On November 10, 2020, the NAACP, joined by Common Cause, the Pennsylvania League of Women Voters, and several other Democrat Party interest groups, filed a Motion to Intervene and filed a responsive brief in the new lawsuit brought by the Trump Campaign against the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth and seven Pennsylvania County Boards of Elections with regard to their handling of mail-in ballots as part of the Nov. 3, 2020, Presidential Election.
At issue is what happened with respect to mail-in ballots that were found to be defective in one of a few different ways — a defect which caused the mail-in ballot to be rejected and void.

They PROVED Trump's case for him by providing the evidence.
Thanks, chumps.

If it was a fair election, why, oh why, do they oppose audits and recounts? We all know the answer. We need prayer warriors to intercede and a miracle.

Not the brightness bulbs in the box. Golly, ya think they would be for ensuring election integrity based on their website claims.
From their websites
Common Cause, Election Integrity: Require risk-limiting, post-election audits of ballots to confirm that reported election results are accurate.
Eliminate the use of online voting. Ballots cast by email or through an internet portal are vulnerable to hacking.
NAACP: The NAACP expects all election officials AND all courts, to follow state election laws and ensure that every American who casts a ballot has that ballot counted.

Have the democrats ever done anything properly and successfully? Anything at all to help the people? Sure they hand out all sorts of welfare, and allowing illegal immigrants to flood into this country, but it's only to get votes. It seems they screw up everything, because all they seem to think about is political power, by any means whatsoever. They are a thoroughly corrupt party, imo. It's really disgusting.

They also prove how dumb democrat voters truly are. Can't follow simple instructions. Dumb voters equals dumb representatives. Think Shelia Jackson Lee, Mad Max, Pelosi, Sandy, Shifty, and the rest. Thank you dummicrats. There is no way these idiots, with the light of day shining on them, should be able to successfully steal this election. This blunder is as big as their impeachment and Russian collusion attempt, and it deserves to fail miserably just like they did.

A free and fair voting system is the lifeblood of democracy, and should be carefully structured to ensure that it is "free and fair" Things that inhibit the integrity of the voting process are lack of partisan oversight of the counting and tabulation processes, lengthy early voting periods prior to election day, lack of positive identification of prospective voter photo ID, a verifiable chain of custody from the polling booth to the counting house, and most of all: Mail-in ballots. The latter, which readily facilitate fraud, should be used only for persons who are physically unable to travel to the polling place.
It is important that every qualified person be allowed to vote, but it is even more important that every unqualified person be prohibited from voting.
Finally, for deference purposes, voter fraud should be tracked down relentlessly, with conviction resulting in prison time.

You don't have to take it literally, but do take it seriously: Isaiah 29:15. To those who do not understand this president because he is ''rude,'' some of us know that God can equip the called ones, when men only want to call the equipped. Thank you NAACP. This brings a powerful spotlight to the proceedings.

all great comments this morning....yes, their voters are dumb....still can't figure out how to get a photo ID to vote, but you need one for the airport, liquor store, cigarettes, renting an apartment, driving a car, etc...don't need one to riot and loot though!

I love the song about being "proud to be an American"... let's change the words a bit.... how about.... "I'm proud to be a Trumpster ... where at least I know I'm free.... and I won't forget the man who came to give that right to me.... and I gladly stand up next to him...and proclaim it every day... I'm proud to be a Trumpster of the good ole USA"...

FTA: Natalie Price is a seventy-three year old Montgomery County voter who votes in every election and who voted by mail-in ballot in order to avoid exposure to COVID-19, which she is at high risk for due to her age…. Ms. Price received her mail-in ballot several weeks ago and returned it right away, even making sure that a postal worker time-stamped it…
Ms. Price, who was concerned about the COVID Monster, visited a post office in person to get the time stamp, then drove to different sites, in the rain, talking with workers, so she could try to cure her ballot. Suuuure.

I have been saying consistently that PA had union marks all over this and this confirms it with SEIU working closely with the Democrat party to fix ballots. They also made President Trump’s equal opportunity case as well since I am certain no Republican or Trump votes were “cured”. PA is filthy dirty in corruption and The Supreme Court needs to slap them down. You can never trust another election in the rust belt.

FTA - " In doing so, they were able to identify voters whose ballots were defective and would be rejected. Elections officials then disclosed that information to voters and others which resulted in the voter being allowed to cast a provisional ballot on election day."
Oops, dims. Kind of like getting pulled over by a police officer for a suspected DUI then handing him the empty beer bottle, no?

Re: #9 - I'm pretty sure President Trump would have his supporters put America(n) first. I believe he would also acknowledge that he is trying to preserve the freedoms that others, celebrated on Veterans Day, provided for us.

I’ve not driven through Pa. for at least ten years, going to the since deceased homeland of Vermont for “family reunions”, from Virginia, which may hopefully be resurrected. But over those many years, the same road was under construction, and there was only one bathroom “with facilities” for four hundred miles. Doubt it has improved.

Be careful of those who would muddy the waters. These court arguments are complicated enough, without bringing in more intervening parties and their attorneys.
