As the Trump campaign expands its lawsuits--including new filings Wednesday in Georgia and Pennsylvania--legal scholars say they are likely rooted in the Constitution's voting law authority, which limits the power of non-legislative actors trying to assert their power over balloting.(Snip)The Elections Clause of the Constitution (Article I, Section 4) gives state legislatures the authority to set the time, place and manner of federal elections, i.e., the rules governing the election process, including absentee ballots. Republicans say this legislative power has been eroded by both executive and judicial mission creep.

ACB, this is your moment to shine because Governors cannot replace legislatures.
Chis Justice John Roberts is a disgrace to the legal profession. And an epileptic to boot.

For individuals who may be interested, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has written a letter to American Catholics and all Americans of goodwill regarding the “colossal electoral fraud” taking place in America and calls for immediate prayer to defeat the enemy, Satan. Archbishop Viganò bravely calls the mainstream media effort to “censor the truth of the facts in order to give their candidate the advantage” shameful. He recognizes the deep state as having organized itself “well in advance, to carry out the most colossal electoral fraud in history, in order to ensure the defeat of the man who has strenuously opposed the establishment of the New World Order that is wanted by the children of darkness.” --- “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

I’m sure CJ Robert’s will ignore the Constitution and rewrite the article that gives sole authority for states election law making to the legislatures and allow state courts governors Secretary of State and county election officials to do anything they please in regard to running an election counting votes and committing election fraud and election theft any way they want. If more votes are cast than the number of registered voters then that’s just too bad.

#3 John Roberts is back in the minority. He is just a higher level administrative role. He is neutralized by ACB.

What a joke that the U.S. goes around the world to TEACH third world countries how to conduct elections.
We could learn from Afghanistan. Everyone votes in person, and they dip their thumb in purple ink, so no one can get away with voting a second time.

Here’s my prayer, #2. You and other L-dotters will recognize it...
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. Oh Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Yes, we area at war.

Yes, #2. I read Father Vigano's letter and sent it to some friends (I'm Presbyterian, not RC). I believe God uses many men to advise us and the archbishop is one of those. In reading about the ''days of Noah'' yesterday, I learned that the flood would begin when Methusela died. November 4th on our calendar is the anniversary of that flood's beginning.

In NC, both Roberts and Kavanaugh said that the Legislature delegated authority to the State Board of Elections. As an NC resident, I do not hold out much hope on this one being overturned. The Republican members of the State Board of Elections allowed the Attorney General and DC dem to strongarm them into changing the rules, then they quit. Thanks guys.

Thanks #2. Indeed, we are at war. The battles is raging in the heavens. While we humans cannot see it, we know it is happening and is the battle God and the Bible have warned us about. I don't know enough about prophecy to know who will win. Doesn't matter. I'd like my chances with me at God's side.

Thank you for posting # 2. I'm a fan of Archbishop Vigano and very happy to see a good Catholic man of the cloth come forward to address the satanic forces in our society and around the world. Additionally happy to read, his rebuking the pope as a person who he doesn't think believes in God. Talk about courage! If felt good to read his letter to President Trump and to know he respects and honors him and believes President Trump has been chosen to lead us at this time. I made a copy of the letter and put it in my Bible for safe keeping.

How come Trump can sue a state for election fraud but can't send in the military to straighten up stuff?

We've gone from "Get out the vote!" to "Get out the lawyers!!" That is the real issue...voters don't matter, and while getting all sanctimonious about "the vote" we create systems to circumvent honest tabulation. Now, rather than voters, the final outcome is to be a product of the courts...maybe the House of Representatives. Either way, what have we wrought?

#8- Indeed, God uses a variety of mortals to bring about His will--including those with human frailties/sinners such as Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Rahab, Samson, David, Paul, Peter. This household of Lutherans (Missouri Synod) agrees with the plea of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò that prayer is desperately needed and prayers to our Father in the name of Jesus have been said and continue to be offered on behalf of President Trump, his family, and this country since the day of his inauguration because the intended destruction of President Trump by leftist politicians and mainstream media was quite clear.

A lot of people are asking what they can do. Because this is mostly an unseen battle between God and satan, I’m appealing to those in these contested states & D.C. to gather as many God-fearing people that you can at your state election office and hold a vigil.
- Pray as a group out loud without ceasing.
- Sing worship songs; Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, etc.
- Sing patriotic songs; God Bless America, Star Spangled Banner, etc.
We need to FIGHT as hard for PDT as he has fought for us.
Can I get an Amen?

As an example of executive creep, the article cites Wisconsin’s governor, who is a Democrat, but Republicans hold both chambers of the legislature. Commendably, conservative activists in Pennsylvania have taken the initiative to file a lawsuit against the Pennsylvania state secretary regarding a last-minute rule change that could slant the result of the election. Another legitimate concern is to ensure the ability of poll watchers to observe the counting process as well as to enforce complete compliance with state laws that govern absentee ballots.
