PALM BEACH, Fla. – President Donald Trump and the first family should not expect to be welcomed to the neighborhood with open arms when they move from the White House to Mar-a-Lago--dubbed the Winter White House by the soon-to-be former president. West Palm Beach attorney Reginald Stambaugh sent a letter to Palm Beach Mayor Gail Coniglio and the Town Council on Tuesday laying out the legal reasons and security concerns that he said should bar Trump from living at his private club. A statement from Kathryn Limbaugh and family said Rush Hudson Limbaugh III was honorably laid to rest Wednesday in St. Louis, with close immediate family in attendance. There will be additional celebrations of Rush's life to come both virtually and in his home town of Cape Girardeau, the statement said.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man.
Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.

President Trump is being accused of having violated the number of visits and stays; however, President Trump owns the property, is not a “member/guest” at the property, and the accusation of him violating the agreement may, possibly, not apply to his visits or residency. Sadly, according to an article at Legal Insurrection, the letter was filed by the DeMoss family, owners of an international missionary foundation.
