President-elect Joe Biden plans to call on Americans to wear masks for his first 100 days in office, he announced Thursday. Biden has long urged Americans to wear masks to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, and during an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper Thursday, he put a specific time period on what his request will be. "Just 100 days to mask, not forever. 100 days. And I think we'll see a significant reduction" in COVID-19 infections, Biden said, according to a preview of the interview that will air Thursday evening. While Biden wants everyone to wear masks, he will not have the constitutional authority to directly order

Follow the science which means ignore common sense in Goobernment terminology. So we have worn fast mask for months but the surge in COVID 1984 hasn't responded to man's demands. Science says continue the current failed process. Common sense (never found in goobernment) says something needs to change.

Three thoughts... Where we are at, we already wear masks if we want to go in to any place of business. Covid spreading anyway so masks aren't working. People will be getting vaccinated so what will be slowing covid? Is it the vaccine or mask wearing? Vaccinations started under Trump. Will he get any credit from Biden? 100 days would take us to early May when the flu season would be ending anyway. It will be a great way for Biden and all his cronies to go around and pat themselves on the back while doing nothing and taking credit for it. What a bunch of BS.

Much to do about nothing, as any person who would be in tune with Biden’s crooked liberal Democrat politics and would listen to him have already been wearing masks and have watched the COVID numbers keep going up in their communities. No politician is going to stop the spread of COVID, only advanced medical science designed effective vaccines, or the virus naturally burning itself out, can do that.

Austin, Texas The University of Texas' long-awaited report on “The Eyes of Texas” has found that the school song has “no racist intent," but the school president said athletes and band members will not be required to sing or participate when the song is played at games and campus events. The 58-page report, released Tuesday, was commissioned last year by school President Jay Hartzell after a group of Texas athletes, most notably football players, demanded the school drop the song as part of racial injustice protests. The issue erupted into a tempest of fan outrage when football players chose to leave the field instead of

The worst kept secret in Washington, D.C., is that Joe Biden is suffering from serious age-related cognitive decline. In January, although some people predicated he would remain in office for up to two years before he was gently ushered out to make room for Kamala Harris, I looked at the man and thought he was going to be retired by June. Lately, though, Biden looks as if he’s heading for an April or May retirement. On Monday, he had his worst public appearance yet, when he was unable to remember either the name for his Secretary of Defense or the Pentagon.

Is this a new defiance against Donald Trump by the GOP? Or a clever marketing ploy by Trump and his team? Over the weekend, Trump’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist order to the RNC over their use of Trump’s name in their fundraising efforts. Their predictable response all but guarantees the party will continue to build its brand around Trump’s: The Republican National Committee is denying a cease-and-desist demand from Donald Trump’s attorneys, who asked the party organization to stop using the former president’s name and likeness in fundraising appeals.

"The only thing we have to fear is...fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” — Franklin Delano Roosevelt The recent school reopening guidance released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is an example of fears influencing and resulting in misinterpretation of science and harmful policy. In the U.S. 50% of schools are closed and more only partially open. President Biden ran on a campaign indicating that science and data would guide his policy. As we approach the anniversary of the first COVID shut down, this approach is needed more than ever, especially when it comes to schools.

Gordon, a Republican, cited the "declining number of active COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations" in Wyoming as well as the state’s "significant success" in a vaccine rollout as reasons behind the easing of restrictions.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
