Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) want to see a "mask-wearing mandate" as part of the next coronavirus relief package that Congress passes. "Our goal is going to be, you know, to work towards including it inside of the coronavirus relief package," Markey said during a news conference on Friday about the Encouraging Masks for All Act. "We think this is kind of common sense."Congressional leaders and the White House are currently negotiating another coronavirus relief bill.

I sleep so well at night knowing that the Demon-Rats in the House are my masters and overlords, who know so much better about what is best for me, a mere peasant, that I ever could!!! /sarcasm off I believe the last time a bunch of government bureaucrats tried to tell us what to do was in 1776, and that really didn't end well for them. Maybe it is time for another revolution. It definitely feels like we are inching closer to Civil War 2 by the day!!!

Ohio has had a mask mandate for over 100 days. Ohio’s daily infection rate in that time has risen from 1,000 per day to 10,000. Maskare not working. Apparently, masks capture and accumulate viral particles, and unsanitary practices transfer these to hands and face, infecting the user instead of protecting the user. Best explanation to fit the data.

These people have the uncontrollable urge to control others. They get elected because there are many people who want to be led. There were people in Russia who longed for the return of Stalin, for goodness sake. So it’s the same here—they want Democrats to lead them. What I want to know is, who is going to enforce this? I guess it will be the obedient ones who will shame the non- compliers into wearing a mask. Keep hoping that the election is overturned, civil war be damned!

I like the "rules of the road" analogy, because there is no Federal law about wearing seat belts. Here in NH if you are over 18 there is no requirement that you belt up, or that you wear a helmet on your motorcycle. Good idea, yes, but not a law. We must surrender our freedom so that we will be protected from ourselves.

I love how these amoral in every way slime balls lecture us and give us "conditions" for returning a tiny portion of our taxes back to them. People are getting desperate. Government mandates, both federal and state, are dictating what they will and will not ALLOW us to do right down to threatening the average American family with prosecution if they violate some bloated Democrat's whim. Keeping people from working, ordering businesses to close kills people. Business owners, the self-employed and essential workers whose income has been reduced because the essential employer's 2020 revenue is way down, cannot collect unemployment. The fear of financial ruin and depression among my friends and family is awful. Listening to their predictions of a "dark winter" and "mask mandates" until next May are driving good honest hardworking people to depression and suicide. Democrats for whom lying, cheating and stealing, is all in a days work cannot fathom that a person who has always been honest and responsible gets sick to their stomach at the thought of being unable to meet their obligations. Throw on top of that all of the other effects of this Covid horror on our children and elderly family members. They might not even feel as bad IF they could have any confidence that they are being told the TRUTH about the virus. All of these who lecture us all so smugly have NEVER missed a paycheck though this whole ordeal. The parties, vacations and designer ice creams just keep on coming for them. I always said that I would never wish a job loss on my worst enemy but no more.

If this mandate becomes law, it will permit the FBI and DoJ to come out of hiding in order to avoid investigating the theft of an election so that unsuspecting citizens can be dragged out of their homes, cars and workplaces. Recall the Roger Stone early morning arrest by the FBI to understand what awaits us. AG Barr and Director Wray will be on TV every night with the counts of arrests by state, gender and race, complete with videos of those arrested pleading to be left alone.

How can leftist and liberal Democrats like Blumenthal and Markey now say the the Chinese COVID-19 virus pandemic is going to be around essentially indefinitely, as before the election those Democrats were telling the American people that Biden has a “Plan” to eliminate the COVID pandemic? The true fact is that no politician in the world can stop the COVID pandemic and the Democrat politicization of the pandemic has confused and done the American people a disservice. Only advanced medical science, that operates outside government, has a chance to bring down the pandemic through the development of effective therapeutics and vaccines. If that does not happen the only hope is that the virus will naturally burn itself out. In the meantime it looks like the Democrats are getting ready to politicize the vaccine distribution plan by bringing their identity politics, especially ethnicities and race into play, once a vaccine is approved in the USA.

Just the idea of donning a mask has kept me from eating out and shopping. Also , like the climate hoax, this mask thing is quickly turning into big business. It’s all about power and money. All kinds of businesses have jumped on the bandwagon to sell them; they most likely don't want to lose any profit by folks no longer buying masks. Blumenthal or Markey (or someone they owe a favor to) benefits $$$ from masks. This is in addition to the oppression they impose on the public.

Every nonpartisan medical person around the country all say that masks do absolutely nothing in the prevention of, or limit the potential of getting CV-19, it is there to simply control the masses. As a free (?) American and a military veteran with 27 years of service, I will not, repeat, will not wear a mask. If the fools at CDC would have used common sense (I know that is something missing in most quasi-government operations) in the beginning, the death rate would have been determined by persons that died OF CV-19, not died with CV-19 antibodies in their system. So instead of 260k+ deaths, it's really less than 15,000 that died of CV-19. Not the ones that were tested and they found CV antibodies. And by the CDCs own admittance, the CV-19 tests have been up to 50% false positive. So all if this posturing is just political BS and holds no value with me. MSgt USAF (ret)

Twice in the last six weeks, warnings were issued about imminent, grave threats to public safety posed by the same type of right-wing extremists who rioted at the Capitol on January 6. And both times, these warnings ushered in severe security measures only to prove utterly baseless. First we had the hysteria over the violence we were told was likely to occur at numerous state capitols on Inauguration Day. “Law enforcement and state officials are on high alert for potentially violent protests in the lead-up to Inauguration Day, with some state capitols boarded up and others temporarily closed ahead of Wednesday's ceremony,” announced CNN. When the Republican governors of Texas and Mississippi announced that they planned to lift their statewide COVID-19 restrictions, including mask mandates, President Biden accused them of “Neanderthal thinking.” Yet, despite the president’s repeated assurances that his coronavirus policies would “follow the science,” it’s clear that neither he nor his advisers have bothered to compare the mortality statistics of states with stringent mask mandates to those with no statewide mandates. As it happens, the average number of COVID-19 deaths per 100,000 residents in the knuckle-dragger states is about half that of those whose governors still impose strict mask mandates, according to statistics provided by the New York Times.

Leaders of the effort to recall California Gov. But recall supporters said Sunday that they're confident they've collected enough. The most recent signature verification numbers from the Secretary of State's Office found that about 83% of the signatures counted by early February were valid.

After many years of legislation at the federal level, every citizen who is 18 or older and registers to vote is allowed to do so without impediment. Some states require a valid ID, but the dirty little secret is, so does the Democratic National Convention. It has now been nearly a year since “public health experts” began appearing on television talk shows insisting that, to survive COVID-19, the nation would have to pursue unprecedented mitigation policies. They told us that our salvation required draconian measures such as school closures, stay-at-home orders, and business lockdowns. Moreover, we were advised not to expect a fast return to our normal lives. In early April 2020, for example, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel solemnly assured us, “We will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine…. We need to prepare ourselves for this to last 18 months or so and for the toll that it will take.”

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

The Royal Family was left reeling this morning after Meghan Markle tearfully revealed that the stress of royal life made her suicidal when she was five months pregnant, claimed Archie was denied the title of prince because he is mixed-race and said Kate Middleton made her cry before she married Harry in a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey. The couple also chose to reveal that they are having a baby girl to the tens of millions of people watching the CBS show broadcast in the US before accusing the Royal Family of racism and revealing the deep rift 'Megxit' has caused with Prince Charles and Prince William.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Without question, the vast majority of Americans who support former President Donald Trump were angry and frustrated throughout 2020 passed with barely a mention of then-U.S. Attorney John Durham’s criminal investigation into the FBI’s fraudulent “Russiagate” counterterrorism operation directed at his 2016 campaign. In the weeks before the November election, word got out that then-Attorney General William Barr wasn’t going to announce any indictments or even a report on Durham’s investigation because he did not want to influence the outcome. So far, in fact, the only indictment to come out of the Durham probe is that of former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who essentially got a slap on the wrist

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
