“Kritarchy” is a Greek neologism that means “rule of judges.” Strictly speaking, we don’t live under a regime in which judges rule alone.
It’s more precise to say that modern American judges are a vital node of the neoliberal oligarchy who exercise far more power than they ought to have, in ways the founders never intended.
(Snip)judges are supposed to rule on individual cases and — in extraordinary circumstances — may invalidate laws that clearly flout the plain text and meaning of the Constitution. This is not what our judges actually do. They profess themselves loyal to the Constitution, in part as a diversionary tactic but also in part out of genuine

Judge Emmitt Sullivan->the law is what I say it is. He should be disbarred and expelled for his role in prolonging the agony of Gen. Flynn. Sullivan is, to use the vernacular, high on himself.

The Left's success with politicizing the federal judiciary has severely weakened the institution. If our Robed Masters push too far, Congress can remove all jurisdiction from all federal courts, save the grant of original jurisdiction contained in the Constitution.
"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make."
U.S. Const. Art. 3 sec. 2.

About 200 years too late. As in, since the bullcrap of Marbury v. Madison, gaining strength and momentum ever since. As state here before, the intent of the Founders was not a judiciary holding Supreme power, nor even the equally nonsense notion of "co-equal". It was intended and expected to be the weakest and least consequential of the three constitutional branches of our Federal government. Now? Nonsense crap from idiot judges is used, via the bogus rubric of "stare decisis", as the justification for even more nonsense crap. To the accelerating damage to the nation and the culture.
Why do we put up with these self-styled dukes and barons? Time for tar & feathers, if not tumbrels and guillotine. Start by banning lawyers from judgeships at any level.

ALL Judges, including SCOTUS Judges have usurped power unto themselves OUTSIDE the Constitution.
There are numerous examples of this...Precident for one, how is it possible a new case to rest on a prior decision that may be Unconstitutional? (Dred Scott for example?) Another is the District Judge mandate on the entire country, that is insane and ILLEGAL...That judge's rulings should only apply to 'Their District'. Another, Federal Judges ruling politically and dressing up the pig ruling in constitutional jargon...a Farce!...The list goes on and on.
It's time to Shwack them and UNDO their illegal power grabs...and IMPEACH and REMOVE the Libtards as THEY are the ones that have ABUSED their authority the most !

The federal judiciary is a collection of un-elected, un-accountable autocrats. It can't be fixed by replacing judges. It will always drift toward totalitarian socialism. The institution has to go.

The 2020 Election will hinge upon how long the States keep counting votes AFTER the statutory deadlines have passed.
Democrat Owned Federal Judges are going to order the States to continue counting as long as Trump is ahead.

Good Luck getting Congress to do something about this. When it comes to out of control judges, Congress is useless.
