An attorney representing alleged Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse has announced plans to sue Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his campaign for libel on his client's behalf after Biden shared a video that appears to suggest the teenager is a White supremacist.
Lin Wood, Rittenhouse’s civil attorney, confirmed to Fox News on Wednesday his intention to sue the former vice president and his campaign on his client’s behalf, just hours after Biden posted the 50-second clip to Twitter.

Libel suits are doing quite well these days. Perhaps slow Joe will be needing a few thousand 'Go Fund Me Pages' if Kyle Rittenhouse gets a settlement like Nick Sandmann did!!!

Good for him. I suspect that you would he hard pressed to come up with an actual “white supremacist” in our present climate. Living in Virginia, I rarely see any race animosity of any kind. And in my line of work, I see all kinds, couples and skin colors. There was much more in Vermont, where I come from, back then. If anything, it has increased under the encouragement of former President Obama.

Sorry Kyle.
You took a loaded gun into a volatile situation.
You apparently did not just stand up and defend a local business under attack.
You apparently went armed, looking for trouble and found it.
Self defense means going home. There are a couple of dead people out there ON YOU. I would be one of the people you don't want on your jury.

He’s not suing because a Joe called him an irresponsible killer. Maybe he is, I don’t know. He’s suing because he implied he was a white supremacist irresponsible killer. When it’s possible to do so, we must do what we can to reject such inflammatory labels. The left has gotten away with calling us racists because we don’t support their socialist agenda for far too long.

Joe Biden has plenty of money for any such law suits. Whatever amountyoung Kyle can be awarded in any future suit would only be like early morning dew on Biden's lawn. The Chinese government has made him wealthy beyond the dreams of avarice. What he lacks in hard cash he can take it from Hunter's stash.

Good, sue him. Maybe the lawyer can do some forensic accounting and claim Joey's share of Hunter's ill-gotten foreign money he claims he never got.

#8 seems confused about who was running away from a thrown Molotov cocktail, who had shots fired at him from a rioter. Who had to fight off a convicted criminal who tried to grab his rifle. Who was attacked by a terrorist swinging a skateboard like an axe in an attempt to decapitate him. Anyone who thinks that is impossible can watch me slice a watermelon in half with a longboard. Then as he was trying to sit up another terrorist came at him with a loaded Glock handgun, but hesitated when Kyle raised his rifle. ONLY when the terrorist charged at him, still hold the loaded handgun and bringing it up to shoot Kyle, did Kyle fire back. NONE of the killed or injured men would have been shot IF they had not ATTACKED Kyle. Blaming the victim in this case is just weird. The ANTIFA criminals, and all the dead or injured slobs had CRIMINAL records, could have left unharmed if they had not been destroying businesses and trying to blow up a gas station. They attacked Kyle because he put out one of their arson fires earlier in the evening. Being criminals they thought he would not defend himself. After all the usual prey for them were women or children. They were wrong, Kyle was right and finally some justice came down on them. You would have done the same thing if you were in his position each time he was attacked. Everyone fights for their life at some point. Lucky for him he had the means to avoid being a bleeding out, maimed, dead man.

Joe, your ordinary working stiff (not) doesn't get out much. Clueless about how others live or riot.

Perhaps #8 you should familiarize yourself with the *facts* rather than some version of the "truth" you've read somewhere. I was watching the live stream from Kenosha that night when Kyle was interviewed and saw him standing with the other armed individuals defending businesses from people like Rosenbaum who was clearly looking for trouble that evening. According to several reports, the business owner had already lost two other buildings to arson in the previous night's riot and had put out a call for assistance which Kyle and others answered.
Perhaps with a little research, you'd likely discover that *many* of the supposedly "peaceful protestors" were armed. So the trouble was already there - there was no need for anyone to look for it. The "protestors" were in violation of the law - a curfew had been declared, they had been ordered to disperse, and they were still on the street looking to set fires and start more mayhem. I guess in your world, self-defense means hiding or capitulating when the mob shows up at your business or home.
And finally, the deaths of the two individuals is strictly on them. Why didn't *they* go home? Why didn't they obey the police and disperse? Why were Gaige Grosskreutz (the rioter who was injured) and several other "peaceful protestors" packing and on the street?
Try informing yourself instead of regurgitating the talking points of the left and the MSM. If I were Lin Wood, you'd be the first one stricken from the jury.

When Mr. Wood wins this case he can have China send the payments that they send to SloJoe for services rendered redirected to Kyle Rittenhouse instead. Cut out the middle man so to speak.
Lin Wood has a great track record so far; I'm sure he has something up his sleeve.
