Dozens of homeless men were moved into a Downtown Brooklyn boutique hotel Friday—just days after Mayor Bill de Blasio said he’s looking to end the city’s emergency coronavirus shelter program. During four different times Friday afternoon, The Post observed four yellow buses drop off more than 40 vagrants with their belongings in trash bags at the Hotel Indigo on Duffield Street, where a sign on the front door read that it “cannot accommodate reservations” for guests and redirected those with reservations to a nearby Sheraton hotel.(Snip) Another local railed, “It’s terrible. There is trash all over the place.” “This used to be a beautiful block

deblosio is rubbing the nose of the people of New York into the waste material he generated. he doesn't care, at all, who he hurts or who he bankrupts, in the process. he is, by far, the most ruthless and most vindictive mayor the people of New York have ever elected to the office.

How do people like de blasio come out of the Petri dish of life the way they do? His entire educational and life experiences had to be insane, for him and his fellow travelers to wreak such havoc on the American people!

I wonder how many of the people complaining, voted for this idiot? I'm sure there are many good people in NY that didn't vote for him, and those people I feel sorry for. For his fans, call it Karma!

I guess if the Residents of NY finally have enough of their Mayor, they could RECALL him. That would be the wise thing to do instead of simply watching him destroy your City!

As long as de Blasio retains power, New York City will continue to die. If he had genuine concern he would set up a homeless village in his back yard. An alternative would be the once-beautiful stores on Fifth Avenue because they aren't coming back. No wonder the Interstates are packed with New York license plates on vehicles going away from the state. When he attempts to raise taxes to cover all of his damage and mistakes he will discover that all of the taxpayers are gone.

The DHS refers to the homeless as their ‘clients’. What does that make the taxpayers? Their enablers, or just liberal stooges who finance programs that destroy their neighborhoods? ‘Welcome. Come on in with your drugs, booze, trash, and criminals. We’ll happily pay for it’. Fools.

Time for the good people of NYC to do pitchforks & torches. Storm his castle and tell the NYPD they need to do a stand down. or at least a very slow response. He deserves no protection or very little. I have visions everyday of a "Ceaușescu" happening to all the mayors and Governors who are destroying the peoples lives and freedoms. I can still see him and his wife running like rats. Just a little "peaceful" protest.

Although New Yorkers (not the rich of course) are suffering at the hands of Marxism, sometimes people have to learn the hard way. The worthless Mayor and his greedy wife are destroying New York probably for a generation.

This is pure communism at work. This will be the norm if Biden is elected. They have one goal and that is to destroy our country and our way of life. While you're at home looking for your next meal these elites will be dining on filet and lobster. Wake up....

They elected the POS because they are woke liberals......now enjoy the fruits of your empathy with the "powerless", you morons--you won't be able to "thank" deBozo properly until November 2021.

Those photos don't show the whole story. Watch Paul Joseph Watson's most recent Youtube video about NYC to see the reality.

I grew up in the outskirts of NYC (Jersey side) in the good ole days. It was fun having The City there to go to whenever we wanted. It breaks my heart to see the destruction that deBlasio has foisted on this great city. He's a menace worse than the virus.
However, I believe New York City will come back and be better than before and it will be done by Donald Trump Jr.

NYC is steadily deteriorating under the destructive ideas of DeBozo.

Maybe we could start shipping 'homeless' (bums) to NYC.
After all, there are 13,000 apartments that have been vacated.

NYC should be concerned with removing the awful scaffolding’s that cover their sidewalks. Then, arrest the youths that sucker-punch pedestrians. Finally, vote Republican.

Is this a new ploy used by Dem mayors and governors? Anchorage, AK mayor Ethan Berkowitz is trying to do something similar with 12.5 million in CARES money. IG is putting a stop to it, but Berkowitz and the Anchorage Assembly are saying they'll continue to go forward with their plans. FTA - "A call today with the city ended badly for Mayor Berkowitz and the nine Assembly members who just last night voted to spend $12.5 million of the CARES Act money — which is intended for COVID relief — to complete a $22.5 million deal for four buildings around Anchorage. Those buildings would be used to house street people and treat their drug addiction. " https://mustreadalaska.com/inspector-general-says-no-way-on-the-berkowitz-homeless-hotel-plan/

DeBlasio refers to the city's honest citizens as taxpayers. But he calls those who suck its resources "clients". With clients like this, the city will continue to decay and its most needed residents will flee forever.

This is yet another example of the “De Blasio touch.” He could touch gold and turn it into a hot steaming pile. It is a fair bet that the yellow buses will be back to take these street people to the poles in November so they can vote for the Democrats.

You want to know how slime like this crawls out of the petri dish? It is our current society where pornography is the biggest industry in the world....Where God has been rejected and relegated to hide from society in general...A society where profanity is more common than decency....Where there are no longer any family acceptable movies because every other word is the F-word...and where sports is bigger and more important than family life....Where LGBTQ "families" are celebrated and normal nuclear families are shunned...A society where anything goes is destined to go to hell and now we are reaping what we have sowed.

Have there been any published estimates of the bill to clean, disinfect and repair these hotels after the bums get moved out?
What about the Hazmat work that will be needed to clean up the 'meth labs'?
Anyone with any info, chip in!

Think of the disease they are spreading as one by one every building is contaminated. I don't know why liberals aren't over there welcoming them.
As I have said many times: one by one every city in this country will look like a third world ghetto. It's not white flight anymore. We are headed to the reservation. South Africa redux.

Plenty of cognitive dissonance here for all those good little leftists that have taken over Brooklyn. They have been very smug about their oh-so-cool gentrification of a once depressed area. Suddenly all the twee boutiques and restaurants are in jeopardy as people start to think seriously about leaving their overpriced tiny apartments for something cheaper and more spacious out in "the sticks".

Another FOB found it easier to fill his hotel using taxpayer dollars, and another neighborhood is trashed by idling bums. Why not? It's not often that Democrat Socialists get to reap so quickly the results of what they demand on election day.
