Trump made a colossal tactical blunder by telling his supporters to fight vote fraud in the streets. That led to last week’s excesses, and the biggest crackdown on conservatives in American history. David Horowitz likes to say, inside every progressive is a totalitarian screaming to get out. Is he ever right! The suspension of President Trump’s Twitter account (denounced by Germany’s Angela Merkel and top French officials as a violation of basic rights) is an affront to democracy: Whatever Trump did or didn’t do, he is the elected president of the United States, convicted in no court of law, and the people have the right to hear from him.

I stopped reading after the first sentence. That is a lie. The internet is a sea of dishonesty, and PJ Media just lost some credibility here.

But it's okay that the Dem Party and its public relations group, the legacy media, fought Trump these past four years - not in the streets, well until this summer, but through every other outlet and we're supposed to wring our hands over words he did NOT say?

Finally, someone presents a plan. A non violent civil plan to attack the Dem party and its organized crime voting fraud machine. No huffing and puffing and trying to blow the house down. A real plan.

#4, may I remind you that the demonrats fought PDT in the streets beginning on Inauguration Day 2017 and before that by shutting down some of his campaign rallies in 2016?

“(why didn’t the Democrats fake ballots for the House as well as the White House?).”
Where have you been, David? The ballots with Xiden’s name colored in alone were mass produced when the demonrats realized that PDT was racking up votes too quickly for the compromised machines to handle the load. They didn’t have time to mark in all of the down ballot demonrats in the middle of the night.

In todays America, if you play by the rules, you lose. To some folk it just sounds and feels so good to be righteous and above it all. Britt Hume, et al come to mind.

Agree with #1, I don't remember ever saying that. On the contrary, we've heard democrats call for violence, threaten GOP leaders, physically assault GOP leaders and support violent groups like Antifa and BLM. THAT IS A FREAKIN FACT. Yet not one communist news outlet calls them out....Got it..

Since November 6th the Trump campaign has been one tactical blunder after another with no apparent strategy in mind. Bring in lawyers and you get litigation. Litigation failed on two counts:
1) The Courts have no authority to intervene in adjudicating Presidential elections. One cannot argue that the Legislatures have sole Constitutional authority and then ask courts to direct their activities. The initial and entire effort should have been directed at those six "controversial" state legislatures, where one gets a political decision, not a legal one. At least one Federal Judge told the plaintiffs for Trump exactly that, and was rewarded with shouts of "traitor" and "impeach". Those who wanted "originalists" suddenly wanted an activist on their side. Meanwhile, the legislatures skated. And then there was Georgia...
2) Two table-pounding lawyers produced NOTHING but noise. Sidney Powell, that latest paragon of American jurisprudence and FOX guest star, grossly overpromised with her Kraken...that never showed up. Lin Wood, whose forte is apparently libel, suggested Georgia voters boycott the "fixed" Senate elections, ultimately lost by whiskers. The third of this trinity of great legal minds is America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, who is way past his expiration date, not a good advocate at this stage.
PDT's chances dwindled as time passed, and slates of electors certified. He had one last chance, and he failed to act on his own behalf. He could have demanded an appearance before every one of the REPUBLICAN state legislatures, made his case state-by-state demanding satisfaction or evidence of a clean outcome, thus presenting great visuals and drama for the television viewers. He did not. He had a rally on the Ellipse...and we all know the rest.
Any competition can be won or lost in the final plays...this one was. The UNIPARTY wins; America loses.

Be specific, Mr. Goldman
Please give date, time, place, that President Trump told anyone
"to fight voter fraud in the streets."
I think that is slander.
You must want to get on the good side of the powers-that-be.

I went to DC because he asked. It was the most awesome experience. He kept another promise it was wild. I am trying to figure out if it was a win or lose or draw. Look how many are exposed now. It was a wake up call. I was leery of google, amazon, facebook, twitter. Now i am terrified. I killed twitter.

Whether he said it or NOT and I suspect NOT, there will be fighting in the streets. You don't turn your back on 75 million Americans because they don't like communism. We had a great country and we want it back. The rest of the US may have gone loony but our side has the knowledge, the courage, the military experience, the will and the weapons to do what is right. Any day now we will have our own George Floyd moment and then it begins.

where else are the people going to fight voter fraud, in the bathroom? I never heard him say anything like that, so prove your statement is right, please. DJT does not make any colossal errors, everything he says and does is calculated for the most significant effect. he does better speeches off the cuff than anyone does reading from the obama teleprompter because he talks directly to his people. I think Theodore Roosevelt spoke the same way.

I like his plan to shred the D Party. That said, I NEVER HEARD Trump said we need to take the fight to the Streets. Never! I think republican attorneys, who worked very hard in the Battleground States to prove their cases of Fraud, should start their civil Lawsuits against the LOWEST person working at the Polls. They are going to squeal like Pigs. Then move on up the Ladder until you get to the Sec of State, then Governor! Then move on to the next State!!

Ignoring the part about fighting in the streets which is likely taken from the fake media the rest of the article has many good points. Like suing the relevant Democratic Party apparatchiks in civil court where the level of proof is much lower.

We fight to OUR advantage. Start at 22-15. Republicans hold both chambers (House and Senate) in 22 states while DemoRATS only have total control of 15. A Texas legislator is floating the idea of TX secession (Texit.) Sign up enough states to automatically kick in an Article V Convention of States to suggest term limits. You just need 34 states to initiate the Convention, 38 to vote on the Amendment to the Constitution. Congress can't do a thing to stop the Article V Convention: the Article states Congress is only empowered to provide a location and date - that's it. It cannot be stopped by Congress. term limits would neuter DC's stranglehold over the states. For those concerned about a 'runaway Convention' - all it takes is ONE objecting state to halt the Convention and potential amendment. There are ways to stop the Socialist madness.

Like the first sentence, the second is also untrue. Nothing Trump said in his speech led to "last week's excesses (i.e. the so-called Capitol "riot"). The action at the Capitol was preplanned and coordinated. Moreover, it began 20 minutes before the end of Trump's speech and, if my understanding is correct before he suggested his hearers march to the Capitol to peacefully protest the theft of the election.
Plus, we don't know that there was insufficient evidence to show enough illegal votes to influence the election, because the courts refused to consider the evidence, and refused to allow the Trump campaign access to evidence in the hands of the perpetrators which might have been sufficient for the purpose. They almost universally dismissed the suits only sometimes spurious procedural grounds. When an honest judge in Pennsylvania made a preliminary ruling that went against the ruling elite, the rogue PA Supreme Court reversed her decision.
While 10 years ago I might have agreed with the author's take on the effect of future lawsuits. That is no longer true. The courts have been thoroughly corrupted and cannot be counted on to render a just result, regardless of the evidence.

Winning in the courts will mean nothing if we don't break the Dem hold on election machinery.
1) States which use Dominion systems should be pressured to drop-kick it;
2) Republicans need to participate en masse in voting tabulation and oversight.

Although this Spengler article is one day stale, there is a sensible legal strategy for financially bleeding the Democrats to death in civil court. Amassing sufficient evidence of the fraud we knew occurred would take longer than weeks. I would add that the Legacy Media deserves the same fate as the Donks. They're the same.
