Anyone have any idea who

handed Hunter Biden $3.5 million?

When Hunter Biden took that $3.5 million in money transfers from Yelena Baturina, Russia's richest woman, the media lapsed into sudden incuriosity, very bizarre, given that it spent four years yelling about President Trump and his supposed "Russian collusion." Here was real Russian collusion and the blue-checks went blue-screen. (snip) they didn't just fling money around for nothing in return, they both practiced a brutal Chicago-style-cubed politics over there with cash and muscle subject only to Putin's greater power. They got something, they were happy in Moscow at their prized catch of the U.S. vice president's son for a mere $3.5 million, possibly on Putin's muscled string

Trump caught hell when he said, years ago, that the U.S. Media were enemies of the state. This proves it, as if we really needed proof. The problem is - what can one DO to take this enemy OUT? They need to be destroyed. How does one DO this?

Hunter must have flown around the globe with one of those big planes that suck water up to dump on forest fires. Instead, however, he used it to vacuum as much money off the table of despots and murders! By the way...where is Hunter?

Someone in Russia got something in return for that $3.5 million. Time that Hunter was put in the dock, under oath, and caused to testify….to a lot of things. And Joe as well. Time for a lot of sunlight on the Biden Family Project.

The big money behind Russian gangs and their political protectors is the billions involved international sex trafficking and pornography rings. The reason any criminal pays someone with connections to power is for protection. This is why Burisma's Zholchevsky paid Hunter and it is why the Russian billionaire oligarch paid him as well. They have learned from past investigations that you can't directly pay off the person in power (i.e. VP Biden) but by giving the funds to family members that are then in on the game they can rely on protection when "problems" with the legal system or state department extraditions come up. This is Joe Biden's real crime along with Obama, they turned a blind eye to the obvious protection conflicts of interest even when they were warned by honest people. This shows their criminal intent and should disqualify them as a public official in the future. Everyone left or right knows this is true but the lure of regaining their power by the left and their media accomplices has blinded them to this "banana republic" sellout of the rule of law.

#s 1 and 5 bring up all-important points regarding the media. The source of the problem of the current condition of media being heavily biased against Republicans in general, Conservatives in particular and against Donald Trump and his supporters in vicious intensity, is in the inclusion in newsrooms of J-school graduates who have been (further) indoctrinated by leftwing doctrinaires. Our local papers, one in Maine and the once great Manchester Union Leader in New Hampshire, both now rely on the big news outlets like the AP and Reuters for their news. There may be a local "reporter" here and there, but the big stories which would require some investigatory work are left for the big outlets out of the NY-DC corridor. Whoever is on their editorial boards, no doubt also graduates of corrupted educational institutions, pick and choose whatever stories and reports cast the most harmful effects on President Trump. As a result, readers imbibe very incomplete and extremely biased articles, with huge chunks of facts being omitted. How is the average citizen to know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth when the prosecutorial media hide exculpatory facts? In addition, the guest columns are predominantly the most vicious Anti-Trumper writers whose stuff is almost impossible to read without keeping a bucket to vomit in nearby. This is an unforgiveable travesty of the media, it causes grievous harm to the Body Politic. They allow the poisonous vipers of lies, half-truths, distortion, and information kept obscured. This is of course why this site and some others are so profoundly important. I am so thankful for Lucianne, and for those who post the varied and extremely important articles every day, and for Ldotters who add so many insightful (and often hilarious) comments. The truth is out there for the getting. Too many of our fellow citizens are too lazy and/or content in their ignorance, thinking they can pay attention for a couple of weeks and then vote.

This was a significant vice-presidential debate because both Mike Pence and Kamala Harris are significantly younger than their presidential running mates. (snip) For leftists, the debate established that Kamala is a fiery black woman and that Pence is a perfect example of toxic white masculinity. In the real world, the debate showed that Kamala can recite prepared lines but lacks subject matter mastery, while Pence never lost control of himself and showed tremendous factual mastery. Pence had a more uphill battle because of Susan Page, the moderator. Her questions for Harris essentially asked what wonderful things she and Biden planned to do to fix the Trump disasters

What should have been a purely scientific response aimed at control and cure of a disease quickly evolved into the political-religious cult of Covidism. Objective scientific analysis of and responses to what is the contagious pathogen COVID-19 were almost immediately suffocated by a plethora of arbitrary pseudo-religious rituals. The capitulation of the churches to rituals radically modifying and even antagonistic to Christian rites may be because the Church, continually rent by internal crises and scandals, did not recognize the rival religion when it appeared.

I always trust my gut. Litigators and trial attorneys tend to do that. When things don’t make sense or add up but you don’t have a smoking gun, you start nosing around with questioning and investigating to see if your hunch pans out. Obviously, I don’t have any proof that the recent COVID-19 infections of POTUS and FLOTUS, several Republican senators, and people working on his campaign and in his administration, are truly random events or something planned, but it doesn’t pass the “random cluster of infections” smell test. Come on, admit it. You are all thinking it, too.

Rather than seal the doom of President Trump’s re-election battle, as most of his haters expect and not a few of his supporters fear, I see strong signs that President Trump will use his experience to re-define himself and act as an inflection point, resetting the election. Watch carefully for a “New Trump” to emerge from Walter Reed Hospital, dare I say a kinder, gentler Trump, one humbled by his brush with mortality and a far more sympathetic figure in the eyes of many voters who have found him a bit too much to take.
