Isn’t it odd that Joe Biden and the Democrats have somehow forgotten to use their ultimate weapon against President Donald Trump in this campaign?
How to describe this super weapon? A Chicago Democratic political crook pardoned by Trump might say Joe has thing and it’s bleepin' golden:
Trump’s impeachment in December 2019, making him only the third president in the nation’s history to be impeached by House vote. Wouldn’t you think Biden and the Democrats would be raising that issue, relentlessly, in the battle for Trump’s reelection? Democrats accused Trump of a quid pro quo — that he threatened to withhold aid from Ukraine unless it investigated various Biden family dealings there.

I didn't see any "mistruths". If there are mistruths they need to be cited.

Yes, the article is suspect. Including this quote about the Ukrainian phone call. After all, isn't it the president's duty to address corruption?. Only a liberal journalist would portray that as a "political favor" and "on the verge of criminal." On the verge of criminal? These reporters are just plain stupid.
Say his name: John Kass, from the Chicago Tribune = Dumbass.
FTA:
"It was a terrible move by Trump to leverage aid for a political favor, on the verge of criminal. But I didn’t think it rose to the level of removal from office."

Kass left out the biggest part of the story - that Fingers himself was getting a cut of the cash. There are dozens of crimes associated with that fact, not to mention the critical issue of national security and the ability of unfriendly countries to blackmail Biden if he becomes president. Kinda like what Putin was hoping he’d be able to do with a president Illary.

Try this one on for size #2:
"It was a terrible move by Trump to leverage aid for a political favor, on the verge of criminal. But I didn’t think it rose to the level of removal from office."
Trump has a legal obligation, a mandate from we the people to assure that our tax dollars do not go to corrupt governments. Trump had credible evidence that Ukraine had been corrupt and tapped the brakes until the new Ukraine administration satisfied his concern. And by crackey was there ever corruption. Read the transcript, does that sound like a threatening shakedown or an appeal to check in to things? It isn't Trumps fault that the corruption involved his political opposition; running for office does not immunize you from the law. Of course Biden isn't going to throw a boomerang.

When history writes the story of the witch hunt impeachment of President Trump... the truth will trickle out...and pencil neck will be laughed at....just as Americans laugh at Hillary's constant need to validate her pathetic run for the presidency..Kass can call it whatever he wants... it was an attempted coup from the start and WE all know it....

John, I see that your piece doesn't call for an audit of Bite Me's onshore and offshore bank accounts to have a look at his cut of the China/Russia/Ukraine quid pro quo money.

It’s evident that members of the Biden family have been pulling in big money selling access to Joseph Biden when he was Barack Obama’s Vice-President in matters involving foreigners wanting favors for foreign countries and endeavors involving “Pop” Biden in return for that foreign money making executive decisions in those respects that involved changes and adjustments to official US foreign policy. As those rich foreigners were not handing the Biden’s huge amounts of money for nothing, common sense will tell you that such benefactors always want something of value in return. That’s political corruption and certainly could violate the federal criminal laws.
The liberal Democrats, where lee attempting to protect Biden are starting to try to equate President Trump’s past foreign business deals and interests with what Biden did. But there is no comparison, as before being elected President, Trump was a private businessman running a business organization that operated domestically and internationally for profit. That is not against any law. After being elected, Trump banned his business organization from participating in any foreign business deals as long as he is President. That decision cost Trump and his organization many tens of millions of dollars. In addition Trump donates his complete presidential salary to good causes.
Remember what President Truman said, an honest politician will never get rich in politics.
