A report published Thursday by The Atlantic cited anonymous sources claiming that President Donald Trump didn’t want to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018 because the troops there who died in battle were “losers” and “suckers. The media has largely reported on this story as though it were true or at least likely to be true.“The Atlantic Magazine is dying, like most magazines, so they make up a fake story in order to gain some relevance,” Trump tweeted on Friday. “Story already refuted, but this is what we are up against. Just like the Fake Dossier. You fight and fight, and then people realize

Dial up The Atlantic and my GAS meter goes to below zero. Only way to get lower is NY Times.

You expect lies and deceit from the LeftMedia.
What you don't expect is your political opponent to immediately pick up and repeat the total BS stories that the LeftMedia pukes out.
Biden is out there repeating these totally false stories, which tells me that he, personally, is in on the spreading of these BS stories. This is now a full-on war. No going easy on your opponent because of his senility. Time to full-on nuke him.
Put that Biden tape of how he was going to withhold aid to Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor who was investigating Hunter Biden's company on a TV ad. There are 45 years of tape with Biden saying stupid things, lies, flip flops on support for Iraq War, tougher immigration, etc. Play the tapes.
Nuke this bastid with his own words

Anonymous sources aka we invented it in the editorial room.

This is vintage Biden: "If true, this is disgusting." The Atlantic is a far left rag with zero credibility. The story is unsourced and unlikely. The President is a long-time admirer of our military. Five people who were "in the room where it happened" said the story is completely made up. A sixth, John Bolton, was also there and made no mention of it in his account of the event in his back-stabbing hit piece.
This reflects badly on Joe Biden, not the President. The Left is getting more and more desperate in their years-long crusade to destroy Donald Trump.

I think that this fiction was written some time ago and they were sitting on it . As Rush pointed out today, there was a political ad that appeared on PMSNBC with parents of dead soldiers, an ad that appeared in record time after the publishing of the Atlantic article. So everything was coordinated by the Atlantic with the DNC. What I'm saying is, and as Rush pointed out, the Pelosi Hairgate scandal was getting legs and they had to divert attention from that, so instead of an October Surprise, they were forced to release the story now. I'm sure they have something else up their sleeve to make up for this, so be aware. Put nothing past these slime balls.

Again, anonymous sources and the press is in a frenzy.
Meanwhile we have women who have identifed themselves and have accused of Bill Clinton and Biden of sexual assault and rape abut the media ignores them as not credible. Yeah, no bias in the media.

The first HUGE clue is that it was published in Atlantic. All things there have a very high probability of being Fake News or at least being heavily propagandized.

Well, it WAS in The Atlantic. I think that should be sufficient to know that it is fiction.

As Dan Rather said................"It's he seriousness of the charge.........." This what the left does, throw the lies out there, create an uproar and run away.

I have a journalism degree (please don't judge), and I can truthfully say I have never been more ashamed of my profession. Both the writer of this article with his anonymous sources who are too afraid of retribution on Twitter to come forward, as well as the so-called journalist who asked Biden what does the Atlantic story tell him about Trump's soul should have their degrees rescinded and be drummed out of the profession.
BTW, The Atlantic was also the publication that put out the cry me a river story about Biden's stuttering and how that has made people think he's mentally unfit for office.

President Trump’s history, since long before he entered politics, has always been to stand with the military, so the alleged facts in that article you can bet are a misrepresentation of what Trump actually said in reference to the military, and in reality is just another leftist and liberal Democrat political dirty trick. Trump would never disparage the troops, but certainly would speak out against the politicians and the bureaucrats, both civilian and military, who made the decisions to send the troops to fight and die in the endless and useless Middle East Wars that have been going on now, in one way or another, for hundreds of years. Trump has always been against those wars, and against much “UniParty” political, and both civilian and military bureaucratic resistance, has been trying to end those wars and bring the troops home.
As far as John McCain is concerned, he was a Vietnam veteran who served honorably and was unlucky enough to be captured and held as a prisoner of war, but once McCain entered politics his status as a Vietnam veteran should not serve as a shield against political criticism for actions that he later supported or took as a politician back in the USA.
During all of 1968 and part of 1969 I was on the ground in Vietnam. From day to day life was uncertain. The night before the 1968 Tet Offensive started, I was on a patrol with two other soldiers, that night we easily could have been captured or killed as an enemy regiment moved through our area to attack a nearby military installation. During the time I was in Vietnam about 15,000 American troops were killed. When you look at the way Vietnam is built up today today, and the friendly relations that Vietnam has with the USA, it is easy to wonder why the USA intervened in the Vietnam Civil War in the first place? So would Trump be wrong in saying that the USA should never have been in Vietnam at all, as he has been saying about the current endless Middle East Wars? From my experience I believe that a big majority of the family members of all those soldiers who were killed in action would agree with Trump.

The creatures in the media will stop at nothing to hurt President Trump. The Atlantics application of the "anonymous" source label to their article is their way of saying, "we don't have a credible source but trust us it's true". B.S! President Trump respects the men and women serving in our military and has done more for our veterans than any other president. At least President Trump didn't send pallets of cash in the middle of the night to an enemy regime that funded terrorists that killed American troops. Where's that story?

I don't understand the point of these sources remaining anonymous. If they have credible stories and corroboration then they should be eager to go on the many supportive news networks that would make them media stars. Its not like they are risking their job or military career at this point and might even be seen as heroes by the adoring Trump haters that will celebrate them like Christine Blasey Ford.

The unsolvable problem with this depth of lie is that no matter how accurate the real facts are; no democrat will change their mind. In fact most will inflate the lie and spread it more.

The Atlantic has stolen that scene from :The Best Years of Our Lives" in which a businessman says to Homer (who lost both his hands in the war) that those who served and died were suckers. Homer. of course, objects to this slander. Violence ensues.

My bet is that the source(s) were the Vindman brothers, particularly Lt, Col. Vindman. In which case Trump might have called one or both of them losers and suckers.
