The lockdown hammer landed hard on California and several other states Monday. At one time it seemed absurd to think government officials’ pandemic orders were a dry run for future attempts to confine and subjugate the country to mitigate global warming. It’s time we rethink that.
Observant and cunning politicians have gone to school since March and are now likely convinced they can use the pretext of a climate emergency to control Americans and break the back of capitalism. No, we’re not likely to see the open-ended lockdowns we’re enduring during the coronavirus outbreak. Those would be too obvious. Politicians

Eight years of Obama was the tip of the spear and the first four years of Trump was a deflection of that spear. Media monopoly. Telecom and social media suppression. Wuhan virus was exploited to manipulate the public and mask election fraud, the goal of which is to redirect that speartip. But the puppet masters —the Chinese and the politically empowered globalists-have larger goals for population manipulation toward a new secular social order. The individual is secondary to the group, individual thought and expression is silenced, censored or shamed. Religion has already been isolated and marginalized and faith has been discouraged and undermined over the past two generations.
We just don’t know the specifics of what this Luciferian order intends, but fear and panic are the proven means.

The Fascists are using "public health" as the raison d'etre for authoritarian control during this pandemic. "Public health" will also be their justification for control on the issues of man-caused global warming, gun confiscation, racialist allocation of the nation's wealth, normalization of extreme sexuality identity issues, etc. The Wuhan Flu is only the opening act in this American nightmare.

This became a civics test that America failed and is continuing to fail. It is an example to follow for any crisis of convenience. Hey, remember gas rationing and odd-even driving days, the 55 mph speed limit? It's all for the common good, you know. Being a good American is being compliant and uncomplaining...

Article: Are Pandemic Lockdowns A Dry Run For The 'Climate Crisis'?
Me: Is the sky blue? (Pulls back curtain. Looks out window.) Yes, yes it is.
I've always wondered why it will be necessary in the last days for God to destroy the Earth by sending plagues and famines, blotting out the sun, making the stars fall, burning up a third of the Earth, turning the water to blood, etc.
To be sure, God displays Himself in nature--whether it is meek and mild or destructive. But with the great "climate crisis" worship of Earth in these latter days, I'm beginning to see why stiff-necked humans will need such a spectacular show that loudly proclaims, "I am in control, not humans."

#4, during the 55 mph speed limit days, my wife and I made a trip from KC to central Virginia by car. Actually, we made it many times. On this occasion, we AVERAGED 71 mph for the entire approximately 1300 miles, driving 18 hours straight through, which meant very short gas/food/restroom stops and running at 75+ on the highway most of the time. CB radios were used to help avoid speed traps in those years. No tickets.
That is an example of what I think of their BS regulations. I forgot my mask yesterday when I went into a store, just said "screw it" and shopped for 20 minutes and checked out bare-faced, with nary a word from anyone. Just try it. It's called Freedom.

The Paris Accord had a goal to meet by 2100 (80 years from now).
If the United States eliminated 100% of her CO2 emissions, it would only reduce the goal by 0.2 of the 1.5 Celsius goal, again by the year 2100.
So, yes, it's all been about control, and getting people to reduce their consumption to learn to live with a lot less.
The Coastal elites and wealthy won't be needing to reduce anything though, watch....

Climate change was always about controlling the masses, restricting our personal and economic liberty. The only problem with it - it’s too nebulous and always in the future to create the level of fear needed to achieve this control. The WuFlu has demonstrated that fear works. They had the right idea all along, just not enough fear. Those-who-think-they-are-ordained-to-rule-us have been going to school big time this year. They will drag out the “pandemic” as long as they can justify it, then pivot to something else. Maybe climate change. They won’t drop that issue but they will look for other opportunities to create fear. Health scares work, so they will probably stick with that. As Gruesome Newsom said back in April, “There is opportunity for reimagining a progressive era as it pertains to capitalism,”

The answer is "yes." You see, this is a manufactured "emergency." Note that the governors are focusing primarily on the number of cases and not so much on mortality. This pandemic is an exercise in social control. We are arbitrarily sticking masks on our faces in obedience to a governor. For example, Governor DeWine of Ohio is starting a curfew whereby everybody must be home by 10 pm and stay put until 5 am. Unless, you have an "emergency," of course. But think about it. What if you are a nurse or doctor, and you are called out in the middle of the night. (I'm mentioning this because I used to take call for a cardiac cath lab and time was of the essence.) Are you going to be pulled over by a cop because you are "violating curfew?" Will you need to prove that you have been called by the hospital? Will you need to show an ID? Will you need to have "papers?" And wouldn't all of this slow you down? And suppose DeWine's experiment doesn't slow down the spread? What will be his next measure? They will need to be tighter, won't they? The next "emergency" will be a shooting. Then we will see the price of ammo skyrocket. Or better yet, for the Left, confiscation of AR-15's because they are an "assault" weapon, even though they are semi-automatic. THEN, every gun is an "assault" weapon. And you know the rest of the story.

One more thing. The Democrats have people convinced that if you don't wear a mask you are murdering people. So if you don't do your part regarding "climate change," you will be accused of murder. But their hands have no blood on them, right? 60 million slaughtered babies--many dead from pulling off their arms and legs and decapitation--but nothing to see here, right? Dear God, help us!!!

Yes it is and this has been speculated for months now. All of this is experimentation on totally breaking the economy, getting people on unending unemployment and stimulus thus setting the stage for universal guaranteed income which will come with so many strings attached it ain't even funny. Wealth redistribution at it's finest. The "rich" will be the targets to pay. But we know there won't be enough from them to cover it all. Be prepared for new taxes fees and charges you have never even dreamed of. It is all about getting as many people as dependent on government and bigger and even more government control over everything.

Thanks. #6 - Then you weren't one of the many who drove the left lane at deadnuts 55 to ensure we all conserved gas. It only took brave, liberty-loving Americans until 1995 to finally repeal this national speed limit. And then it was a fight. BTW: Check the hysteria kicked up by the opposing insurance companies, safety activists and the Karens of the day. Predictions were of 6,400 increased deaths and a million additional injuries if posted speed limits were raised. In 1997 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported the traffic death rate dropped to a record low, and there were 66,000 fewer road injuries than '95. Now, about COVIDS...
