Franklin Graham Compares 10 Republicans Who
Voted to Impeach Trump to Betrayal of Christ

Evangelist Franklin Graham compared 10 members of the GOP to Judas Iscariot on Thursday after they voted to approve President Donald Trump's second impeachment.(Snip)"Shame, shame on the ten Republicans who joined with @SpeakerPelosi & the House Democrats in impeaching President Trump yesterday," Graham tweeted. "After all that he has done for our country, you would turn your back & betray him so quickly?(Snip)"And these ten, from [Trump's] own party, joined in the feeding frenzy. It makes you wonder what the thirty pieces of silver were that [Democratic House] Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi promised for this betrayal."

Comments:

Reading the Reverend Franklin Graham’s comments brings to mind a proverb that describes courage: “The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.” (Proverbs 28:1)

They did Nixon the same way. They could have at least waited for the facts to come out & he should have been allowed council. The impeachment was rants & opinions.

They should just resign because there is no way they can repair their careers. Trump supporters are not stupid and we do NOT have short memories. If they don't resign, in 2022 they will be gone. Especially you LIZ.

He is right. They voted with the Democrats without demanding that Pres. Trump have a chance to defend himself. He has done so much for America. I still can't believe a senile old man with dementia got more votes than any candidate in history. Of course, Pres. Trump is upset. He is a human being. He worked his heart out for us and his campaign rallies were filled with supporters. Those 10 RINO's will pay the price at the next election. Liz Chaney already is. No one respects her any more.

#1, IIRC, it was Illary Clinton who wanted to deny Nixon counsel. (And then got fired for hiding exculpatory evidence.) Some things never change.

Hundreds of National Guard troops deployed to Washington, D.C. for the Biden inaugural this week have tested positive for the COVID-19 China coronavirus or are in quarantine for exposure to the virus, according to a report by Politico published Friday. Troops have been seen resting and sleeping in close quarters since their arrival at the Capitol last week. Thursday night 5,000 troops were reported to have been ordered to rest in a parking garage on Capitol grounds, prompting outrage among Congressmen and Senators. Because of long shifts that keep them from going back to their hotel rooms in the city, troops have been taking breaks in close quarters.

One of the bigger issues never fully grasped by many Americans was President Donald Trump’s restraint in relation to the power of the federal government under the guise of COVID-19 action. No president in our lifetime was ever more reluctant to weaponize the opportunity to expand government; Donald Trump stood the gap. CTH warned since last summer of the ramifications if a leftist group used COVID-19 to expand federal power over peoples lives and livelihoods. Today, JoeBama’s team has unleashed a series of TEN EXECUTIVE ORDERS fully weaponizing the opportunity. (1) Executive order on COVID worker Safety, weaponized Dept of Labor, OSHA.
