A leaked email from a former top official at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says that the department has “overwhelming intelligence” that the extremist violence in Portland was “organized” by individuals with an ideology categorized as “Violent Antifa Anarchist Inspired” (VAAI).CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge tweeted out a letter that she obtained that was written by Brian Murphy, former Acting Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis at DHS, that said in July that the violence in Portland had reached a level that officials could no longer state that the violence was “opportunistic” but that it was “organized.”

This is the same Brian Murphy that Schiff is touting as his new whistle blower. Red State has an article referencing the Catherine Herridge report. According to Red State it blows Schiff's claim out of the water.

The simple word "duh" is way overused but it fits so well. Antifa people are living in one of the subsidized homeless tent cities that Portland created so the idiot Wheeler had Portland taxpayers paying for their own destruction. The stupidity is overwhelming.

Why is it if you or I did this, our arrest, indictments, trial, conviction and sentence would already be complete, yet when Marxists or deep state members do it, there has to be years of congressional blather, years of guests interviewed on cable news show, years of talk radio laying out all the ridiculously easy to convict-with evidence, years of DOJ back and forth secret investigations, and finally rewards for the Marxist antifa members? You would think that our very government itself is actively involved in these riots. That's kinda weird isn't it?

Senior readers here will remember that way back in the 1950s a couple of books were written concerning the governments of principal countries of the world, "The Ugly American" and "The Ugly Russian." A common tactic of both governments to cover up their own behavior and crimes was to delay, delay and lie about their own wrongdoing and failures so that the events would become cloudy and less important in the minds of the citizens so that bad deeds would be eventually forgotten by the time the next crisis rolled around. The delays spanned the terms of leaders from both parties. I think Barr and Sessions are smart enough people but the tactic remains the same. We have a long list of known criminals on the radar, including a former president, vice president, secretaries of state, intelligence and FBI officials and agents but no arrests - years later. We are being played in a number of ways and "Maybe Next Month" is getting old. We want arrests, trials and prison time asigned, NOW!

Ryan, right on top of it, Captain Obvious. Yeah, the pallets of brick delivered to the rioting zones didn't grow legs on their own. How surprised we all are this morning to read a DHS screed that report these riots are organized and funded. These creeps really do take us for fools. The riots are just a more vocal, violent and public continuation of the insurrection against Trump and the US enacted by Comey, Mueller, Weissman, Clapper, and the Democrats. As with all those named, these terrorists will never face the full consequences, if they face any consequences of their crimes. It is becoming more obvious everyday that there now exists in our beloved republic a two tiered justice system; one for the Deep State and their socialist comrades and one for the rest of us. As others have said, if any one of us had done half of what these BLM terrorists, or Comery or Weissman have done, we would be rotting in jail.

They have limited troops, which is why they fly from city to city and why cities don't all have a riot on the exact same day. They USE the BLM marchers to distract, as they throw their fires and break the windows of stores. They benefit when they can incite the other marchers to help out with the violence, but they don't rely on it. They probably enlisted employees from the many prison escapees...many thanks to the democrat governors.
