How Long Before Biden’s Executive Orders
Are Met With Nationwide Injunctions?

Original Article

Joe Biden has been busy signing executive orders yesterday and today. During the Trump era, Democrats streamlined a process of blocking Trump’s executive orders through national injunctions. Here’s how it worked: State Attorneys General from left-leaning states would file lawsuits in friendly courts where left-leaning and judges would promptly issue injunctions that applied to everyone. This started with an injunction shutting down Trump’s ban on entry for certain countries which became known as the “Muslim ban.” Trump revised that executive order but that too was met with a nationwide injunction. When Trump tried to limit funds going to “sanctuary cities” that was met with a nationwide injunction.

Contacted my red state attorney General tonight. Ask them to partner with other red states to start this action. Keystone pipeline would be a great start. Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida & Alabama. We could have some relief from Biden executive orders. If democrats can do it, so should republicans. Anything to stop Biden's agenda.

President Trump appointed a lot of federal judges. So it seems pretty simple for Republican attorney generals to play this same game!!! However, I want to start with the re-funding of Planned Infanticide!!! Cut that off now!!!

After the first nationwide injunction stopping something Biden does, the SCOTUS will suddenly discover that nationwide injunctions are unconstitutional.

Were the 'conspiracy theorists' just proven right about the "fake rescue plan" for COVID? Did the 'science-deniers' just get confirmation that it was political after all? The short answer to both of these questions regarding the COVID-19 'casedemic' and the fallacy of asymptomatic PCR testing is YES and YES! We have detailed the controversy surrounding America's COVID "casedemic" and the misleading results of the PCR test and its amplification procedure in great detail over the past few months. As a reminder, "cycle thresholds" (Ct) are the level at which widely used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test can detect a sample of the COVID-19 virus.

UK prime minister Boris Johnson is not a conservative but, he is a blithering idiot. He has just confirmed this by insisting that there is ‘nothing wrong’ with being woke. True, it was a floundering response to a tricksy question about President Joe Biden asked by a journalist from the left-wing TV channel Sky News. But to appreciate what a spineless, craven, ideological pigmy Johnson is you only have to consider how Margaret Thatcher would have answered the same question. Margaret Thatcher would have said, in no uncertain terms, that there is EVERYTHING wrong with being woke. President Joe Biden’s first day in office may have been historic in more ways than one: he may have set a single-day record for the number of jobs killed by an American president. Biden revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline, as promised. In so doing, he killed some 11,000 direct jobs that the pipeline’s construction was to have created, and an estimated 60,000 indirect jobs in secondary, related industries. Over 1,000 workers already on the job — mostly union workers — will be laid off as a result of the decision, even if it is litigated, as many expect it will be, in the courts.

It's safe to say that no president's wife has been treated more disrespectfully and disgracefully than Melania Trump, who exited the White House on Wednesday after four tumultuous years. Throughout history, several first ladies – notably, Rachel Jackson, Mary Todd Lincoln, Edith Wilson, Eleanor Roosevelt and Nancy Reagan – were attacked or criticized on personal or political grounds, sometimes viciously so by their husbands' political foes. Yet, in more recent times, the general rule became that first ladies were basically untouchable unless they were working for the administration in an official role, as was the case with Hillary Clinton when she chaired President Clinton's health care task force in 1993.

Scientists are reporting troubling signs that some recent mutations of the virus that causes COVID-19 may modestly curb the effectiveness of two current vaccines, although they stress that the shots still protect against the disease. Researchers expressed concern Wednesday about the preliminary findings, in large part because they suggest that future mutations could undermine vaccines.
