It's for Mike Pence to Judge

On January 6, a joint session of Congress will open with Vice President Pence presiding as president of the Senate. His power will be plenary and unappealable. You heard that right. As president of the Senate, every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection "out of order" or "denied." His task will be to fulfill his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed. This is a high standard of performance, and V.P. Pence will have two choices.

FTA: "If the votes of all seven contested states are registered as zero, President Trump will have 232 votes, and Joe Biden will have 222. The 12th Amendment says, "[T]he votes shall then be counted[.] ... The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President[.]" In plain language, Donald Trump will be re-elected, since he has a majority of the actual electoral votes. There will be no need to involve the House of Representatives to resolve a contingent election."

Great article. Author is right: if Pense does his duty and declares victory for the rightful winner, President Trump, the worst that can happen has already happened. Of course I trust Pence. Does POTUS look worried about him?

There have apparently been two cases in front of the SCOTUS where there were invalid state votes involved. In one case the court ruled that the Electoral College number stays unchanged (or whatever the number was before Alaska and Hawaii) , if neither candidate gets the requisite number the election goes to the House. In one case they reduced the number to valid votes and the winner was the bigger tally. Either way Trump looks golden.

From "So Simple," an email sent by a friend Christmas Morning. This is the factual summary and process going forward from Jenna Ellis, President Trump Attorney: Electoral college votes will be sealed and sent by special carrier to Washington, DC where they will remain sealed until January 6th when the U.S. House and Senate will come into a joint session to open the votes. The media is going to make you believe it's all over and Joe Biden is now officially president... On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing... Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps to be taken by the assembly. Remember... Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today December 14th, but that means nothing... On January 6th, the votes will be opened and at that point, one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector's votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection, everything changes. Everything. The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with Vice President Pence being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member. The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats with 20 delegation votes. If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected. ”

Mike Pence won’t do anything like this. He has a political future. SCOTUS would be all over this, hang any jurisdictional arguments. The UNIPARTY won this election “fair and square.” It will not be denied.

The history of this process is pretty "pro-forma". The VP opens all the messages that were transmitted to him and they are read by a clerk. The members of the joint session are then allowed to object. The real issue with the certifications is that they are based on documented acts of fraud and supported by voting machines that were designed and have been used to distribute votes algorithmically in violation of the one-person, one-vote principle. Any votes tabulated by these systems must be rejected as uncertifiable given their corrupt intentional design. For any SoS to assert that their vote tallies are true and accurate is an unsupportable deception based on willful ignorance and malfeasance of office. My suspicion is that the people who cooked up this color revolution knew full well that neither the Congress or the SCOTUS had the technical expertise or the political stomach to reach the logical conclusion required. The scale of the steal is so comprehensive and the collusion of thousands of Trump hating bureaucrats who were entrusted with running a fair election is so deep that the public's eyes just glaze over at the irrefutable evidence before them. The best lies are the big lies and this election is the biggest lie in American history.

On that note: How sure are we that our nuclear weapons are under lock and key? The people behind the Dems would certainly be wiling to annihilate every lapdog Dem if they could kill Trump and Pence. And are we sure these idiot Libtards didn't help the Chinese to sneak one over the border? This is the beginning of the End, if we don't get this right! Want to see a Post-Apocalyptic World? Uhhh... MDConservative... right, sure. Anyway, this action, taken in Congress is not like some law that can be debated. They will be following rules set down in the Constitution, itself. They won't even be hashing out "Penumbras' or whatever pap the SCOTUS uses when illegally "making" law. You can scream all you want. But this decision, will stand. The ONLY recourse, will be revolution, if one side or the other objects. Its the reason Nixon caved in 1960. But if Pence is smart, he'll know he has no future with the swamp, anyway, and no future with AMERICA if he fails to follow the Constitution. The left is already lawless. The right has only been holding off while there is a chance the Law might be upheld. If this travesty is left to stand, WE ARE !NOT! just going to go home and grumble. We will take our country back by blood ad steel!!

I certainly hope this is going to happen this way. If VP Pence fails to do his duty here by throwing out those electors from the contested states, he will truly be a man without a country. The left might like him for about an hour, but will quickly revert to hating him again, while conservatives will have him in their contempt forever, and frankly, he might need to worry.

I doubt if Joe Biden has as many votes as stated. Odds are that there are other states where democrat cheating put him in the lead other than the contested states. Democrats cheat everywhere, in every election. It's how the party stays alive. Pence is a solid, reliable Christian man who has always supported the President and only spoke well of him. If a man of his caliber fails to do his Constitutional duty then the country is not going to be saved by legal means and it becomes OUR duty to take it back. The Supreme Court failed us big time, I DARE them to open their treasonous mouths over this procedure.

LDotters, please do not accuse me of comparing Trump to Jesus Christ. Nobody, nobody, compares to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. One of my professors in graduate school said, "You are lucky if you have five good friends in your entire life." She was essentially saying that it is hard to find a good friend. You know who your friends are when things become really difficult for you. Only ONE of Jesus's apostles was at the foot of the cross when he was at the most difficult time in his life--being an innocent, righteous man being executed. Trump is facing the most difficult moment in his presidency. And look at how many people are defecting. This is why I don't trust his right hand man Pence to do the right thing. I want to believe otherwise. But it remains to be seen. He may simply be another careerist.

Summary The vaccines are bad news. Fifteen bodies were examined (all died from 7 days to 6 months after vaccination; ages 28 to 95). The coroner or the public prosecutor didn’t associate the vaccine as the cause of death in any of the cases. However, further examination revealed that the vaccine was implicated in the deaths of 14 of the 15 cases. The most attacked organ was the heart (in all of the people who died), but other organs were attacked as well. The implications are potentially enormous resulting in millions of deaths. The vaccines should be immediately halted.

Scientists have created the ultimate GM crop: contraceptive corn. Waiving fields of maize may one day save the world from overpopulation. The pregnancy prevention plants are the handiwork of the San Diego biotechnology company Epicyte, where researchers have discovered a rare class of human antibodies that attack sperm. By isolating the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies, and by putting them in corn plants, the company has created tiny horticultural factories that make contraceptives. 'We have a hothouse filled with corn plants that make anti-sperm antibodies,' said Epicyte president Mitch Hein.

With the turn of the calendar to 2022, Republicans are not only looking to the 2022 midterm elections but to the prospect of Donald Trump running in 2024. Trump is hugely popular with the party’s base and that popularity freezes the plans of other possible candidates for the 2024 nomination. Trump’s hold on that nomination is brittle, however, because of his age. On election day in 2024 Donald Trump will be 78 years old. That is one year older than Ronald Reagan’s age when he left office in 1988.Looking at the 2024 contest from the other side of the race, there is no reason to expect that Joe Biden
