Former President Barack Obama, still a hugely popular figure among Democrats, fronted a new video campaign Tuesday to get out the vote for Joe Biden. In videos tailored for states vital to Biden's challenge against President Donald Trump, Obama urges voters to get organized ahead of an election disrupted by COVID-19, increased use of mail-in ballots, and Trump's unprecedented - and debunked - claims of a rigged contest. En route to Florida Tuesday, Biden also said Obama would soon be hitting the campaign trail too. 'He's doing enough for our campaign. He'll be out on the trail,' Biden told reporters.

Ah, yes, the "share the wealth" administration is together again. Yep, what is the count on the houses now owned by Barack and Michelle Obama? And of course the question needs to be asked, "how much did the Biden family profit from the country of Ukraine?" Just think those monies could have gone to the people of Ukraine. So believable. . .

BO might help shore up some of the more "traditional" dems, teachers unions, etc. but he is a known quantity now, not the "clean" unknown he was in 2008. The Left was hugely disappointed in him. Hispanics aren't so enamored of him now that they have seen a Trump economy. Ditto Blacks, especially when Trump has taken steps to help Blacks that BO couldn't be bothered to deal with. BO was "young and cool" in 2008. Now he is a grey haired has been. Youth will not be impressed, particularly when linked to the senile Biden. He might drag out a bit more of the dem women's vote because they seem to like him. The biggest problem is BO's ego. There is only room on the stage for him. Besides, what would happen on a joint campaign appearance when Biden asks BO, "Who are you?".

This reminds me of the Hildebeast's gambit of having rock stars perform at her rallies to bring out an otherwise-disinterested crowd. Truth to tell, if Obama was standing in the middle of my street I wouldn't raise the blinds to see him or open the window to hear him. I still can't get his lies (if you like your--fill in the blank--you can keep it) out of my head. And Moochelle? I'd get triple-pane glass and an additional set of blinds. I still don't understand Obama's popularity with the dims. They see him as Ghetto Man, racing to the scene of the crime to protect liberal America, not a person of privilege who went to toney schools paid for by his white grandparents and hanging out with crumbums like Bill Ayers. He accomplished next to nothing and set back race relations by two generations. When he is not going back on his 'one America' pose he is saying something that is preternaturally annoying.

In Ms. Harris’ version of what happened next, Lincoln delayed appointing his successor until after the election

The Australian-born billionaire is disgusted by Trump’s handling of COVID-19, remarking that the president is his own worst enemy, that he is not listening to advice about how best to handle the pandemic, and that he’s creating a never-ending crisis for his administration, according to three people who have spoken with Murdoch. In response to an email inquiry for this report asking him if he believes Biden will win in a landslide and his thoughts on Trump’s handling of coronavirus, Murdoch responded, “No comment except I’ve never called Trump an idiot,”
