Atlanta—Georgia’s governor is again telling lawmakers that he won’t call a special session to overturn Georgia’s election results and appoint 16 presidential electors who would support Republican President Donald Trump instead of Democratic president-elect Joe Biden. Republican Brian Kemp issued a joint statement Sunday with Republican Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, saying it would violate state law for the General Assembly to name electors instead of following the current state law that calls for the governor to certify electors after results are certified. “Any attempt by the legislature to retroactively change that process for the Nov. 3rd election would be unconstitutional

Stacey Abrams could not have been any worse than this pile of you-know-what.
These loser republicans use Pres. Trump to get elected, then throw him under the bus repeatedly.
Anyway, the SCOTUS is going to have to man up and take this case. There is far too much evidence of fraudulent democrat behavior to overlook.

I voted for Kemp and look forward to him being primaried. I WILL vote against him and the clown who replaced him as Secretary of State. This election fiasco in Georgia trumps any positive policy positions that either have taken. Both of them have until tomorrow to recover my vote.

The US Constitution gives state legislatures plenary - aka ABSOLUTE - power to determine their electors. Georgia is a state, last time I checked. Kemp cannot block them from meeting to do their constitutional duty! Grow a spine, some of you, or buy one! Find a meeting place. This is not rocket science!

We elect Republicans and get nothing from them. The Democrats stomp them in the ground, walk over them, throw them bribes to keep them quiet.

Well we can kiss Georgia goodbye and allow the 'rats total control of govt again. It will be 2008 on steroids. If anyone in the Georgia GOP had a spine, they would have filed charges to impeach Kemp But, like the dutiful sheep they are, the GOP will continue to hide under their mommies skirts and wonder why the country is going down the sewer.

Very odd behavior for a Republican Governor not want to help a Republican president. Wonder if the Democrats have something incriminating on him that's making act this way. I don't know how he expects the Republican part to support him in the next election. SMH.

Kemp is compromised and part of the China elite. The entire election was controlled by China and the DemonRats. China admitted it in several places...they even said they were going to do it before it happened.
President Trump ABSOLUTELY MUST CUT all our business ties with China. Otherwise, we will all be speaking Mandarin because China has bought off so many of our powerful elite, including Wall Street.

The governor is one person. The legislatures need to know that people are not settling for this excuse. Do something! stop scapegoating!

This RINO needs to face a reckoning. He is clearly a no good liberal pretending to be a conservative. When the civil war begins this guy should be among the first to be dealt with.

Being photographed under a Chinese commie flag and begging the Chinese to come to Georgia to do business with the Chinese tells me that perhaps the Chinese pay Kemp's salary!!!!

I think the daughter's boyfriend's death may have sent a message. I think he's scared about that as much or more than the kickbacks/bribes he has probably taken.
