“They’re Gonna Want to Hunt – Eradicate

On America’s Future If Democrats Win

Victor Davis Hanson was on with the Hon John Anderson AO, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, to discuss the upcoming 2020 election. The interview was excellent throughout but the key points were made by Hanson at the end of the interview when talking about the upcoming election at the 9:35 mark: We are going to wait and see what happens in November to finish and there’s three or four things that we don’t know what’s going to happen. Either the virus is going to wane. If it wanes by November, Trump will be elected.

Comments:

If this were to come to pass, they won't get far in their "hunt" before things get really ugly.

Love VDH, but cannot agree here: “And if Trump has a greater degree of discipline in his expressions he’ll win. If that does not happen, he’ll lose.” Sadly, this is the current mostly conservative worldview... Thankfully, God is still sovereign. KAG

I think VDH is right - this election is Trump's to lose. The backlash against the riots and our confinement due to the virus are working in his favor. Biden is a gaffe-a-minute, out-to-lunch idiot and Harris is on tape saying all the wrong things. Trump just has to make sure he doesn't shoot his mouth about something important because he is his own most trusted advisor. I admire his openness, but wish he had a few more filters.

Let Trump be Trump! We need to do our part by encouraging like minded voters to go to the polls. Go sit in the parking lot if you feel it is an unsafe environment for voters and walk people up to the door. The democrats will try and put people off from physically going to the polls. Do not be intimidated. Avoid mail-in ballots at all cost. We must vote in massive numbers so that the democrats won’t be able to produce the numbers needed to win regardless of the amount of “found or harvested” ballots. Democrats will not go quietly, they will have to be soundly defeated. Even then, they will create havoc. Expect it. We cannot allow them to win or our lives will be a living nightmare. Pray hard. We need all the divine intervention we can get. God help this great nation to survive the forces of evil that are gathered against her.

Despite oppressive gun laws passed by Democrat oppressors Americans are arming themselves at a record rate. They see that what Democrats want is oppressive government. The 2nd Amendment was enacted to give Americans the ability to fight oppressive government. We are seeing this begin now and voter fraud will be a giant step toward oppressive government.

The first objective following a successful communist revolution is to eradicate social and political opposition, imagined or real, and at all levels. Conservative journalists, former and current elected officials, college professors, entertainment, K - 12 educators, and those conservatives in the workforce or retired, will all be re-educated at best. At worst, you may just disappear. If you are fortunate enough to survive re-education, you will be silenced by ridicule and shunned for the rest of your life. Your firearms will be confiscated.

They lost the battles on campus in the 60's but they won the war. Higher education is now in shambles, just where they wanted it to be. Their goal is to 'march through the institutions' and destroy them all. So far they've destroyed the universities, the media, the entertainment industry, the government and the nuclear family. The churches did a lot of damage to themselves but they now toe the leftist line. Conservatives are all on the defensive. It's time to take a stand.

"Let Trump be Trump" has a familiar ring to it. In 1984, amid concerns about President Reagan and the threat from Walter Mondale, a much more credible opponent than the demented idiot Trump will face in November, many were pressing Reagan to change his strategy. The response was "Let Reagan be Reagan." Result: Landslide.

VDH being a historian always adds perspective to recent times. He is likely right in his assessment that given Congress and the White House steps will be taken to stuff (neuter) the Supreme Court and make sure a fair election never occurs again. Thankfully he neglects to mention the Republic of Texas with our oil and gas and our year round seaports and our space industry and our medical Center, Texas Children's Hospital and M D Anderson Cancer Centre and our sheer SIZE. The Real Cost of Wind and Solar 10 replies
Posted by DVC 9/29/2020 12:51:30 PM Post Reply
The main problem with either wind or solar is that they generate electricity erratically, depending on the wind or sunshine. In contrast, a fossil-fuel plant can generate electricity predictably upon request. Blackouts are very expensive for society, so grid operators and designers go to a lot of trouble to make sure that blackouts are rare. The electrical grid should have spare capacity sufficient to meet the largest demand peaks even when some plants are out of commission. Plants in spinning reserve status stand by ready to take over if a plant trips (breaks down).

What can they do — whine? Threaten to pack the Court? Impeach President Trump for acting under his constitutional duty and with his constitutional authority? They already have been whining for four years. Nothing new there. Hillary Clinton still tells Americans, four years after having lost, that she won the 2016 presidential election. Likewise, they have been threatening to pack the Court since the successful nomination of Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh. So nothing new there. And they already impeached President Trump, even passing around specially ordered gold souvenir pens to prove it. Nancy Pelosi has no arrows left in her quiver. That is why the Democrats now are quivering.

If that was true, Biden would have been in the Senate in 1840 with the likes of John C. Calhoun, James Buchanan, Franklin Pierce, and Henry Clay. On Friday, Biden made an appearance on MSNBC, and appeared to lose his train of thought and host Stephanie Ruhle bailed him out: “For example, the paycheck protection act. Predicting the outcome of any election or political fight is dicey this year. Pre-coronavirus pandemic President Donald Trump and the Republican Senate were looking good. The summer was rough for both. The fall still looked difficult for them. Now Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a devoted liberal and progressive icon if not idol, likely will help turn those races around for the GOP. Who imagined that she might prove to be a secret weapon for those she most opposed, philosophically and judicially?! Of course, it seems macabre to discuss the political impact of the death of someone whose body has barely cooled. This is Washington, however. Moreover, her nominal friends are doing the same.RBG

The CDC has had more prominence this year than usual, thanks to the Wuhan virus. However, when America looked to it for help, it wasn't ready, whether with tests or useful advice. Its lack of preparedness might have been because the CDC's been expending its time and your money training its people in Critical Race Theory (CRT) rather than disease control. And while I'm currently agnostic about a vaccination's efficacy (I need a lot more information), I'm also suspicious when the CDC's director, Dr. Robert Redfield, announces that his surgical mask is what will save him and what will save all of us.

A lawyer for former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok on Monday alleged that some of the notes made public in a case involving former U.S. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn may have been changed.
