Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein has called out 21 Republican senators who he says have expressed 'extreme contempt' for President Trump in private - but have refused to air their grievances in public.Bernstein accused the senators - including the likes of Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio, Chuck Grassley and Susan Collins - of a 'craven silence' that has 'enabled Trump's most grievous conduct'.That includes 'undermining and discrediting the US electoral system' Bernstein said, taking aim at Trump's refusal to concede to Joe Biden while claiming 'massive fraud' - a claim that his legal team has failed to substantiate in court.

That leaves 29 that want support of 81 million voters! I'm pretty sure in Texas newly re-elected Bushite Cornyn, who's reaching across the aisle to 'do something' for the 'dreamers'....does not want America First. Since Cruz was elected against the good ol' boy, I suppose he supports the 81 million and Trump....

"Conceding" or "not conceding" is totally irrelevant. When I hear or read that "not conceding" or "refusing to concede" is tantamount to refusing to the leave the White House, I can only think that those people who float such an idea are totally stupid.

No need for a stale old hack to state the obvious. Imagine where we'd be if such Republicans were interested in the well-being of ordinary citizens and the health of our nation instead of feathering their own nests and strutting about like do-nothing royalty. They're worse than the Democrats, who at least are honest about wanting to fundamentally transform the USA into a third-world realm of peasantry.

Don't trust Bernstein, but I find this believable. Too many Republicans are cowardly backstabbers hiding behind the Democrats letting them take point. Trump is largely alone in Washington. His support is out in the general public. Not Washington. That is probably a good thing considering all the rampant corruption in Washington.

FTA: That vote will decide which party controls the Republican-led senate. If both races go to the Democrats, they will take control - gifting Joe Biden the first all-blue Congress since Bill Clinton in 1994...........
I wonder which one of these useful idiots made that quote? (Chris Pleasance or Emily Webber)
From 2008 - 2010 Obama had both the House & Senate under demorat control. Until the slaughter that came in the 2010 mid-terms and the republications retook congress control.

That's because those Senators are in the deep state and want their "perks" for themselves and their families to continue. They get rich and we pay for it and stupidly elect them again and again. They lie to us and tell us what we want to hear and never accomplish that when they get re-elected. Who are the fools. (I stupidly believed Bush too)

Carl Bernstein is a known liar. That said, I know that some of these have openly been never-Trumpers. But be careful; this may be a mix of truth and deceit to sew distrust among Republicans.
I agree that we need to police such elitist as Romney, Rubio and Collins out of politics. They are more interested in social clubs than serving the American People.

Good! We will keep that List of Republican Senators who were NOT really supporters of their President. They were happy that Biden has been called the Winner. So, we will be Happy when we primary those Senators when they are up for re-election. We don't need People in Congress who PRETEND to be Republicans to get elected, then refuse to support the REPUBLICAN President. We can play that game too!

#1, "Where has Bernstein been?" he's like a purulent boil that recedes back beneath the skin, ripening again and again, and finally erupting through the surface with all its infectious stench.
And now that he has "outed' these people, if it's true, he has rendered them effete. more effete. useless. showing how really duplicitous and untrustworthy they are. So to condemn the President and demand he concede would be to show them so easy for political adversaries to bend and twist to their will, which makes them fools as well as untrustworthy and duplicitous: LIARS & FALSE. Nothing uglier in the relationships of men in the battles upon which our Liberty depends.
What of President Trump's accomplishments do these perfidious Senators disapprove??? Let's hear it.

Such a busy little bee, ole has-been Carl… No wonder Norah Ephron dumped him!
Here’s his poisonous list. I don’t see any real surprises here:
He continued: 'The 21 GOP Senators who have privately expressed their disdain for Trump are: Portman, Alexander, Sasse, Blunt, Collins, Murkowski, Cornyn, Thune, Romney, Braun, Young, Tim Scott, Rick Scott, Rubio, Grassley, Burr, Toomey, McSally, Moran, Roberts, Shelby.
t will be interesting to see what any of them has to say in response to Carl’s Big Reveal...

If it wasn't for rich Hollywood types and wall street brokers, democrats wouldnt be able to mount any campaigns. It's why their claim to be the party of the working people is so laughable.
And what these rich morons won't tell six pack Joe is that no matter what the democrats do, they will still have their money, fame and security.

President Trump should never concede, just let the process move along, and if the electors finally provide Biden with the 270 he needs, then he will at that time be president-elect Biden.
Conceding would enable Biden to essentially run a parallel government.
