ore Americans say former Vice President Joe Biden has the mental clarity to be president versus Donald Trump, according to the latest Fox News poll released Sunday. Despite the Trump campaign and the president himself repeatedly questioning the mental acuity of Biden, a larger percentage of U.S. adults say they believe the Democratic presidential candidate has the traits best suited for the job. A slight majority of likely voters—51 percent—told Fox News they believe Biden, 77, has the "mental soundness" to be president, compared to 47 percent who say the same about Trump, 74.

The media has done yeoman's work in hiding the fact the Joe is a few fries short of a Happy Meal. The same media has spent nearly four years telling us Trump is certifiable. Given that a recent study found that a large majority of people trust *their* sources for news (but not *yours*) then it's entirely possible to conduct a poll and get these results... even if those results don't mean squat.

Frankly, both candidates have serious flaws. I am actually amazed these candidates are the best America can do. As a voter, I believe I have to make excuses why I would vote for either one, especially since they are creatures of a bygone political era. Regardless of your political persuasion, though, America is making excuses for why Trump sometimes tweets ridiculous, irrelevant, thIngs, and why Biden makes equally ridiculous oral statements and is reluctant to reveal what his real positions are. In addition to this, Obama missed many opportunities to do great things because, although he was an extremely skilled politician, he was timid on core policies that required him to risk his political future (he learned to navigate, not to solve). In summary, it is evident the Republican and Democrat political parties are struggling to be relevant because they have not adapted. This is why we have the candidates we do. I predict the Democratic Party will implode and form into new party that might retain the same name, and the Republican Party will continue down a road of increased corporate welfare until people demand socialism because they can’t afford health insurance, car insurance, education, a home, don’t have a pension, and have a lesser lifestyle than their parents. If we rely on private industry to provide infrastructure, services, and a retirement plan for American citizens, they better provide it or people will demand that the government should.

They’re uncomfortable and stifling and, frankly, disgusting. Nothing less than the health of our constitutional democracy is at stake. So stark is the contrast between Donald Trump and Joe Biden that we feel compelled to announce our endorsement of the Democratic nominee and his running mate, Sen. I woke up in the morning wondering about the dark red rays coming from behind the curtain. While I expected the darkened sky, the degree of darkness and the fact that I couldn’t smell fire surprised me. Northern California fires have become increasingly common over the last decade as a consequence of mismanaging the environment. Native Americans staged controlled burns to safeguard their villages and create favorable hunting conditions. We failed to emulate that practice, and, as even Mother Jones concedes, so much fuel accumulated in the wilderness that megafires began burning year after year.
