'Exile-in-chief'? Trump a 'flight
risk' if criminal charges are
filed, experts say

President Trump potentially faces a torrent of criminal charges when he leaves office, including charges linked to the deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, making prosecutors worry that he is a flight risk. Mr. Trump’s real estate empire extends to multiple luxury properties in countries that don’t have extradition treaties with the United States. And Mr. Trump himself publicly mused in October that he’d leave the country if he lost to Democrat Joseph R. Biden. Douglas McNabb, a private attorney with expertise in international extradition defense, said that if criminal charges are brought, Mr. Trump fits the bill for becoming a fugitive from justice.

Comments:

Good heavens, maybe he should be arrested right now. Just about time to stop reading the news entirely.

#6, no. This is getting way past the time for arrests to solve anything. When you are dealing with commies who have subverted the law enforcement arms and the judicial arms of the government, they can clearly ignore the law and get away with it. Look at the election fraud that just happened. If that wasn't a wake up call to those who have been slumbering for decades due to normalization bias, nothing will get through their willful blindness and head-in-the-sand posture.

They just don’t want any other “outsiders” who are not of the DC career political aristocracy even thinking about making a populist based run for President in the future. In the last few days the DC career political aristocracy has been defending and taking care of themselves without a thought as to how hundreds of thousands of Americans from all over the country to had the time to travel DC to protest on a Wednesday in January. Could it be because a big percentage of them are unemployed or lost their small businesses during 2020 because of all the politically based lockdowns?

A US veteran was shot by the police, apparently, and that makes it a "deadly insurrection"? What was all the looting and burning of our cities all summer, a marshmallow roast? If they really try to do all this to him, I wouldn't blame President Trump if he renounced his US citizenship and washed his hands of all of us as a hopeless case. Either that, or start a new political party and some form of internet communications, and he will instantly have tens of millions of Americans join up. That may be the only way we can fight back against these devils.

The White House on Wednesday released a 10-page document outlining the Trump administration’s strategy as of 2018 for countering China—stressing the role of India as a new ally in Asia. The document contains few surprises, outlining plans to support allies and boost the economic and counter-espionage efforts of neighboring states.
