The topics for next week’s final presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden have been released.Trump and Biden, as of now, are expected to meet Thursday at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. The currently embattled Commission on Presidential Debates announced Friday that the candidates will discuss leadership, the coronavirus pandemic, issues of race, families, national security and climate change.(Tweet) Kristen Welker of NBC News, the moderator of the 90-minute debate, selected the topics. The debate commission called off the second debate after the supposedly nonpartisan body unilaterally decided to make the forum virtual.

Why are they letting Democrat operatives set the agenda?

Sounds like another setup for Biden to pontificate about Democrat talking points: coronavirus, race, climate change. What about the economy, international treaties, military readiness and no wars, and pay-to-play family business dealings. NBC and Kristen Welker specifically are completely in the tank for Biden and the Democrats.

Trump should ignore the questions completely and make his case directly to the American people. Enough already.

Good. But, can we now select a conservative moderator such as the likes of Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Dennis Prager, or Tucker Carlson.

Forget the topics. Donald Trump is going to pound Joe hard regarding the Hunter Biden emails, and the 27,000 emails from Hunter's former (now incarcerated) business associate. Although "Family" is a topic, let's watch how the moderator will try to prevent the President from discussing these emails, as "There's no proof they are authentic." Crissy "little dweeb" Wallace got away with this crap during the first debate.

This is a joke. It reminds me of the scene in "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest" where Nurse Ratched wants everyone on the ward to watch some stupefying TV show to keep them under control and Randall argues to let them watch the baseball game they actually cared about. When Ratched simply shuts off the TV from her control station Randall reenacts the game for the inmates in real time. Randall refuses to play by Ratched's controlling rules.
President Trump should just nod at their lame questions and address the only real issue that matters, the Biden crime family corruption and their participation in the enslaving and robbing of the Chinese people by their CCP captors for the benefit of Biden's Wall Street donors. Biden is in the pocket of Xi Jinping and Xi has even more evidence of Biden's corruption than the NY Post or Rudy Giuliani ever dreamed of. They could crush him like a bug if he challenged their military aggression the the South China Sea. He is a national security risk and would never be approved for a TS clearance without getting elected as President.

Oh, please Lord. I DO NOT want to hear anymore garbage about climate change, Covid, and race relations. Those topics have been covered ad nauseam. Please Pres Trump, talk about governing America and reining in lawlessness.

With the info on the hard drives trickling out, I suspect they will try to tread very lightly on the national security issue. Trump will hammer them with it.

Let me guess. Questions to Trump like. Are you working with the Russians to steal this election like you did in 2016? Why did you allow COVID-19 to spread and kill two hundred thousand people? Are you rushing the nomination of Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court so that the election will go your way, kill Obozocare, and make abortions illegal? Questions for Biden. What color is the shirt your wearing? Do you think Trump killed people with the virus? Will the country be better off with you as president?

Patronize her
example Yes I do believe in climate change and we can do better. Look how California handles climate change. They won’t clean their forests so every year the state burns up leaving people homeless and creating health issues for thousands of people. We use our resources wisely so we can control having clean air and water. I want to teach other nations how to use technology so they too can have better air and water. What is considered a solution now has been proven not to work. I promise to consider a solution to climate change without having to sacrifice our way of life. I believe we can have both.

The only reason that they choose the topics of discussion in advance is to prepare Biden. President Trump needs no forewarning. I think our president should take right off with a few minutes to compare his son, Don Jr., with Hunter Biden. Just tear right into before anyone can do anything about it . But that's just me....

Oh Lord! Please not Nashville. Shades of the days when Algore would sweep through town and drag those awful Clinton's around with him. I'd love to see the President, but the Biden creature and his entourage will just be too much.
Nashville people are gracious and full of hospitality, until you start talking politics! We have a Democrat Mayor and a GOP Governor.

President Trump will not be intimidated by a leftist "moderator."
Topic #1 will be - - the Biden Crime Family.
Topic #2 will be - - the Biden Crime Family.
Topic #3 will be - - the 0bama Crime Administration.
Let the evil, delusional leftists deal with that!

I just hope he smiles, keeps his cool, lets Biden speak and head off into nonsense, and then has some short practiced answers. As for race, "All men are created equal" is a good place to start, along with all whites aren't racist. Also, it's inexcusable to tell black children their success depends on whites being nice to them.

What Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity need to do is invite both Pres Trump and former VP Biden on their shows on the Friday before election day. (Yeah, I know, Biden won't bite.) They can decide or flip on who goes first. One guy gets the first hour solo, another gets the second hour solo, and the third hour, both of them go back and forth.
It would be radio worth watching.

Don't let this Dem slug be the moderator. Just say NO!.
How about two moderators? One, selected by Trump asks questions of Biden. One, selected by Biden, asks questions of Trump.
Win - win.....they already have their Biden moderator, and if Trump gets one, it balances out.

They have discussed race, family, climate change, and the virus ad infinitum in the first 2 debates. No mention of foreign policy because they know that is tremendously in Trump's favor over the abject failures of Obama and Biden. I suspect they don't want to allow foreign subjects such as Joe's taking bribes from Ukraine, China, Russia, and many others, over and over, for 47 years. Noted that this is the 3rd leftist debater (called moderator by the Debate Commission). I expect they will cut away when Trump speaks, and play Biden clips.

I want them to talk about the people who have been looting, burning, and trying to erase our country’s history. Instead of more police reform to tie their hands from doing their jobs, I want them to talk about the crime and people continuing to break our laws.

Here's a topic: What kind of a father uses his son who is a raging addict to increase his personal fortune?
He drowns his addicted son in cash and foreign contacts. Who does this?
I don't know a single human being who would have.

when JFK and Nixon debated in 1960, the first debate was supposed to be about domestic policy, the second, foreign policy.
JFK opened the first debate by saying, you can't talk about domestic policy without first talking about foreign policy.
he caught Nixon somewhat flatfooted.

I refuse to watch anything on ABC/CBS/NBC/MSNBC/CNN/Fox. I refuse to watch these fraudulent media ambushes. I am fed up with the GOP for doing business with liberals. I support the Pressident, and I will vote against any Democrat, but the GOP can drop dead and the sooner the better. They're like Lincoln's generals before Grant. The GOP will not fight for America, they will not fight for the Constitution, they will not fight for my Freedom. .
