The journalist moderating Wednesday night’s vice presidential debate between Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Vice President Mike Pence opened the debate with a loaded question about the novel coronavirus, framing the virus as out of control at the hands of the Trump administration.“The coronavirus is not under control,” moderator Susan Page, USA TODAY’s Washington bureau chief, emphatically stated before reading off statistics of positive cases and ignoring plummeting hospitalization numbers.Teeing up Harris, Page then asked the California senator what a Biden administration would do differently to combat the virus.

"So Mr. Vice President, when did you stop beating your wife? Yesterday or today?" The whole thing was a sham. Posing a 'Climate Change ' question as if it is an accepted and settled matter proven by science?

Full disclosure: I watched the opening 2, 3? questions, watched Heels Up smirk, listened to that fake accent and nasal tone, and said good night.
And Susan Page? Baiting the Vice President and framing the questions, as #1 points out.
In the end, Heels Up is nearing the top of my Insufferables list.

Whoever thought that Susan Page was a good idea should have their head examined.

Kamala never answered any question about what a Biden administration would do differently. She almost said outloud that they would do many things the same while raising taxes and giving away college education to everyone. With the way education is being handled by the states today, there won't be any need for college because no one will know how to read or write or do math.

Page was awful but was better then Wallace in that she didn’t interrupt Pence when he changed the subject instead of answering her stupid loaded question.

Page was worse than Wallace, offensive and dishonest topics from the start and never letting up, cutting Pence short over and over. So many questions never asked of Harris. Without Trump there to even the playing field, this debate was far more infuriating.

Sorry, but this was not a debate. It was a question and answer session. Unfortunately the tiny amount of rebuttal time given to respond to attacks and outright lies was so short, Pence could hardly finish a sentence without being told his rebuttal time was up. Harris was her usual snarky self (even less likable than Hillary) who never answered a question with how Biden/Harris would do something. Her answers were usually about Trump/Pence failures or outright lies/distortions about Trump positions. Just once, I want the moderator to say, ANSWER THE QUESTION, and repeat it until they do.

The Repubs on the "Debate Commission" are apparently NeverTrump folks, agreeing to these leftists running the show.
I see that they have decided that they'll run the next one 'virtually' and Trump isn't going to play that game.

I watched the whole thing wanting to get a booster shot to accent my hatred for all things democrat, communist, woke and liberal. Harris delivered magnificently. She is one of the most vile women in Washington and surpasses even Pelosi, AOC, Feinstein, Waters and Talib. Today I am lamenting the closet I could have rearranged, the shoes I could have shined and the socks I could have matched instead.

My daughter has been an RN for 20 years as of this year, and she herself said to watch the hospital admittance numbers, for that is what tells the true tale of covid right now. The media is deliberately muddying the waters by throwing numbers at the nation right and left until most people just glaze over and stop listening.

Only the fly that appeared was a secret cue that Pence was the man. Flies know what's good and what isn't.

Susan Page's questions were Democrat talking points, as pushed by NYT, WaP, USA Today.
Why ask about the killing of Breonna Taylor, which was handled by the Louisville Prosecutor and Grand Jury? there was no federal issue. All of the question were biased and superficial. What about the violent protests, Supreme Court stacking, ending the filibuster, adding Puerto Rico and Washington to sates, fracking, tax increases, Green New Deal? all the questions were the Dem hobby horses; none for the Republicans
