Lesson learned. The next time Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) tries to lock a male Democrat in a basement, he'll make sure to take away his cell phone.
Cal Cunningham was Schumer's handpicked candidate to run for Senate in North Carolina. Reports indicated Schumer's ideal candidate to challenge incumbent senator Thom Tillis (R., N.C.) would be as boring as possible and spend the entire campaign "in a windowless basement raising money" for "negative ads about Tillis."
Apparently, Schumer forgot to throw in a prohibition on sexting side chicks because Cunningham—
Yes the Dems want another Dem but Tillis is yellow tinged with blue and always at the ready to wave the white flag. In other words, he's a RINO that in some ways would be more valuable to Dems as he would be another Susan Collins, soaking up press adulation for pretending to be undecided.

Would rather put up with a couple Rinos in the Senate than lose it to the rats.

Blue, purple, plaid or squishy, #1, the "R" after HIS name keeps the title, "Senate Majority Leader" in front of Mitch McConnell. At this point in the ongoing battle with the leftists for the survival of this country, sometimes you have to give and accept a little.

I agree with #4. We need Collins and Tillis to keep the Majority in the Senate. Would we rather have True Republicans? Yes. But we have a slim majority right now, so we need to support the Senators with a R behind their name. Like it or not!

Could Bill Clinton and James Carville please go on the local Marxist TV affiliates and explain to the voters in NC that using an iPhone to have consensual sex with another man or woman is not sex and therefore not cheating? There'll be plenty of fidiots in NC who'll buy it and also put a crown of legitimacy on Cunningham's head. Oh yeah, get a live video of the happy, smiling Cunningham family on the front lawn "moving forward" and putting the past behind them, behind...Cunningham's behind in a phone photo to the other married woman, being the operative word.

As much as I dislike ole squishy Tillis, he's preferable to Cal "It's Not Sex" Cunningham (D-Edwards/Clinton).
We must keep the Senate at all costs.

FTA: "Sen. Schumer, for whatever reason, did not want an African American running for Senate in North Carolina,"
The Boeing engineer would probably have been the better choice in a non-volatile, non-social-justice period but everybody is sick of that stuff since the rioting began and racial tensions flared up because of it.
Does anybody else have a problem reading that orange text used for emphasis on some pages? I also can barely see the ball on orange clay tennis courts.

FTA...'Erica Smith,... tried to become the first black woman to win a statewide election in North Carolina but lost the primary after the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee endorsed Cunningham.'
Smith said they promised they wouldn't endorse anyone but they lied.
See how evolved the rat party has become? Instead of forcing Blacks to ride in the back of the bus, they now want them to stock grocery shelves.

What is it about men who can't be faithful to their families....and I'm not excusing the women....the Epstein blackmail tapes have played havoc with Washington...hillary and soros have used them against many politicians...do you suppose WE'll ever know all the names?

Tillis is a good example of the bad choices we have in this upcoming election. But the alternative is even worse. Like Susan Collins, Tillis is a weasel but gives control of the Senate to McConnell and that is all we need. The RINOs in Congress can at least be persuaded to vote with the GOP some of the time. But a Dem will NEVER vote with the GOP.

It's kind of a 'damned if you, damned if you don't' situation. You get a Democrat or a RINO. But, if you don't vote for Tillis, it could flip the Senate to a Democrat majority. With Cunningham being revealed as another 'Anthony Weiner,' this is less likely to happen. Congratulations, on your pick Chuck!

Lesson learned? I don't think so. Once again the Dems shaft a black achiever in favor of a white Good Ole Boy. What have you got to lose, people?

Especially not an African-American woman, Erica Smith. You are just “some black woman” to the powers that be in the “Democratic” Party.
