On Tuesday morning, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton revealed that the state of Texas filed a massive lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin for exploiting “the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election.”
In the couple days following the announcement, dozens of other states have joined Texas in their lawsuit. On Thursday, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives joined the case as well. "PA Speaker of the House, Bryan Cutler was joined by PA House majority leader, Kerry Benninghoff in filing an amici

Republican State legislators in these 4 states better wake up and smell the cofeve. Trump will run primary candidates against any that support the Democrat election steal. Beware of the fury of Trumpers. Let the Communist enemies burn Detroit, Philadelphia, Minneapolis and Atlanta. I will not cry for them. We need a catharsis.

Will all the people who participated in this voting fraud be prosecuted? Will ANY of them be prosecuted? These people who helped count and helped change the ballots should be charged with felonies I would think. If these people are punished to the fullest extent I would think that may deter this kind of behavior in the future.

Hey, I live in PA. This is not good enough. These clowns in the PA legislation need to get back to work and fix the mess they created. They need to get back into session. They gave our crazy governor everything they wanted. They were so proud of themselves when they passed Act 77 that they funded the Governor's request to purchase the Dominion machines for $90 million. It was all planned by the democrat party and our republican legislators went all the way in this. I'm with #2. We in PA need to clean house with our legislators. They are all running scared and doing nice stuff to look like they are doing something. In 2022 we are looking to run real republicans against these clowns.

In my non-legal mind, something doesn't make sense here.
Earlier this week, Texas files suit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Ok, I get it and darn glad to see it. But, who did Texas actually sue then? PA's Governor? PA's Attorney General? PA's legislature? Now we have PA's House joins the case by filing an amicus curiae brief against its own state? By definition of an amicus curiae brief, the PA House doesn't consider itself party to Texas' suit against PA? What is this? Why didn't PA's Senate file a brief, too, then? Or the PA legislature as a whole? I see PA's current AG is Josh Shapiro - a true blue dim....hmmm.
I guess this filing is progress in the right direction, but, it appears the PA House did this to cover its rear having realized it screwed up bigly when it passed Act 77 as #4 describes. Yeah, there's cya going on here.

#3, if Trump can succeed in this legal fight, you can bet that everyone who participated in the voting fraud will get frog marched. First thing Trump will do is fire Barr and put in Ted Cruz, or Rudy-- someone who will actually pursue justice-- as AG. In fact, Barr and Durham might well be part of the conga line to federal prison. Everyone involved in the Russia hoax will be prosecuted. Trump will have absolutely nothing to lose by going full bore now. There is a supposed quote from Hillary going around the interwebs these days, "If Trump is elected we all hang." She might or might not have said that, but it is absolutely true.

The 4 states named in the suit, were supposed to respond by 3:00 pm ET yesterday -- does anyone know if this happened and how they responded?

If this action had been taken by only three or four states, the Supreme Court could have ignored it and gone along with the Uniparty to avoid controversy. Now it's too big to ignore. Joe and his imaginary cabinet can go play poker or something. Pennsylvania? Wow.

I won't care if they don't throw anybody in jail...provided they tell us what the bag limit will be on Democrat rioters after the Supreme Court overturns this fraudulent election.

Billy Graham said, “Courage is contagious. When one man takes a stand, the spines of others are stiffened.”
This Texas move is not a hair brain idea. It's been researched and consulted with experts of the constitution. I wouldn't be surprised if Ted Cruz had something to do with it and hope Alito takes the scotus lead on this.

#12, great point. Once guys like Mastriano in PA step forward, the weaklings can feel a little safer in following. I do not consider all reluctant Republicans in these State Legislatures to be RINOs - the Left is violent and has most likely has threatened them. The Left is the modern day Quantrill raiders.

#13, I agree Mastriano is a good guy, however, he voted Act 77 out of committee along with Judy Ward. They need to take blame. If it did not reach the floor, it would not exist. However, Doug did admit that was of his biggest mistakes when the rest of those clowns in the House and Senate keep pointing the finger at each other and running away from their constituents. As I said, we in PA need to clean house with the House and Senate.

PA pols covering their arses. Where was the PA Senate and House before? Why didn't these fearless Pubbies call the legislature in a "rump" session to pass a resolution that denies the election results, if otherwise dependent on the Governor? Because it takes guts? To hell with the governor. He's not mentioned in the Constitution; the state legislature is for a specific duty. Same with Wisconsin and other states...where has any legislature shown any moxie?

Trust in the Lord to do what is right....His plan sometimes is difficult to understand... but... folks...He always has a plan beyond what WE can see or understand...the democrats can't always lie and cheat and get away with it....there is always an end game.....perhaps a Hail Mary pass will get US into the end zone...

Yes #12, Sekulow’s son indicated early that his FATHER and others strategized and are close with Paxton to initiate this. I admire Paxton because he has a habit of not going out there blowing his own horn. I so believe Cruz was in on this too! Anyway, Jordan Sekulow shared that. I believe it! After all, we have all been praying for the Trump team to have wise strategies and cunning legal maneuvers that result in Victory, yes?

The Sicilian mafia (among others) has a considerable presence in Pennsylvania, particularly in Philadelphia. So does the Black Lives Matter shakedown organization. Don't put it past them to have entered into sub rosa (extremely private, unseen) agreements with the Chinese, with Dominion, with the dem party, the rogue FBI or CIA, or others, to threaten Pennsylvania legislators and their families if they take steps to try to overturn the election or expose the cheating. Notice how the vote-counters put up cardboard sheets to prevent the vote watchers from seeing the process. You think those vote-counters had the guts to do that all on their own? They were receiving orders from someone else, and it wasn't just the governor's office.

As right as it would be to correct the fraudulent rule changes in the named states, I have no faith that the Supremes will rule in favor of Texas. This has the slimmest of chances to change the outcome of the stolen election. The evidence of blatant fraud with thousands of sworn affidavits from several states, the videos proving fraud and supporting many sworn statements should have been enough but it's ignored. It's ignored just like all the evidence of criminal activity of deep state law breakers has been ignored; evidence that is not arguable. Evidence that is documented in FISA warrant requests, Hunter Biden laptops, FBI emails and notes, and evidence from the criminals' own words and sworn testimonies. All that and not one thing but rewards and promotions will happen to those who openly, brazenly, used their positions to destroy innocent people, doing so in broad daylight, flipping off anyone who exposed them. And now, conservatives actually believe the Texas suit will favor Trump. They actually believe the Hunter and Uncle Biden investigation will "finally" bring the Biden's to justice. It won't. It will result in the Biden's being found innocent of any wrong doing, like Comey found with Hillary in July, 2016. Please, identify ONE, just ONE criminal principle like Comey, Strzok, Biden, Obama, Hillary, Susan Rice, Bruce Ohr who has NOT been rewarded fro their blatant and open and easy to convict crimes. You can't and when Biden is inaugurated, you never will. So, I don't take any of this Texas suit as anything other than one more punch in the gut of the Constitution and the representative republic which will officially end on January 20, 2021. That nine people in black robes will rule in favor of the Texas, let alone the Constitution is a ridiculous and stupid and sad thing to rely on to save the nation. We should have never gotten within light years of being this close in the first place and two RINO's from Georgia supposedly standing in the breach is pure fantasy. I sure hope I'm wrong but it's Game Over for the United States of America.
