Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died on Friday night at home surrounded by family.
She was 87-years-old.
Republicans control the US Senate and the White House and could nominate and confirm a justice by election day on November 3rd.
Following her death Barack Obama immediately played politics and demanded the GOP Senate leaders honor “her dying instructions” and put off a vote on the next Supreme Court Justice until after the next president is inaugurated.
And Chuck Schumer immediately after her death also announced that Republicans should refrain

" . . . her dying instructions"
Instructions? Instructions? Hey, we don't need no steenking instructions! Especially from a dying political hack.
We've got the Constitution - - and that's all the "instructions" we need!

They don’t want to appoint a new Justice pre-election, but they are just fine with packing the court with more justices? Me thinks they doth protest too much.

A dying person can make instructions for him/herself and not legal demands that others have to follow. Maybe if Ginsburg was't responsible for so many thousands of deaths there would be more voters on the Democratic side.

Selective Memory and Application huh UpChuck Schumer?
So, the Senate will do its Constitutional job- and appoint and confirm a SC Justice..
Ruth held out for a Hillary assured victory- and an assured Biden victory..
a shame she didn’t get any retirement with family..

So, RBG asked to circumvent the Constitution one more time, something she did repeatedly, as a matter of course, her whole career.
Well, there you have it, UpChuck says that 17 SCOTUS Justices confirmed in election years. We should keep up with that good example.
UpChuck says "Do Your Job"......Gee, I have to agree with him. This is a first.
Theissen says the guiding principle is: WWDD. What Would Democrats Do?
You know that the Dems would ram it through without batting an eye if the events were reversed. We should do the same.

Obie used an unfortunate word. “Instruction.” Inflammatory and dead wrong. She was in no position to offer an instruction. She could have “fervent wishes” till hell freezes over. She could never ever instruct. It reflects his thinking ...

Just how will schumer's words come back to bite him? The words of political hacks, particularly democrat political hacks, are meaningless. They say what ever they think fits their current scheme without any inttent to honor what they just spoke. Their promises are worthless as their words. Something about whited sepulchers.

It's really all about abortion isn't it? The Roe decision.
Yet, Chuck Schumer should be reminded that New York was 1 of 4 states who allowed abortion PRIOR to the Roe decision.
In fact, NOTHING would happen to anyone in NY, or going to NY, who wanted an abortion even if Roe was somehow overturned.
CA, IL, NJ, MA, WA, and many other states already have laws that would allow for legal abortion, even if Roe is overturned. We need to show a list, which I believe will assure many who simply vote Democrat for this one issue, but might realize they don't have to. Also, would blunt the argument from many Democrat politicians and their friendly media.
What the Left likes is they can use the one-size-fits-all approach with regards to legal fights instead of having to work in 50 states with different legislatures.

If Ginsburg was so damn concerned about her replacement she should have bugged out during King Putts term.

'Bite Him' ?
Seriously ?? Has ANYTHING this ....person has EVER said bitten him in any way ?
Of course not.
His constituents have the collective memory of a monkey with a flyswatter, believe every promise he's ever made, and there is NEVER any consequences for his statements.
He still in office isn't he ? Just like Biden.
Only one thing will get this ,,,,,,,,, ( I don't want to be banned for life ) person out of office.

Do they honestly think that any thinking person is going to believe that Ginsberg uttered such garbage on her deathbed? What a joke.
