Jacob Blake, the black man who was shot by a white cop in Kenosha, Wisc., last month, surfaced Friday for the first time since he was injured — to plead not guilty to previous criminal charges filed against him in July. Blake, 29, donning a blue button-down shirt and yellow tie, entered his plea by video from his hospital bed at Wisconsin’s Froedtert Hospital. (Snip)The woman had told police that Blake broke into her home May 3 and sexually assaulted her before stealing her truck.

Golly. From all the MSM reporting I was under the impression he was as pure as the wind driven snow and the police were out to shoot an innocent black man for sport. It's funny how facts seem to bend the narrative.

Joe Biden’s town hall event in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Thursday was marred by a number of controversial and eyebrow-raising incidents, including the Democratic candidate claiming that the light bulb was not invented by Thomas Edison, and a questioner refusing to adhere to a pre-written script she was “told to go off.” (Snip)“We gotta, for example, why in God’s name don’t we teach history in history classes?” he told the crowd through a mask. “A black man invented the light bulb, not a white guy named Edison. OK? There’s so much. Did anybody know?”

Last December, in response to Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse, U.S. Attorney John Durham released a statement informing Americans that, “based on the evidence collected to date,” his team had “advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.” The release earlier this week of the FBI’s 302 summary of the agency’s interview of Joseph Mifsud confirms Durham’s statement and proves what many Americans have long surmised: The purported basis for the launch of Crossfire Hurricane was a pretext for spying on the Trump campaign.

The decision this week by the full U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia overriding a three-judge panel’s ruling that would have allowed criminal charges against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to be dismissed was flawed, but not unexpected. Anyone who listened to the hostile questioning by some of the judges on the appellate court during oral arguments could have anticipated the ruling (Snip) Still, it’s unfathomable that a criminal case against a U.S. citizen has been kept alive for nearly four months after federal prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the case because “continued prosecution … would not serve the interests of justice.”

Events have compelled lifelong swamp denizen Joe “Joey Basement” Biden to scurry into the sunlight and read from a teleprompter. In a duplicitous performance worthy of Pravda, Biden blamed the leftist riots roiling Democratic “governed” cities on—spoiler alert—President Trump and his “right-wing” supporters. Attempting to dispel any doubts about his newfound concern for the lives, limbs, and property of American citizens, Biden declared that rioters should be prosecuted. This must have surprised his running mate, Senator Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), who previously helped to fund the rioters’ bail; and the Democratic prosecutors who largely have refused to prosecute the rioters.

Joe Biden’s presidential campaign does not prescreen questions, the Daily Beast reported on July 1. He does not use a teleprompter to answer reporters’ questions, the Associated Press reported the very next day. One could certainly understand why an observer might suspect otherwise. (Snip)When Trump answers reporters’ questions, he calls on individual reporters himself. But not so for Biden or his campaign. Here you can see the candidate turning to his handler to start calling from a predetermined list of reporters, saying, “I guess . . . are you calling on people? I don’t have a list.”Joe! You’re not supposed to admit to following a list!

Red State has a good article expanding consideration of the Sara Carter exclusive this week surrounding a recent DOJ and FBI admission to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence about the special counsel, Andrew Weissmann, “recreating” the original Woods File to support the June 29, 2017, Carter Page FISA application. [Red State Here -AND- Sara Carter Here]In essence the questions are: why would the special counsel need to re-create a file? And if so what would be the purpose behind “losing” their original? However, CTH would add an overlaying question: What investigative event would precipitate the DOJ approaching the FBI to inquire about investigative “files” secured and handled by the

Now that we’re in the home stretch to the election, be prepared for Democrats to throw everything up against the wall in their vain attempt to win. They’re obviously already at it with the lies and the stories from anonymous “sources” who likely don’t exist. On Thursday, The Atlantic dropped a story quoting unnamed “sources” that President Donald Trump had declined to visit an American military cemetery in France because he supposedly said it was full of “losers” who got killed. (Tweets)But guess who was spreading the fake story today? Someone who still is trying to undermine the president apparently. Peter Strzok. (Tweet)

The “story” in The Atlantic about President Trump derisively speaking of fallen U.S. troops has been widely debunked by people who were actually there, as my PJ Media colleague Matt Margolis writes, and now there’s even more reason to doubt its veracity. Within hours of The Atlantic’s hit piece on Trump, there was a far-Left “Vote Vets” commercial on the air about it and a question about the Atlantic story was the first one asked at a Joe Biden campaign presser. Gee, it’s as if they were working together or something. Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg’s piece, entitled, “Trump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers’” and subtitled, “The president has repeatedly

As if 2020 were not insane enough already, we now have Democrats and their ruling class masters openly talking about staging a coup. You might have missed it, what with the riots, lockdowns and other daily mayhem we’re forced to endure in this, the most wretched year of my lifetime. But it’s happening. It started with the military brass quietly indicating that the troops should not follow a presidential order. They were bolstered by many former generals—including President Trump’s own first Secretary of Defense—who stated openly what the brass would only hint at. Then, as nationwide riots really got rolling in early June, the sitting Secretary of Defense

The tech giant also plans to add as many as 1,850 residential units, and the company says 20% of those units will be affordable housing. The housing commitment follows a $1 billion pledge Google made last year to housing in the

Over the last several days, a report from The Atlantic has been making the rounds. In it are accusations that the President doesn’t like John McCain (shocker), but more importantly, that he didn’t want to visit a cemetery in France because he thinks dead soldiers are “losers.”As I laid out in my original debunking of this story, we already have documentary evidence from multiple sources, including some who hate Trump, that the reason for not going to the cemetery was purely about the weather. No one has gone on record saying Trump said any of the things alleged, though some have gone on record to say it didn’t happen.

This really should be one of the biggest public health scandals of the decade, but instead it’s given little attention – mainly because of the high-profile nature of the people and organisations involved. The United Nations has been forced to admit that a major international vaccine initiative is actually causing a deadly outbreak of the very disease it was supposed to wipe-out. While international organisations like the World Health Organization (WHO) will regularly boast about ‘eradicating polio’ with vaccines—the opposite seems to be the case, with vaccines causing the deaths of scores of young people living in Africa.

Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old from Antioch, Illinois, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, in the shooting deaths of two protesters and the wounding of a third. The homicide charges carry a maximum prison sentence of 65 years.
