An interesting article from the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER) is gaining increased attention as questions about asymptomatic spread of COVID-19, the baseline for all COVID mitigation, is being reconciled with the latest tracing data.(Snip)The contact tracing of 1,174 “close contacts” with the asymptomatic carriers showed ZERO transmission. Not a few, not a couple, but zero -none- not a single transmission of Coronavirus from a person without symptoms.(Snip)If asymptomatic transmission is not happening,...(Snip)...then all of the current lock-down regulations, mask wearing requirements and social distancing rules/decrees are based on a complete fallacy of false assumptions.

For some reason the mask is a symbol of something. They keep shoving it down our throats. The masks in my opinion are a hazard.

In the 19th century, you people were forced to wear bags of astefetida around their necks. The astafetida was a stinky bag of substances which, it was believed, would ward off communicable diseases. (mark Twain dealt with this, in Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn's world.)
The mask has replaced astefetida. And the mask may do actual damage, since it creates a perfect environment to grow bacteria - moist, warm cloth, trapping and supporting the bacteria. Sort of a mobile Legionairre's Disease gadget. If you wanted to culture bacteria, you would be hard pressed to find a better object to do so.
That said, I am in favor of social distancing, and always have been, Our culture has descended into a private hell where everybody has to touch everybody else. Professional athletes are the worst practitioners of that obsessive/compulsive behavior. Football players should never hug. Never.
Would Johnny Unitas hug anyone? Jim Brown? Otto Graham? Jack Lambert?

The mask could be the enabler of the disease spread not the preventative. Carry around a virus incubator on your face and inhale air from the incubator. Any old rag can be a mask. Have you seen any specifications for one? Do you wear your mask only once then discard or clean?

Whereas I believe most information on the wuhan flu is misinformation, I don't see why this "study" can be considered because, as the OP stated, this is a study conducted in China.

I understand there being some questions about the study since it was done in China, but where else are you going to find 10 million people in public these days?
FDA, AMA are retracting previous positions; Normal flu and cold season will return in 2021 after Biden is sworn in.

Sundance makes a good point, but he's overstating his case. At the time that Chinese study was being written up, those 300 who had tested positive were known NOT to be presymptomatic, because enough time had elapsed for any symptoms to appear. The trouble is, at a given point in time, you may know that you're asymptomatic, but how do you know you're not presymptomatic?
I've read a couple of papers on the subject, and the evidence for presymptomatic transmission seems weak. More like conjecture than science. Still, the Wuhan study does not show that it doesn't happen.
By the way, they had 10,000,000 people in Wuhan get tested, and only 300 came back positive? I'd like to hear more about that.

Fraud is the hallmark of 2020. They only way they could fight Trump is with FRAUD, massive, widespread, pervasive fraud in every field, in every government bureaucracy, in every city government, in every profession.
