Amazon Prime Video did not offer a live stream of the Republican National Convention during primetime on Monday after it livestreamed all four nights of the Democratic National Convention last week. The RNC blackout meant that Amazon Prime subscribers couldn’t watch the first night of the convention through the Prime Video mobile app or through Fire TV devices. Breitbart News made multiple attempts to search for a primetime RNC livestream on Amazon but only found archived RNC footage from earlier in the day. Multiple Amazon Prime subscribers took to social media to complain about the RNC blackout Monday evening. Amazon’s official customer service Twitter account

Bezos has no business owning the Washington Post. Globalist. Puts Wall Street before Main Street! Puts Ch-naa before American jobs! Break up the monopoly!

Aren't they required by law to give equal time to each side?

Can we also break-up Bezos ? Just a little ? Just enough to cause him to pause and think a bit ?
People like Bezos, Zukerberg, Gates, 'Google' etc. have discovered that they actually now have the power to,
if not completely control, at least greatly influence the direction of .............
politics, elections, and perceptions of current events, even history by 'the majority' of our population, most of
whom have a serious deficet in the 'critical thinking processes'.
They may use this 'power' benevolently' or not but regardless - they are GOING TO USE IT !!!
Get used to it and be ready to counter it whenever and wherever you can !!

#2, Broadcast stations have requirements for the license. Amazon and so many other venues, Netflix and Hulu have no such restrictions.

If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it fall.. does it make a sound?
Livestream a zoom meeting with canned pre recorded boring speeches- and no one watches - does it matter?

It does not matter what the biased leftist media does. I watched it all of One America (OAN).

The internet is a great equalizer when searching for products, be they physical items or news items. I always check Amazon for prices, but often go elsewhere for a lower price. I use DuckDuckGo for less slanted searches instead of Google. The Tech titans with their progressive slant lead me to use/buy from their lesser known competitors. With all the crap about supporting Black Lies Matter, my options are getting smaller by the day. Amazon, Walmart, Staples, and other woke companies are off my radar when I am looking for something.

I noticed that. To be expected and I’m not surprised. Google will do its best to sabotage the live stream anyway it can too.

Amazon is going to own everything if we allow it.
I'm in the business of selling supplies to a specific type of business. At one of our trade shows last year, Amazon had a booth to promote their services to these customers. I work with a lot of 20 and 30 somethings who every day gush about Amazon prime this and Amazon streaming this. I let them know that Amazon is planning to make their jobs obsolete in a few years. I'm retiring in three years, so I don't care. And I don't do business with Amazon.

And Bezos bankrupt?

He can have Amazon or he can have the WaPo, but Bezos shouldn't have both. And his livestreaming service should be regulated like television stations are regulated. If they livestream all of the DNC nightly sessions then they ought to be required to livestream all of the RNC nightly sessions. When did we abandon the equal time requirement? Just because of new technology?

I just watched the live stream on Amazon Prime. I know I saw the logo for the convention yesterday too so I think this guy may have realized that you need to be a prime member to view their videos and streams.

I'm nor surprised at all about this. I'm wondering when Amazon will ban any republican from ordering from their site or when they decide demonrat commies get a special secret discount while charging republicans more for the same thing.
