John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, has been coordinating with U.S. Attorney John Durham and plans to soon declassify more documents related to the Trump-Russia probe, he said Sunday.
“The question now is did the FBI have a proper predicate to begin a counterintelligence investigation at all, and that’s the issue that John Durham is looking at, and also the issue that I’m continuing to look at,” Ratcliffe said in an interview on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”
Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut, is conducting a sprawling investigation into several aspects of the U.S. government’s surveillance activities against Trump associates.

Good news. We have had partials for years, but had to guess at key pieces. Let the puzzle pieces FLY.
Expose these criminals, and let's get them into prisons!

Love Ratcliffe, now send them all to Guantanamo, long-term.
Slow walk trial, maybe they will learn...

Far from good news! We don't want promises, we need real action. And that means convictions and jail sentences, not the release of heavily redacted documents concerning facts we first knew three years ago.

Feel free to wake me if anything really happens.
Certainly not expecting much.
Maybe they have evidence of a low level DoJ employee parking in the wrong spot a couple of times.
This investigation is taking forever.

Jeepers Mister Wilson, I saw the proof that the FBI did NOT have a "proper predicate" to begin ANY investigation between November, 2016 and January, 2017 when the full Steele dossier pdf was downloadable off of ZeroHedge. And those eeeeeeevil right winger 4chan folks provided all the evidence proving the dossier was a hoax, paid for by Hillary whichh is much of the evidence Mark Levin used in March, 2017 to detail all the crimes. But, golly, please keep taking your sweet time asking ridiculous infinite questions to make sure the deep state felons get away with all their crimes. It's only been over three years with EVERY piece of evidence available on freaking line for a dog who dropped a deuce on a law school lawn to convict the criminals. Gosh, it even looks like you WANT them to get away with it which is so weird, huh?

There comes a time when even patient and reasonable people become skeptical. I have reached that point. I understand building a case takes time but this pace is exceedingly slow. My concern has been that if the case had been forth coming, we may have not had the mayhem and chaos that we are witnessing today. The results of the investigation may have redirected the democrats focus and they would be too busy trying to defend themselves than defending the actions of these anarchists. I believe even worse, I doubt the will of the DOJ to follow this wherever it leads. If the DOJ blinks, the result of that may suppress the vote because Americans are so fed up with the inequity of the system. If we can’t get this done under the Trump administration, it will be a clear indication that it will never get done and then we will know that equality under the law was all just a lie.

Does law enforcement need to establish a “predicate” when thieves rob a bank? Does LE need to establish a predicate as to why a woman was raped in order to arrest the rapist? AG Barr’s endless search for the predicate behind why Obama had his DoJ, FBI and CIA spy on candidate and then President Trump appears to be designed to avoid prosecuting the coup plotters. If Barr doesn’t find out why the Obama regime decided to violate federal laws then he won’t prosecute them for clearly violating federal laws.
Barr’s perverse legal theory means Obama and his criminal gang will not be prosecuted by the Administration they sought to overthrow. Obama and the rest will enjoy the same immunity from prosecution as Hillary, and I need a predicate from Barr as to why this is so.

Possibly a naive question but why are a pile of documents predicated on a falsehood classified in the first place?

Fine, I guess, but seems like a loaf of bread to satisfy the masses. Where is Durham's report? Thought that was coming right before Labor Day? Their silence has me concerned that we won't see any of it before the election, which will be very disappointing.

Oh, goodie. Durham is throwing us another scrap of meat. AG Barr and Mr. Durham, you only have two months left to continue running out the clock. You assume that Bite Me will steal the election which is your insurance policy for not having to indict Obie, Bite Me, Billary, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan, among others?

I think that Durham, Barr, and Ratcliffe already know pretty much everything, and are now just dotting the ''i'' and crossing the ''T'' to make the cases airtight. Probably also working to get the last 5% of the top people.

Given Justice Nullification in D.C. Democrats will never be convicted by a jury. But they can be indicted and charged with conspiracy and each have a trial as long as That of General Flynn.
I suggest to indict first the following:
Peter Strozk
Lisa Page Lover
Stephen M. Somma
Joseph Pientka III
Devin Archer
Brian Auten
David Archey
James Rybick
James Baker
Andrew McCabe
James Comey
DoJ Tasina Gauhar
Mary McCord
Dana Boente
George Z. Toscas
Sally Yates
Brookings institute Strobe Talbott
Igor Danchenko
Fiona Hill
Stephan Halper
Joseph Mifsud
John Brennan
Susan Rice
Joseph Biden
Barack Hussein Obama

I'm with #8 on this one. Maybe Barr is waiting for Hillary or Bill to die before pulling the scab off this sore.
