New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is blaming the new conservative majority on the Supreme Court for a decision late Wednesday against his state's COVID-19 restrictions on churches and places of worship. In remarks to reporters on Thursday, Cuomo said he thinks the ruling “was really just an opportunity for the court to express its philosophy and politics" and that it was making a "statement" with the vote. The court's five conservatives, including Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was confirmed just before the Nov. 3 presidential election and replaced liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, ruled against the New York measures.

Cuomo blasts conservative majority in SCOTUS for win (Roberts is still worried those sex pictures of him and a goat will be made public)
I guess Cuomo and Biden (maybe) are going to have to kill another conservative justice like they did to Scalia.
PS...We our so lucky Trump had the stones to push for a Barrett confirmation before the election.

New Yorkers are at the mercy of the Emmy-Winning Nursing-Home-Killer. BUT NY teachers LOVE him.
Keep voting how you are voting and you will keep getting what you are getting. In this case, a Leftist who has little use for the US Constitution.

If the ruling is 'irrelevant', then the original edict is likewise irrelevant. So why issue an irrelevant edict that can't be enforced? Oh, power mad fascist like Cuomo love to ruin the lives of every man woman and child under is dictatorial reign of terror.

Andrew the pious gets b***h slapped by SCOTUS for his edicts that are deemed unconstitutional. How does Capo Andrew trick so many New Yorkers into voting for him? There is only one thing that he excels at... stupidity.

Governor Guido should be indicted for being responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people in New York when he mandated COVID-19 patients be placed in care facilities. He wasn't worried about those patients congregating indoors so why should he worry about people that want to worship? New Yorkers are complete morons. Exhibit A. Andrew Guido.

Cuomo is a man that is part of the plot to make this virus look worse than what it really is. He put the COVID elderly back into the nursing facilities instead of sending them to the hospital build by Trump. He did not let the doctors use HCQ and all of this made the death count increase dramatically! Now we have faulty tests that show positive results......who cares. It was all in the plan. The plan that was orchestrated and executed by Obama himself.

Yep, he is correct. Cuomo is used to "the fix is in" because he operates in a democrat controlled environment. With the departure of RBG, the fix is no longer in at the SCOTUS. John Roberts and his fellow socialists are now going to have to get used to seeing what it is like when the outcome is decided on a constitutional basis.
