In a few short weeks, Donald Trump will no longer be president, but the serious and politically fraught investigations into him will continue well into 2021. These investigations, unfortunately for the president and the country itself, don’t involve imaginary visits to Moscow hotel rooms. Instead, they’re aimed directly at Trump’s business dealings and they pose serious problems for the soon-to-be ex-president, and the country itself. That’s the word I’m getting even from friends of the president who have been closely monitoring the legal scrutiny, particularly by Cy Vance Jr., the Manhattan DA. Vance’s investigation into Trump’s business activities is real and, these people tell me, dangerous for Trump

And we all know how the left is like the gestapo. They destroy anyone who disagrees with them. The left IS and has been the cancel culture for decades.

For as long as I can remember - and that’s a while - Fake Insider Gasparino has been a gasbag full of bogus (made up?) “information”. And he is no Trump supporter. Real friends of President Trump would not give Charlie the time of day.

Guaranteed these cases are total B.S. and will go nowhere. Gasperino knows as well which is why he qualified this with his comment about tax and insurance cases being notoriously hard to prove. Vance is simply a grandstanding fire seeking attention by persecuting Trump. Trump has skilled professionals working as tax and legal advisors they insulate him. Vance thinks he is DA of Caracas, Havana or Moscow. We still live in the USA. HE WILL FAIL.

I have little doubt that PDT has an offer he can't refuse on the table. He can go to Elbe and adopt a low profile, or he can go to court time and again for offenses easily manufactured, maybe facing jail. You think Gen. Flynn's kid was "threatened"? You ain't seen nothing yet. They want all vestiges of Trump banished...like swastikas in Germany,

Their first line of attack won't be to probe taxes, it will be to raise them. A lot. Every single blue state and blue city/county is in dire trouble financially, and starting January 21 they're going to start making you pay to bail them out. The reason they weren't the least bit concerned about all that looting and burning is that they knew that Joe, Nancy, and Chuck would make all the red states pay for it. Kind of like reverse urban renewal.

The second part of Gasparino's post on the Senate races and taxes is questionable too. "Some financial advisers don’t see a doomsday scenario because Biden is a moderate." I doubt that real financial advisers believe Biden, or anyone other Dem, is a moderate.

Give me a break. Your going to tell me that Trump tax returns haven't been gone over with a fine tooth comb so many times in the last five years, that they might find something this time? Russia hoax, tax hoax. Get a life.

If the IRS can’t find criminal misconduct in Trump’s tax returns, how can New York State? This is just a witch hunt, with no evidence to justify it. In the meantime, a man who was released with no bail after choking a woman just choked and raped another woman in Cy Vance’s Manhattan.

Trump owns and operates hotels. I think that is legal. Trump's taxes are filed by CPAs. Trump has been under audit for years. Trump does not live in NY. The Florida Republicans should protect the President from the NY Democrats.

Hedda Hopper was pretty classy. No one would ever accuse Charlie of that. He’s more like the guy you would run into on a Manhattan street, who’d open his raincoat and try to sell you one of his “used” watches….for a really good price, of course.

Gasparino, with his friend Cavuto, continually bashes Trump. These two are part of the reason I no longer watch FOX. (except Sunday night to watch Mark Levin). Gasparino tries to make everyone believe he has the inside track on all things political and Wall Street. For example, he knew without a doubt that Les Moonves would be named the CEO of the combined ViacomCBS merger. News Flash, WHERE Is Moonves today? Gasparino has definitely lost his usefulness.

Allow me to explain this stuff to you people.
Let's say XMogul purchases a commercial building for one million dollars.
And it is assessed for property taxes at 1.5 million dollars.
Replacement cost, for insurance purposes, is 2 million dollars.
The depreciation schedule is based on a value, agreed to by the IRS after audit, of 1.75 million dollars.
Then let's add in a loan application to remodel the building, and the agreed-upon value is 3 million dollars, based on an independent appraisal.
Did my example help?
Now let us consider the loan application. A falsehood on a loan application is a federal crime.
Anyone with self employment income can only make a best guess estimate of anticipated current year income.
But a prosecutor can make hay with estimated income as a fraudulent loan application, if the applicant is too optimistic. Or even if too pessimistic.

This is ridiculous. There is nothing left to investigate concerning President Trump. You have to be very naive to think the Democrats have not already been through Trump's tax returns. Gasparino doesn't like Trump, would love to know why. I think a lot of these men, that dislike Trump, are jealous of him.
To be honest I was worried when the Democrats first started investigating Trump, four yrs ago. I thought there could be no way he wasn't tied up with some pretty sleazy people after doing business in the construction industry in NYC for decades. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised how clean Trump was. We had a construction business in San Francisco for 40 yrs so I know how these people work. Lots of bribes possible. You can definitely be successful without that but you have to be really tough.
