An MSNBC guest said Wednesday that Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron doesn’t represent black people after Cameron announced his office’s findings in the Breonna Taylor investigation.Cheryl Dorsey, who is a retired Los Angeles Police Department sergeant, said Cameron, who is black, should be “ashamed of himself,” on “MSNBC Live With Ayman Mohyeldin” Wednesday.Cameron announced that a grand jury indicted one of the three Louisville police officers involved in the death of Breonna Taylor.“He does not speak for black folks.

He’s not supposed to represent black people. He’s supposed to serve KY as Attorney General.

In my opinion he represents honest law abiding black and white folks not a group that only sees skin color as the deciding factor.

Why must blacks on the left be so pro-criminal?

Actually, AG Cameron agrees with her. His words from the Republican Convention: "I’m here to say enough is enough, and I know that there are millions of African Americans that look just like me that aren’t in chains and have minds of their own to articulate their views and their values."

Has Cheryl Dorsey examined all the grand jury evidence? Yes or No? As an AG, why should 'he speak for black folks?'

That's the whole point. He is representing the laws of his state not a specific race.

Cheryl Dorsey's statement is blatantly racist.
To quote Thomas Sowell:
"Civil rights used to be about treating everyone the same. But today some people are so used to special treatment that equal treatment is considered to be discrimination."

In fact, Attorney General Cameron represents black people with distinction and honor. He also nicely represents his parents, the State of Kentucky, and the human race regardless of color. Unfortunately the same can't be said of Cheryl Dorsey.

Ms. Dorsey, isn't claiming to be "skinfolk" a bit racist? AG Cameron represents everyone, not just black skinned people. Unfortunately, some black's are so fixated on their race that they are blinded to anything else, especially facts, when it comes to things relating to race relations or conflict.

Let me translate:
“The AG is getting too big for his britches. He needs to stay hea’h in the cabins and not think he can go up to the big house, where them white folk live.”
When will Blacks LEARN? (Maybe that’s the problem: they keep seeing themselves as Black and nothing more. Period. Full stop. Perhaps if they expanded their horizons a bit....)

Let me get this right. According to Cheryl Dorsey, any black office holder who represents all of his or her constituents is "skinfolk". Including Barack Obama.

They can just say whatever they want on MSNBC and not be questioned or challenged, I guess.
Maybe Cheryl Dorsey should think about how she's going to get change from the very political party, Democrat, who has been the obstacle for the past 50+ years. After all, if they haven't fixed things in 50+ years, when do you think they will?
And, remember the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result.

Funny thing is, they spout this nonsense of 'they don't speak for...' then they go right on ahead and speak their nonsense and ignorance about white culture. I applaud KY for having an AG that has some commonsense. Getting sick of the racism among these black activists on the Left too.

And neither do you. Black people are very capable of making their own decisions, they don't need anyone to tell them. That is the problem with some blacks they expect someone to tell them. Sorry but no they don't, they can speak for themselves individually.

There's the black mindset 'skinfolk' says it all. That what they believed Obama would be as president and he failed like the Kentucky AG did to his 'people'. What an idiot stupid thing to say.

If you put one crab in a bucket, it will eventually hook itself around in a way that it climbs out.
If you put two crabs in a bucket, the one on the bottom will always pull the other one down before it succeeds.
You have a bucket of crabs? They don't even try.
The Democrats learned this principle with blacks (and other minorities -- including poor whites) a long time ago. They use the principle effectively.
This lady is Example A, crab.

Daniel Cameron is a good, sharp man. He is one of my wife's proteges. Cameron's first wife left him because she was fooling around behind his back. He is now engaged to a young lady who's family lived next door to us. Cameron's being targeted only because he's got an *R* immediately after his last name. Never understood the prejudice of black 'progressives' who insist on monolithic thought as confirmation of racial homogeneity. Disgusting.

Not woke enough.. This retired AA sergeant has a lot of nerve. Cheryl, you of all people should know that he speaks for all the people of Kentucky and it is his job to follow the law. She joined the LAPD because it was a good job with lots of benefits. That was her motivation. She fibs about the part of LA she came from - South Central. In no way is she old enough to have seen it transition from mostly white to black. That was long before her time.

The left is still butt-hurt because the AG gave a good presentation at the Republican convention. They hate it that a clean, articulate, good looking politician is voting for, and supporting, President Trump and the Republican Party.

certainly right on that. the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky represents the Commonwealth of Kentucky. the use of semantics is a dangerous thing because words never go away and have a habit of coming back to bite one in the _ _ _ . coming from someone from MSDNC (from President Trump) that is one of the most outrageous statements yet but it's par for the course for MSDNC

This seems to be the prevailing viewpoint if you're bLACK. You can loot, destroy peoples property, assault whites and shoot at police, and if there is any push back or self defense, you're a racist. If you're bLACK and don't agree, you're an 'uncle tom!'

From her website: In 1978, she began a career in law enforcement where she worked for the State of California, Department of Justice. A career in law enforcement came out of a necessity to provide for her family. Cheryl never “bled blue.” As a young, single mother, she had to find a job. She’ll tell you she needed “a good paying job with great benefits.” And she found one, in 1980, Cheryl joined the Los Angeles Police Department. During her twenty-year (LAPD) career
She only did it for the pay and benefits and never bled blue. How the hell did she make Sargent and last 20 years?
