Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron agreed under mild protest Monday night to release recordings from the grand jury proceedings into the police shooting of Breonna Taylor in Louisville and allow the grand jurors to speak about his office's presentation. Despite concerns about tainting an ongoing federal investigation or possible jury pool, Cameron said in a statement, "we will comply with the judge's order to release the recording on Wednesday. The release of the recording will also address the legal complaint filed by an anonymous grand juror."
The juror had made the rare move to request the grand jury records be unsealed earlier Monday, suggesting Cameron had not been truthful

So, jurors making suggestions and requests have lawyers now? Wonder who's paying for the lawyer? Unseal that and tell us who you are, juror; the people have a right to know.

Why bother? It’s not going t change the minds of the animals protesting in the streets. They don’t want facts; they want adrenaline rushes and free stuff.

Whatever the mistakes, non-mistakes, incompetence, no incompetence, and warrant issues are in question, they have NOTHING to do with white cops chomping at the bit to murder an innocent, unarmed black person, yet that's the lie perpetrated as the ONLY reason Breonna Taylor is dead. The whole purpose of this is to insure that the effort to separate Americans into racial and ethnic groups continues unabated. It's why there's now a "diversity team" at all the service academies. Pit one side against the other for the purposes of evil people gaining power and, in the case of the Atlanta BLM leader, money to buy a house in Ohio.

I don't think ANYONE realizes the imminent destruction of the grand jury as a system of private deliberation. No one will risk the chance that their thoughts and votes may now become public. Release of the transcripts and recordings are a betrayal of the jurors. God help them because no one else is.

They might as well dox the jurors, so the Soros brownshirts can attack them at their homes, as a example to future jurors.

I'm assuming the thought is by releasing the tapes, any future riots will stop. I predict they will double when the race baiters lie about what's on them to the ignorant fools who won't take the time to listen to them.

They need another pretext for a riot.
The pretext supply meter was close to empty.

This decision is a huge mistake and was based on weakness. No matter what the records reveal it's going to be very easy to cherry pick these records and thereby make false and misleading - but convincing - arguments that the prosecutors went into the tank. It's a foolish and dangerous situation for the prosecutors, who walked into an obvious trap.

Sad to hear, as the next step will be to demand to know the names and addresses of each grand jury member so they can be tormented.

i was a witness who testified before a federal grand jury, and at the end of my testimony, the federal attorney asked me if I had anything else to say.
I told the grand jurors that I had led a life of relative anonymity, and it was not easy to step up and contact the FBI in the first place.
I can't imagine the pressure applied to the neighbors in the Breonna Taylor case. They heard nothing, they said, even though one neighbor did hear the police self-identify. And it took 2 months before the thugs were able to convince him to change his story.

Maybe with this grand jury info, Louisville insurance company might notify the city that they are not cover what the city agreed to with the Taylor family.

Grand juries are secret for a reason never should that be violated for any reason.
They have the power and authority to go in any direction they wish. If they didn't do so blame them not the prosecutor.

As much as this release probably should be done, this is setting a very disturbing precedent. Grand juries are supposed to be anonymous by the very nature of what they have to convene to do. If this happens, Nadler can point to this and demand any and all grand jury lists of witnesses that he has been demanding access to. These fools are making it harder to get people to cooperate both as being jurors and witnesses testifying.

This is a bad idea. Isn't this usually illegal by state law?

Breonna is just another George Floyd but the burning and looting in her name has already been accomplished. It's time for the next Saint to raise his/her ugly head to make sure the election stays lively. I'm hoping the National Guard is let off the leash tonight and has the opportunity to teach a few good lessons to the barbarian horde.

Ah... an anonymous juror.... doesn't want Kentucky citizens to know who you are...well darling.... all is open now and your name will be known and your financial records scrutinized to determine if there was a payment made to you from the lefties to keep this nightmare alive and burning... perhaps the small shop owners whose businesses were destroyed can sue you for compensation...

The circus continues. Its an election year. Gotta make sure blacks vote for Biden.
What happened? Was the grand jury split? If so they wouldn't have released any findings. What are the odds that this whole thing becomes a mistrial if the juror speaks out? BLM and the rest of the left would love to see a second trial about now. The findings didn't go their way.
One thing in this doesn't make sense to me. I always thought the police have to have a clear shot before taking out a shooter. What happened? Did the police screw up? Did Taylor try to step in between the police and the shooter at the last moment? If so, big mistake on her part...
