Attorney Sidney Powell filed a federal lawsuit late Wednesday alleging “massive election fraud” and multiple violations of the Constitution and Georgia’s state laws in the 2020 general election, as well as issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems.
The civil action alleges that the purpose of the scheme was for “illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States.” A similar separate suit was filed in Michigan.
The Georgia suit (pdf) was filed in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia Atlanta Division against Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and other election officials.

Just a sample - there’s much, much more:
The suit seeks to compel the court to invalidate the election results in Georgia. It was filed on behalf of plaintiffs including Republican Party nominees for the electoral college, the chairman of the Cobb County Republican Party Jason Shepherd, and the Assistant Secretary of the Georgia Republican Party, Brian Jay Van Gundy.
The 104-page complaint argues that “incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded.”

The complaints cited in these lawsuits MUST be thoroughly investigated and dispositioned before results of the November 3 Presidential Election can be accepted. Without doing so, Americans will lose confidence in the election system's ability to guarantee fair and legal outcomes. For the future of the country, America cannot allow that to occur.

It would be heartbreaking for Former V.P. President Elect Biden and his running mate were this election to be overturned. So many worked so hard for the win, both living and dead and even illegals.

No question in my mind that there was massive fraud. However, # 1, if you invalidate those 96,000 votes, how do you know whether they were Trump or Biden votes? None of those fraudulent or legitimate votes are attached any longer to the original envelopes that gave signature and residence legitimacy to the ballot.

The fraud that is being charged in the suit is the intentional disregard of the state officials fiduciary responsibility to take reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of the election. Not verifying signatures, not verifying legitimate voter rolls, not securing the election machines, not vetting Dominion Systems machines as was done in Texas to uncover their intentionally faulty security design, not properly maintaining the chain of custody for ballots, and not preserving the signature evidence for future audits all violated this responsibility and should invalidate the election process. The officials then need to defend what they did or didn't do to a judge to determine if they were criminally negligent.
The best graph I've seen of this corrupt process shows that hundreds of thousands more mail in ballots were counted than were requested or sent out. Nobody would ever trust a casino that takes your money but won't show you their cards or count the deck.

"It alleges computerized ballot-stuffing and manipulation by software created and run by domestic and foreign actors."
Why would an election machine need the capability to manipulate votes?
It's suppose to be a simple adding machine, right?
If the multi national corporate blob has been manipulating American elections,
do campaigns pay these companies for their candidates victories?
Are American political offices just populated with the highest bidders?
There's got to be a better way.

The elections in Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and to a lesser degree Arizona, Virginia, and Nevada cannot be certified without certifying obvious fraud. The little SoS useful idiots should be concerned about the legal jeopardy certifying false elections puts them in; there is no calvary with leftists; they kill little people with too much knowledge.
