all of them. I prefer to give the American workers more credit. It's the progressive idiot college kids and uber liberals that are responsible for this debacle, most of whom would never consider getting their hands dirty doing the hard work that these men and women do!

No sympathy at all. But they WILL NOT learn. Same goes for other Democratic blocs. Women, for example, supposedly big Biden supporters, just got a kick in the teeth by his executive order requiring girls sports to open up to non-girl competitors. Minorities that briefly enjoyed "historic" low unemployment can now look forward to millions of new competitors flooding across our borders.

Definitely a case of disconnect between the union leadership and the rank and file. The leaders have made their deals long ago with the Democratic Party, and can't seem to readjust to the fact that the constuencies of the Democratic Party are now Wall Street, Academica, Hollywood, and almost every strange minority and special interest group in the country - particularly the Enviros. The enviros are the worst - nothing short of going back to living in caves (no fire though) will make them happy. I am optimistic that union members will either lead their leaders back to reality, or dump them. They are smarter than their leaders, and are unencumbered by told 'relationships' with Democratic Party bosses. The new Trump Republican Party is now the party of patriotic Americans, -- the party of working men and women and small business owners, and I hope that realization hits home before the country goes down the tubes.

You have to take into consideration that 99% percent of the MSM is leftist, and any Conservative views were summarily blocked on the Internet. Factor into that the Union Leadership told the rank and file that the hike in the minimum wage would automatically mean an increase for them by a similar percentage. It was voter fraud, fake ballots, and Dominion vote counting machines that cancelled out their votes and installed Joe Asterisk into the White House. One of the most despicable things about the Biden administration is that, even as it doubles and triples down on the COVID restrictions it wants for Americans, it’s utterly unconcerned about the diseases flooding across the border along with the illegal aliens Biden is unconstitutionally welcoming in. The president and CEO of Greyhound Lines, though, is demanding that, at the very least, its workers and other passengers get protected from the COVID so many illegal aliens bring with them. From the start of his campaign, Biden weaponized the Wuhan virus against Trump. Informed and intelligent people realized very quickly that Trump was moving with extraordinary rapidity

Biden has issued Executive Orders that ban enforcing immigration law while simultaneously inviting in a new wave of illegal immigrants. These EOs also suspend deporting illegal immigrants, even those awaiting trial for felonies and other serious crimes, and signal that all new arrivals will be eligible for social benefits such as healthcare. Cesar Chavez’s struggle in the 1970s and ‘80s can help explain the impact this will have on labor markets in general and working-class Americans in particular. Chavez understood that illegal immigration diminishes workers’ earning power.

It began with throw pillows. Pillows shouldn't matter much, but like every decision we make now, they matter more than you think. The old sofa had to go. It had lasted 25 years, by some miracle. The old sofa was U.S.-made. Only 20% of today's furniture is. It was expensive; the store owner told us we'd be able re-upholster it down the road, though that would be expensive, too. He was right on both counts. He retired. His kids run the store now. We managed to find a new sofa, also made here. A different color. So we needed throw pillows.

The Florida resident — who is in the process of moving to Huntersville, NC — told the news agency he’ll use his winnings to buy a new house there. “This was a good investment,” Sorzano said of his rice and shrimp dinner, plus dessert cookie.

There was a great deal of consternation expressed throughout 2020 about funding nationwide elections in the midst of a deadly pandemic. Fortunately, our public institutions were up to the test. Unfortunately, we also experienced the reality of large-scale private election funding for the first time — and in the process discovered the reason we had never allowed it before. Wealthy individuals and corporations, including Google and Arnold Schwarzeneggar, gave money to election officials

Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando Friday morning, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis explained how his state was able to provide accurate and swift election results during the 2020 presidential cycle. "Florida has also led and continues to lead on ensuring the integrity of our elections. Now 20 years ago, if you had uttered the word Florida and the word elections in the same sentence, you would have been met with snickers. Well when I came into office, I didn't wait for a crisis I took early action to make sure we would have a smooth election," DeSantis said.

Fox News host Dana Perino broke down in tears Thursday while speaking with a domestic violence survivor from Illinois whose 18-month-old son was shot to death by her estranged husband after he returned from jail without having to post bail. Cassandra Tanner Miller has become an advocate for stronger bond conditions as Illinois and other Democrat-run states push to weaken such conditions under the pretense of “social justice” efforts. Tanner was home with her 9-year-old daughter, Camryn, and son Colton when the children’s stepfather, Christopher Michael Miller, broke into the home on Sept. 21, 2019, Fox News reported. Miller was released from jail on something called an “I-bond,”

As we reported two days ago, Joe Biden completely made no sense when he was trying to explain the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill. It was really bad and it explains why they’re afraid to have him deliver an address to Congress or do any kind of a real solo press conference, because at this point they have to be afraid this is all going to fall apart if he does anything live and this all becomes too obvious to the American people. But there’s only so long that they can hold this off. And it’s getting worse, as video today revealed. Biden was holding an event to announce the nomination

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin (WV) appears to have started to shift his views on the filibuster with remarks that he made on two news shows on Sunday morning. The shift from Manchin comes after he has repeatedly stated that he would not vote to end the filibuster, despite pressure from the far-Left. During the interviews on Sunday, Manchin repeatedly claimed that he was not open to ending the filibuster because he did not want to strip the minority party of their power in the Senate, but signaled that he was open to changing it.Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Manchin if he would consider “reforming the filibuster” if “Republicans

In an open letter released Sunday, Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden urged him to “honor his commitment” and include the Hyde Amendment in Democrats’ $1.9 trillion COVID-19 spending package, writing “we feel used and betrayed.” The letter states: We are very disappointed about the COVID-19 relief package’s exclusion of the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding bipartisan policy that prevents taxpayer funding for abortion. [snip] As pro-life leaders in the evangelical community, we publicly supported President Biden’s candidacy with the understanding that there would be engagement [with] us on the issue of abortion and particularly the Hyde Amendment

If you had any doubts that Meghan Markle is a manipulative piece of work, her bombshell Oprah interview Sunday night dumping on the British monarchy would set you straight. Prince Harry’s American wife accused his family of hateful racism against her baby, claimed they refused to protect her and drove her to the point of suicide. She made the incendiary and implausible charge that when she was pregnant with Archie, the royal family decreed that her unborn son would be denied the title of “prince” because her mixed race meant he might have dark skin.

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Appearing on Yahoo! The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man.
