The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court has once again shown its contempt for a free and fair election. The PA Supreme Court on Monday ruled that mail-in/ballots with no dates or handwritten names/addresses on the outer envelopes can be counted. The Trump campaign challenged the decision of the Philadelphia County Board of Elections to count 8,320 mail-in/absentee ballots arguing the voters failed to handwrite their name, address or the date (in some cases a combination of all three) on the outer envelope.Trump’s legal team argued that the General Assembly set forth in the Election Code the requirements for how a qualified elector

Is it standard Election Law to accept ballots in such a way?
It would never fly in Texas!
We have Signature Verification Boards made up of Dems and Republicans, and if they cannot agree that the signatures match, they are thrown out. No signature--automatically thrown out as invalid.
This decision will be take up the chain.
Ballots that arrive LATE in the mail AFTER 5pm the day after the election are also not valid.

70 million ILLEGAL ALIENS can now openly vote by mail without having to reveal their identity. This thing can only happen only in America! AMERICA, the land of opportunity and free stuffs for the ILLEGAL ALIENS, while the real taxpayers work their butts off to subsidize their livelihood.

Weren't these judges sworn to uphold the law? Is there any law in PA? The Liberty Bell is tarnished by these black robed apostates.

This is what happens when you don't plant every commie six feet under. They worm their way into your institutions and then do as they please when they have control.

I think Sidney Powell was choked up at the presser because she could not find a way, even with her keen intellect, to accurately convey the depth and breadth of the fraud she has seen. I believe #7 did describe it best - unfathomable. :(

The U.S. Supreme Court. has got to take the Pennsylvania case. Even the cowardly Chief Judas cannot wash his hands of it, and even the lady looney leftist twins and Bumbling Breyer will have to man up.

#14, Chief Judas Roberts is like the trio of male characters with Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz--
No courage, no heart, and no brain when it comes to upholding Article II of the Constitution which is right in front of his face!

So if Bidet is inaugurated, that would make him an illegal president. I can't remember all the things the left ascribed to POTUS Trump, but we should do the same. Really, I don't want any healing moments from the left. Never forget that they hate us. Beijing Joe will never be my president.

State of peaceful Quaker brethren; City of Brotherly blah blah blah; some bricks called Independence Hall, a big bell, and it broken, some ships built there, former capital of the US? Big Hairy Deal. Now its just an overgrown bunch of un-American thugs and cheats squatting where noble Indians once lived. These squatters can do no better than cheat their fellow citizens out of their rightful vote.

Why is the anti Trump false news MSM the Biden arse licking political boffins either ignorant or spreading false information that "the Courts are throwing all the Trump appeals out" and his options concerning the stolen election are getting limited by the day? Do they not know that the courts appealed to so far are stacked STATE courts, a necessary step before going to the Federal Court on the way to SCOTUS, One cannot go to SCOTUS on state matters but which have a US Constitutional implication before going to state courts. The obvious partisanship being demonstrated by the State courts is also hardening State and Feral legislatures views concerning the certification of the election in general. The Trump team has not yet began to fight.

Remember Justice Alto said NO. The PA Supreme court is made up of political hacks. I was told that some Counties have already counted them and added them to their totals. This is not going to end well for the democrats in PA.

At this point unless something happens quickly I'm gonna have to console myself with the fact that all politics is local and that my state (KY) has a supermajority in the state Senate and House. Of course a fat lot of good will that do. One threat to withhold Federal funding if the state doesn't accept abortion, illegal aliens or transgenderism taught in schools will make our milquetoast Republicans quake and they'll meekly accept whatever Socialist hell Washington has designs on KY. The Republic is in peril and I don't see a way out.

This is the absolute usurpation of the expressed Constitutional duty of the legislature to make election law.
