CALGARY, Alberta - U.S. President Joe Biden on Wednesday formally revoked the permit needed to build the Keystone XL oil pipeline (KXL), dashing Ottawa’s hopes of salvaging the $8 billion project that the struggling Canadian crude sector has long supported. The move represents another set-back for the beleaguered Canadian oil industry, in particular its energy heartland Alberta, kills thousands of jobs, and marks an early bump in Biden’s relationship with Canada, a key trading partner. Keystone XL, owned by TC Energy Corp, is already under construction in Canada, and would carry 830,000 barrels per day of Alberta oil sands crude

Coal is next. May be a great time for Senator Manchin to switch parties.

Sorry #1. Manchin has sold his soul to Schumer and Pelosi. He never votes with Republicans when it matters the most

Must be safer to ship it on Warren Buffet's train system.

Biden doesn't give a hoot about undoing the good things that Trump did. He and his bunch are so hate filled for Trump
they don't care what damage they do with their left wing leanings. This is what happens when an evil person full of hate is SELECTED, not ELECTED. More to come !!!!

Billionaire Warren Buffet must be River Dancing because of Joe's actions against the KXL Pipeline. It's better to keep his massive fleet of railroad rolling stock filled with old and riding on rails through populated area!!!

FTA; “The more we invest in fossil fuel infrastructure, the harder it is to transition to the investments we need to make for clean energy,” said Goldfuss, who ran the Council on Environmental Quality in former President Barack Obama’s White House.
Translation, we will eliminate fossil fuel no matter what the negative impacts are.

What Poster 3 said. Manchin said he will not vote to end the filibuster. I’ll bet he changes his mind.

The Biden reign of destruction begins ... Although we all know that none of this is his original thinking. Who would gain an advantage by destroying the oil production and transportation abilities of Canada? Certainly not Canada or the US. The Swamp has been infiltrated by so many muslims, chinese, radical bartenders, baby killers, sexual perverts, child molesters, communists and general lowlifes that we don't know from where any given attack is coming.

disappointed?!?!?! I would be livid with rage given the fact that there will be more Canadian and American, workers who were on the pipeline, now on unemployment. this is so heinous and surpasses malfeasance of authority. bidet is going to create more impeachable offenses while in office, for however long that might be, that the republicans should be able to treat it like shooting fish in a barrel but, the won't. they just want to get along. you can't "get along" with a terrorist because at the first sign of weakness, that's when the knives come and they eliminate you, totally.

For all his bullsh** about unity, not one executive signed by Biden helps our country or our people. MAGA is gone but not forgotten. Only took one freakin day for reality to set in. Communists back in charge and we still don't get it.

Hunter will be able to reverse that decision, for the right price.
As Rush would say :"Do not doubt me."

Canada will sue and a few billion dollars of our tax dollars will be paid and Canada will go away satisfied as they continue to ship their oil on Warren Buffett's trains.

The government already approved the pipeline and can’t cancel it without a valid reason. That Biden is against it isn’t a valid reason. The companies involved should hire lawyers.

Didn’t the pipeline company complete the cross border portion of it already? That would make it almost impossible for Biden to stop it.

Not in the article. Most of the jobs were union; they'll be hopping mad. According to Rush today, 300 miles were already completed. Maybe someone could get an injunction on this order.
