The military knows it has a problem with
domestic extremists, white supremacists

In the wake of reports that current and former service members are under investigation for their participation in the Jan. 6 protest and subsequent attack on the Capitol, the Pentagon is making an effort to reinforce its policies on extremism. At the same time, the Defense Department is in the midst of a review of all of its policies on extremist activity, a senior defense official told reporters Thursday. “We clearly recognize the threat from domestic extremists, particularly those who espouse white supremacist or white nationalist ideologies,” the official said. “We are actively involved in always trying to improve our understanding of where the threat is coming from

Comments:

This is probably the reason for Tuesday's force-wide statement by the JCS. it suggests the reason for the 'what's up?' concern for this weekend. It also suggests a serious problem in the ranks.

I don't want to sound stupid, but the incident at the capitol was the first incident I have seen where conservatives or trump supporters have been involved in. BLM and ANTIFGA have been burning and looting for a year now , not to mention race riots in history . Yet the Pentagon clearly recognizes the threat from domestic extremists, particularly those who espouse white supremacist or white nationalist ideologies,” ????????? White Supremacists the few scattered around don't even have racist leaders since David Duke shut up, while blacks have racists like Farrakhan, Sharptongue, Jesse Jackson,,maxine waters, Sheila Jackson Lee and that one that likes the Cowboy hats, and Don Lemon.

I'd like to know how they define extremists. Someone who will remind you that the Koran calls for jihad, domination or extermination? On the racial side, if someone doesn't knee jerk say 'Black Lives Matter', would he be a white supremacist?

I was in the military from 1987 to 2002. I NEVER once met a white supremacist. So why is this happening? So let me suggest this. The top brass has moved further to the Left because of their public school education.and views nearly everything through the lens of "racism" and "sexism."

Believe I recall they have had a gang problem too, where gang members were joining to gain access to training and equipment. As far as the "matter" at the Capitol, there were far too many who seemed to be trained on what to do, deploy, using tactics.

When my son joined the army right after 9/11, very few Blacks were enlisting due to a combination of factors: criminal records; drug dependency; low test scores; apathy. I met the members of his unit and it was lily white. I'm not privy to the current makeup, but if the preponderance of the cadre is non-Black it follows that some sort of tribal mentality will develop.

So, the military is now concerned about domestic terrorism among their own? That's really strange. And this? "Troops surveyed classified white nationalism as a national security threat on par with al-Qaida and the Islamic State, and more worrisome than the danger posed by North Korea, Afghanistan or Iraq." America is far gone; I'm wide awake now.

So they aren't upset that military service by minorities is being used as gang training when the their hitch is up? Anybody else wondering why gangs have gotten so much more efficient in their operations? That is who the JCS and Pentagon should be worried about. They are being used as trainers for gangs, from MS-13 to the rest of them in all the big urban areas.

BS. In the 70's and early 80's the worst crime you could commit in the military was being white. Gangs of blacks roamed the barracks beating up whitey at will, or went to the clubs hitting on married white women with their husbands right there. Anyone who had anything to say about it was sent to special Social Actions race relations classes for indoctrination. Blacks could do no wrong because the brass was afraid of them. By the 90's it was women who were beyond criticism. I heard a rumor in 1977 of one guy who was a klan member, and he was thrown out for it. Thats it for the white supremacists.

I am unaware of any White person who wants to be "supreme" over anyone else. We just want to be treated equally under the law, get the same employment and scholarship opportunities as everyone else. Of course, if we are brighter than others and work harder, we might tend to get more opportunities, and that wouldn't be "fair." What is not fair is that people who work hard, play by the rules, and expect to better themselves are discriminated against in every aspect of their lives, simply because of the color of their skin. At one time I thought we had moved beyond all that.. until we got a racist President who constantly stirred up racial animosity and hatred. No, White supremacists are not the problem. It is black supremacists, leftist and anarchist activists agitating for hatred and division. I didn't see any "White supremacists" rioting, burning and attacking innocent people in our streets. If this has become the official military posture, then we have a real problem, as our own military has become our enemy.

The plan is to call all white members of the military "racists", and make their lives a living hell, so that they quit. With an extremely weakened military, the destruction of this nation, and our very quick descent into 3rd world cesspool status will accelerated. But, hey, as long as the ruling Communist (oops, I meant "Democrat") politburo has their power and wealth, to heck with us peasants!!!!

If there are such problems in the military, that the Democrats would certainly exaggerate, the problems would be found in the combat units and not the mess kit repair companies. The Democrat plan, written up by some liberal professor, would then be to disband those combat units and assign the mess kit repair companies to lead the way.

Austin, Texas The University of Texas' long-awaited report on “The Eyes of Texas” has found that the school song has “no racist intent," but the school president said athletes and band members will not be required to sing or participate when the song is played at games and campus events. The 58-page report, released Tuesday, was commissioned last year by school President Jay Hartzell after a group of Texas athletes, most notably football players, demanded the school drop the song as part of racial injustice protests. The issue erupted into a tempest of fan outrage when football players chose to leave the field instead of

The worst kept secret in Washington, D.C., is that Joe Biden is suffering from serious age-related cognitive decline. In January, although some people predicated he would remain in office for up to two years before he was gently ushered out to make room for Kamala Harris, I looked at the man and thought he was going to be retired by June. Lately, though, Biden looks as if he’s heading for an April or May retirement. On Monday, he had his worst public appearance yet, when he was unable to remember either the name for his Secretary of Defense or the Pentagon.

Over the weekend, Trump’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist order to the RNC over their use of Trump’s name in their fundraising efforts. Their predictable response all but guarantees the party will continue to build its brand around Trump’s: The Republican National Committee is denying a cease-and-desist demand from Donald Trump’s attorneys, who asked the party organization to stop using the former president’s name and likeness in fundraising appeals.

In the U.S. 50% of schools are closed and more only partially open. President Biden ran on a campaign indicating that science and data would guide his policy. As we approach the anniversary of the first COVID shut down, this approach is needed more than ever, especially when it comes to schools.
