The refusal of the United States Supreme Court to hear the suit of Texas and 17 other states against four states, (Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin), that were alleged not to have conducted fair presidential elections, on the grounds of Texas’ lack of standing, is a grievous abdication.
The claim of Texas and the other states was that in failing to protect against fraudulent voting on a large scale that affected the results for each state, and cumulatively between the defendant states affected the outcome of the election of the president and vice president, this was a violation of Texas’s right to an adequate level of assurance

As a Texan that basically tells me that the Deep State doesnt consider Texas to be part of their feudal domain. That's fine. I can live with that. I'll just consider that they rescinded the charter Texas signed to rejoin the Union after the War Of Northern Aggression. That puts Texas back to having the right to withdraw its treaty from the USA.

Sniveling tools. Wonder why POTUS fought so hard for their confirmation and stood by them, especially Kavanaugh

Free America!
I knew that Barrett was a fake when she spoke at her confirmation hearing about gathering her children around her when that criminal thug Floyd died from a drug overdose and cried about the injustice of our country. That was the red flag that she was another liberal commie tool who was not a conservative who would uphold the constitution. She took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution and when the first case came up to fulfill her oath she broke it.
Forget about it the judicial system in this soon to be communist country. It is just another government organ of oppression.
By the way Trump is not done yet. He is not an oath breaker.
Free America!

I recommend the junior justices get together with their senior fellows and drag the slime Robert's and his paid for liberal activists into the light, kicking and screaming. Justice does not know age, nor does it drape more gracefully on cowardice and fraud.

Everyone is accusing the SCOTUS of not taking the 18 states seriously. Au contraire! They took them very seriously. That is why the refusal to go into the details. They know what the results will be. They have their orders. It is far more villainous than it appears.

With all due respect #7, #5 said "soon to be communist country". As Bob Dylan wrote so beautifully, "It doesn't take a weatherman to know which way the wind blows".

Conrad Black deserves high praise for this: ''(any president who wouldn’t obstruct this Congress is guilty of negligence).'' I admire Justice Clarence Thomas almost as much as any man living. When Amy Barrett was installed to the SCOTUS I applauded. All that said, I lost faith in the Supreme Court back on the day Judge Roberts invented an excuse to help the Kenyan Experiment in Governance keep from losing face. Unfortunately the justices will operate under the cloud of suspicion for the rest of their lives and not because of anything they have or haven't done; but because of who sits beside them. (For the sake of all that's sacred, is it possible to quit publishing that old photo of the Grinning Idiot Roberts?) PS: Roberts is not interested in truth, justice nor the American way. His interest lies in making sure everybody LIKES him. Thanks for the giggle, #4.

#7 Read my post - Soon to be a communist country is what I wrote especially if certain people are willing to meekly accept the theft of the election. Do you believe the election was stolen? Yes or no? If it was then what does that make our country? And don't try the argument about expecting this comment from the other side. Last time I checked good manners don't win wars.

A plain reading of the Constitution shows that Congress, particularly the House, is the ultimate deciding party in the election of a President. State legislatures are responsible for selecting those electors. No courts mentioned anywhere in the process. They have no standing in this drama except to give the lawyers a platform.
For years, from talk radio to this salon, folks have demanded "originalist" jurists on the Federal bench, particularly the US Supreme Court. Well, the originalists have spoken, and the two dissenters did not take a position on the case, but on principal that every state-initiated "controversy" must be heard.
There are six states out there that suffered apparent fraud. Republicans are hardly powerless. In Georgia, perhaps the most egregious, a Republican governor and Secretary of State certified the results. The Republican legislature "approved" by doing nothing. No court is going to take away that election from a Democrat...how much more "fair" can you get?
If people were serious, rather than picking up firearms to water that tree of liberty, perhaps they would take a lesson from places like Czechoslovakia or Romania...and jam those State Capitol grounds night after night with concerned citizens demanding action, ringing "liberty bells" and jingling keys, demanding access to their legislators to be heard. But, it might be cold out there, and we all have jobs...COVIDS...whatever.
PDT should get out of Washington, first demanding to appear before each legislature to present his case. Then rally his supporters, at least for that day in their state capital, to ring the place, occupy the grounds...in other words, act like teachers in Wisconsin. He should make a grand walk into the capitol alone, one man taking on this legislature. Knock off the bombast, make his state-specific case, and demand the recall of each state's electors for resolution.

I will give them that one; however, for the sake of the nation biden must concede or the USSCOTUS must hear the fraud evidence and rule. They are the highest court in the land. The remedy is easy. Legislatures send electors or the electors are not accepted and the election goes to congress. Or demand statewide audit of machines and ballots and count only legal ballots.

If you read the first hand account provided over the weekend (on Reddit.com) by a SCOTUS clerk who overheard the justices yelling and screaming at each other and CJ Roberts telling his junior justices to silence themselves or else, that's all you needed to hear. Justice Clarence Thomas then telling Roberts the SCOTUS ruling to refuse the case will end democracy in America, was the defining moment.
I am sure all of the SCOTUS clerks were sternly warned yesterday as to what will happen to them unless the clerk who spewed to Reddit.com comes forward.

It's been rumored that when the justices met, in person, which they have not done in months, there was loud shouting that could be heard down the hall.
Basically, they were afraid of taking on the case for fear of the mob.
Thus, it seems intimidation and fear, trademarks of any local street gang, have taken root and is now affecting the rule of law.

Intimidation and fear are trademarks of every communist takeover. And rigged elections. As well as the cowardice of those entrusted to guard freedom: Sessions, Barr, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett.

As long as Roberts continues to protect his own bacon, he will never care about the rest of us, or the unconstitutional misery he is determined to foist on the rest of us. All to save his own sorry butt from the results of his own corruption.

They should NOT be allowed to refuse any case that under their sole jurisdiction...and if they decide Unconstitutionally those that do should be IMPEACHED and REMOVED! The Constitution Means what it says, there is NO reading the words to decide something else!
