It is clear the Pennsylvania 2020 election was wrought with fraud and criminal conduct. President Trump led by nearly 700,000 votes on election night. Democrats dumped hundreds of thousands of votes to steal the state from the Trump Campaign. On Wednesday the Pennsylvania state legislature held a hearing on the 2020 election issues and irregularities. One witness described the huge “spikes” in Pennsylvania during the hearing and the crowd gasped.

Comments:

Things are heating up! Nothing in their resolution is untrue!

It's the "urges" that are concerning. "Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election; and 6. Urges the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute."

#1... it's a start.. probably a lot of the Republicans were waffling.. this is testing the waters of their constituents in rural PA. I think this is a proposed resolution. It doesn't say that this was voted on in the legislative chambers, does it?

A Pennsylvania State Senator was on Newsmax within the past hour and explained the mechanics of this. Said that there was clear fraud in the election, and the democrat governor would not accept any evidence of wrongdoing. So, they look to pass a joint resolution on Wednesday of next week that will result in Trump getting all 20 electoral votes from that state. Before getting too optimistic about this it should be pointed out that because of the way the PA elections are implemented all these people cease to be legislators on Monday and turn into pumpkins. Their leader, Doug Mastriano, is focusing on getting them sworn into their jobs before January based on the ironic fact that the SoS has certified the (fraudulent) vote the re-elected them. It all comes down to whether the constituents of the PA Republican leadership burn up the phones and emails to their elected representatives and light enough of a fire under them to block the election of electors until a formal joint hearing and vote is held by the PA legislature. The leadership can abandon the field and take a month long nap or they can fight to save the integrity of their commonwealth and the federal election process at enormous political risk. Lots of cynics are betting on the nap.

I still believe, and it’s just my opinion, that the Supreme Court will have no real choice (speaking of the constitutionalist justices) but to throw this election to the House of Representatives. There is too much evidence of fraud and not enough time to untangle the results. A well organized plan by the Democrats but poorly executed. They had no choice but to rely on very stupid people to carry it out.

China Joe and Camel-la-la should not be rewarded if we have time to stop them. Yes, pull the trophy back. Let's just rip off the band aid right now and get this to where it is ending up anyway. Both sides will continue to appeal until it hits the Supreme Court so let's cut to the chase and get there. No matter what happens, one side will feel the other side stole this election and the other side will feel vindicated. I'd prefer to feel vindicated!

Good. But, include, WHEREAS, the legislature now smells the coffee and sees the handwriting on the wall - Trump won in a landslide. Item 6 should read as, "6. Mandates "the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth" for purposes of the November 3, 2020 presidential election as a Class A felony and violators shall be prosecuted.

Game 4 of the Lakers-Heat series draws its biggest audience so far, though it's still way down from last year. The NBA Finals grew on Tuesday, and cable news had a big night pretty well across the board. The rest of primetime, however, was a mixed bag, with NBC's Weakest Link putting up decent second-week ratings but Fox's Next premiering softly. Game four of the NBA Finals delivered 7.54 million viewers and a 2.9 rating among adults 18-49 on ABC.

However, while campaigning in the second state to vote in the presidential contest, Yang decided it was time to officially call it quits.

University students have demanded the word "black" be banned from lectures and textbooks amid claims it symbolises "negative situations". Undergraduates at the University of Manchester say the colour's use as an adjective is stemmed in "colonial history", which has become outdated in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement. Supporters are calling for commonly used phrases such as "black sheep" to be removed from lecture slides and books, while concerns have also been raised about "blackmail" and "black market" during a student union-led audit of racism concerns on campus. A tidal wave of reports over alleged voter fraud and other irregularities in the 2020 election cycle should keep FBI investigators busy for the foreseeable future, that is if FBI Director Christopher Wray's investigators care to look. The FBI has been accused of turning a blind eye as hundreds of witnesses step forward and mountains of evidence pile up suggesting a lot of funny business took place during the Nov. 3 election. But could that be changing? Matt Braynard, a former data chief and strategist for the Trump campaign, and his team at The Voter Integrity Project have conducted a review of ballot and election results in the 2020 election.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order Saturday vacating a lower court’s decision to suspend the certification of the state’s vote in the presidential election, holding that a challenge to the state’s vote-by-mail laws had come too late. On Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Judge McCullough’s order under the doctrine of “laches,” ruling that Rep. Kelly and others should have brought the constitutional challenge before the primary and general elections in 2020 — not after millions of voters in Pennsylvania had already cast their ballots:

President Trump’s disastrous mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic probably cost him re-election. Yet it seems mind-boggling that he still won more votes than any incumbent president in American history despite his dereliction of responsibility at a time of a once-in-a-century health crisis and economic devastation. Why are President-elect Joe Biden’s margins so thin in the states that clinched his victory? And why did the president’s down-ticket enablers flourish in the turbulent, plague-torn conditions they helped bring about? Democrats, struggling to make sense of it all, are locked in yet another round of mutual recrimination: They were either too progressive for swing voters — too socialist or aggressive with ambitious policies

Since Election Day three weeks ago, we have heard from some on the Left, including the Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, resounding calls for “unity.” Biden offered a victory speech a few days after Election Day, where he extended an olive branch to supporters of President Trump, saying "I understand the disappointment tonight. But now let's give each other a chance. It's time to put away the harsh rhetoric, lower the temperature. And to make progress, we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies. They are not our enemies. They're Americans." Throughout the campaign, however, Biden did not act in this cordial manner,
