Washington Post scrubbed unflattering
Kamala Harris story from site, restored it

The Washington Post removed an unflattering tidbit about Vice President Kamala Harris from a 2019 feature and republished a new version of the story that is friendlier to the Democratic media darling -- but eventually restored a link to the original after widespread backlash. Reason reporter Eric Boehm noticed the edit and took the Post to task in a scathing breakdown of the situation. [SNIP] Harris bizarrely compared the rigors of the campaign trail to…life behind bars. And then proceeded to laugh—at the idea of an inmate begging for a sip of water," Boehm wrote, calling it "an extremely cringeworthy moment" that painted Harris in a negative light.

And this is remotely surprising because...........? The Post, the Times, AP, the Networks all have tiny followings at this point because they are innately untrustworthy. And yet OTHER papers and organizations continue to blindly print their articles without the slightest question and/or vetting. And when the truth suddenly starts to come out (as with Hunter Biden's still existing ties to China, a story the alphabets have not once referred to) they look foolish and cringeworthy, but they are so smug in their self importance and in their bubbles that they don't realize how they not only cast a bad light on themselves, but also on journalism in general.

So what else is new. In every communist country the media is a part of and controlled by the government. And with that combination they are able to scrub this Kamala Harris story. It also allows this corrupt government to have show trials where they destroy their political opponents. Think about the January 6th committee. Without the media they never pull this off. They are purposely destroying innocent lives and political enemies while relying on the media to push their false narrative. Just look at Cuba and Venezuela. We are now the third part of that triangle. This country better wake up soon........

Venezuela is preparing to once again lop off zeroes from the national currency in an attempt to simplify daily transactions which sometimes barely fit on a calculator or require swiping cards multiple times to complete a purchase. The central bank is planning to slash six zeroes from the bolivar as early as August after previous attempts to issue larger-denomination bills failed to resolve problems created by endemic inflation. [SNIP] That means one dollar would fetch 3.2 bolivars instead of 3,219,000 at present. Venezuela last carried out a “redenomination” of the bolivar in 2018 and in March began printing a 1 million-bolivar note, the largest in the country’s history.

Breaking news alert: National Democrats are suddenly worried about the rise of violent crime. We know this because they’re blaming the bloodshed on Republicans. The previous strategy, meaning before Monday, was a mix of denial and excuse-making, but it wasn’t working. How could it when thousands of people are getting shot and murdered, mostly in cities run by Democrats? Something had to give, and White House press secretary Jen Psaki tipped the new strategy when she concocted the notion that it’s Republicans who actually support defunding the police. Her fatuous attempt to flip reality on its head relied on GOP resistance to another multitrillion-dollar Biden administration boondoggle.

Just ahead of Independence Day, Marvel Comics featured a new Captain America issue in which the Captain slams the American dream as a false promise. The first issue of the new series, “The United States of Captain America,” by writer Christopher Cantwell, was published on June 30, only four days before the country traditionally celebrates its day of independence from Great Britain. As the issue begins, Steve Rogers — the original Cap — grouses about how America is built on “lies.” “I’m loyal to nothing. Except the dream,” Rogers says early in the issue. “Here’s the thing about a dream, though. A dream isn’t real."

We all knew this day was coming, even as an onslaught of “fact-checkers” assured us it was “misinformation” to assert such a change was coming publicly. But first, let’s talk about the details. CDC Dir. Rochelle Walensky appeared on CBS News and shared the news that the two-dose regiment will no longer suffice to be considered “fully vaccinated.” Instead, you will need a booster jab in order to be classified as “up to date.” That comes as part of a “pivot” in language by the government, one that many were maligned for predicting.

New Jersey has banned police officers from lingering around polling stations and ballot drop boxes on election days under a new law that advocates argued was needed to protect against voter intimidation. Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed the Democratic-sponsored bill into law earlier in the week after it passed the Democratic-controlled state Legislature mostly along party lines. It says both plain-clothed or uniformed police need to keep at least 100 feet from polling stations or drop boxes.
