The Lynwood city council voted Tuesday to place City Manager Jose Ometeotl on paid administrative leave after he posted an Instagram photo of Malcom X, with the text “Chickens Come Home To Roost” over the image, in response to two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies getting ambushed by an armed assailant over the weekend. As a result of a city council vote, Ometeotl will now undergo an “internal investigation,” officials said late Tuesday. (Tweet) Ometeotl wrote in the Instagram post: “The shooting of anyone is a wholly unacceptable occurrence in society.

There are so many places you can go on the Internet and blow off as much steam as you want as anonymously as you want to be. And I would rather the nutcases out there do that than snap and hurt people. But to post something that evil and putrid and disgusting using your real name is a sign of a truly evil and sick person!!! Ovomit created this. But, hey when this guy gets fired, I'm sure the NFL will feature his name on their helmets as a "victim" of racist white people!!!

President Donald Trump ridiculed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday for visiting a hair salon without a mask, breaking coronavirus restrictions in San Francisco. “Crazy Nancy. Crazy as a bedbug,” Trump said. Trump recalled the beauty parlor scandal during a campaign rally in Wisconsin, noting that the salon owner turned in the footage to Fox News, which went viral. “How about that, Huh? We love her,” Trump said, noting that the salon owner was a supporter of him. “She can do my hair anytime. I think I am going to call her in. Check it out.”

Democratic nominee Joe Biden went after Attorney General Bill Barr for saying that coronavirus lockdown orders were the 'greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history' since slavery - and called Donald Trump's handling of Covid 'close to criminal.''Quite frankly they're sick,' Biden remarked of Barr's comments at a Thursday night CNN town hall with Anderson Cooper. 'I never, ever thought I would see such a thoroughly, totally irresponsible administration.' Biden said he was in disbelief that Barr would almost equate 'following the recommendations of the scientific community' to save lives during the coronavirus crisis to 'people being put in chains.'

We regret to inform you America's journalists are at it again. Despite the stern warning from feminist groups to refrain from "sexist news coverage" by "reporting, even as an aside, on a woman's looks," the mainstream media continues to obsess over the fashion choices of Joe Biden's historic female running mate, Kamala Harris.Less than a week after the Washington Post published a drooling celebration of Harris's "black, low-rise Chuck Taylor All-Stars, the classic Converse shoe that has long been associated more closely with cultural cool than carefully managed high-profile candidacies," professional journalists sounded a collective "squee" upon seeing the VP candidate in a pair of Timberland boots,

The Holocaust generation who lived through the horror and those that fought in the war to end the atrocities are almost all gone. Will the memory of the greatest crime in history go with them? It seems incredible but a generational ignorance about the Holocaust is taking hold and threatens to make hollow the promise of our fathers and grandfathers never to allow such evil to exist ever again. The evidence is startling, appalling. A survey commissioned by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany discovered a radical deficiency in knowledge of the recent past by young Americans ages 18-39.

A Fox News panel scolded and cut away from former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich after he linked liberal billionaire George Soros to the violent riots that have caused damage across the country over the last few months. “The No. 1 problem in almost all the cities is George Soros-elected, left-wing, anti-police, pro-criminal district attorneys who refuse to keep people locked up,” Gingrich said to a panel on Fox News’s Outnumbered on Wednesday. “Both Harris and Biden have talked very proudly about what they call progressive district attorneys. Progressive district attorneys are anti-police, pro-criminal, and overwhelmingly elected with George Soros’s money.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi defended how she has handled her relationship with President Trump — after it was pointed out that the two leaders haven’t spoken in almost a year amid mounting crises. Speaking to MSNBC’s Craig Melvin on Monday, Pelosi (D-Calif.) faced pushback after repeatedly saying “Forget him” while answering a question about countering the commander-in-chief’s rhetoric and narrative. Melvin noted to the nation’s highest elected Democrat that, “with all due respect, you just said, ‘Forget him.'” “Yeah, forget him,” she responded. The MSNBC host then asked if she and the president had “just stopped talking? Is that where we are?” “You haven’t talked to him about the wildfires,

Pennsylvania’s highest court gave the Democratic Party a series of victories Thursday, including one allowing repairs to glitches and gray areas in the battleground state’s fledgling mail-in voting law and another that kicked the Green Party’s presidential candidate off the November ballot. The state Supreme Court, which has a 5-2 Democratic majority, granted the Democratic Party’s request to order a three-day extension of Pennsylvania’s Election Day deadline to count mailed-in ballots. And it ruled that the Green Party’s candidate for president did not strictly follow procedures for getting on the ballot in November and cannot appear on it.

By now, it’s the worst kept secret in the world that Joe Biden is having cognitive difficulties. (snip) Rush Limbaugh, however, has noticed another piece in the puzzle, and this one yields to empirical evidence rather than first-hand knowledge. This is the fact that, other than the long-ago Democrat debates and his acceptance speech (which may have been live, rather than prerecorded), Biden is never seen at night. (snip) Biden may be suffering from sundowning, something strongly associated with dementia in the elderly, especially with Alzheimer’s. Sundowning is so named because it consistently appears as the sun is setting.
