Two weeks before he allegedly killed a man who was out walking his dog in Brewerytown, a suspect in the slaying—who had two previous robbery convictions—was released on dramatically lowered bail in an armed kidnapping and an assault case, court records show. Police said Sunday that they had arrested Davis L. Josephus, 20, in the slaying of 25-year-old Milan Loncar, who was shot Wednesday night while walking his dog about a block from his home.(Snip) He was still clutching his dog’s leash when officers found his body. About an hour and a half later, Highway Patrol Officers stopped a car

Heck, at least Philly got some money from the killer. In New York and a few other liberal he11holes they wouldn't have even asked for bail at all.

This will only stop when some judge or their family members get murdered in the street by one of these thugs. Then this idiotic 'leniency' might be curtailed. Or if Soros or his family got it. These events are deliberate and aimed at chaos so that Soros can 'short' the dollar like he did the British pound.

As we celebrate a national holiday today, I would like to remind some people why people like St Patty's Day so much more than they do MLK's birthday.
On St Patty's , everyone wishes ( and acts as if) they were Irish.

I'm sorry for Mr. Loncar's family. This carnage will continue as long as Philadelphians continue to vote in people who tolerate it.

Can DA's and judges be sued? If not, why not?

Remember this name. She is responsible for letting a feral animal loose on the street and contributing to this murder:
Senior Municipal Court Judge Teresa Carr Deni
A short search reveals that Judge Deni is a stupid, fat, unattractive white woman with a long history of letting criminals back out on the streets with a hand slap or less.

What they are doing it manufacturing a thirst for order by first destroying the mechanisms of order. Then they'll offer a solution which will involve total surrender of all freedom.

Da Kassner May say his office didn’t want bail reduced, but from the way he acts to black crime he may have wanted to drop the charges against them instead.

Violent crime will be ramping up rapidly, all part of their plan to destabilize the country.

The booking photo of the suspect shows a very ugly, mean looking black man with scraggly hair and "dead eyes". Not someone you would want to meet anywhere, but especially at night. But, of course, it is "racist" to notice that the majority of these violent felons are black.
Be armed at all times if you value your life. Violent people are actually out there, and are impossible to predict. Pretending that "it can't happen to me", or "this is a safe neighborhood" is really foolish.

The victim offered no resistance to the mugging but they shot him anyway, probably because he was WHITE and they resent being bLACK, even though they now MATTER. That's not readily fixable.

Like in football, the best defense is a good offense. Think about it.
The poor victim offered no resistance, and was shot down anyway. It is a very personal decision, but you have to figure out whether to leave your continued existence, and/or that of your loved ones in someone else's hands with no possible input in the matter, or whether you might do something else, within the law, of course.
