Chris Wallace is Shocked the Biden Campaign
Isn't Doing This Before the Convention

"Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace is in disbelief over the Biden campaign's decision not to have any top officials appear on the Sunday talk shows the weekend before the Democratic National Convention. The veteran journalist called it "the damnedest thing [he's] ever seen" in a Friday interview with Guy Benson on Fox News Radio. "So I've been doing Sunday shows with conventions. I started on Meet the Press in 1988. I've been doing it on and off. For what? What is that? Thirty-two years," Wallace said.

The Biden strategy in use now is the best possible, hide in the basement, say nothing, do nothing and depend upon the democrat drones to do their thing out of habit. Kamala doesn't display Joe's particular problems but she can't be trusted to speak off the cuff or answer anyting but softball questions either. They are a dream team - for the GOP.

It's been fairly easy to avoid mushmouth Chris during the usual FOX scheduling. But now he's here, there and everywhere, popping in on shows and segments as their election "expert". I can't stomach that smarmy puke with black shoe polish in his hair. Obviously the best place to be during election season is right here with the Lucianne Crew.

It's all about them and their ratings. Media listeners/viewers are Leftists. They need to have the reps from Biden's camp to attract their audience. It's quite funny of how abusive dems are of the media and the media just whines about it. They are like a woman in an abusive relationship that refuses to dump the guy. Trump simply points out they are not truthful and they go insane.

Chris Wallace is nothing more than a covert Democrat employed on the Fox News Channel. His problem with Biden-Harris is that they have not yet booked to appear on his Sunday show. Inside the DC beltway and New York City centric political pundits all hang out together and voice each other’s opinions 24/7 these days. When it comes down to the nut cutting they don’t have a clue what the great American silent majority all across the country will do on Election Day. That’s why they were so surprised when Hillary Clinton lost the last election, remember the more things change the more they stay the same!

After a 15-year career in the military, Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins began working as a consultant for several defense contractors, the U.S. government and NATO, positions that would have been prime avenues for the former Green Beret to continue the espionage activity he is accused of doing in a federal indictment released Friday. Debbins, 45, allegedly provided officers with Russia’s military intelligence agency, the GRU, with classified and sensitive information from 1997 to 2011, when he served in Army Special Forces and on inactive duty with the U.S. Army Reserves.

The Democratic National Convention is over, and Democrats did not leave much to voters’ imaginations. The party faithful were likely enlivened by the speakers who sketched out a transformative vision for the future of the country. Less ideological voters will probably appreciate the not-exactly-subtle efforts to contrast Joe Biden’s character and comportment with Donald Trump’s. The party smartly shaped much of its pitch around the pandemic, which will likely be the election’s most salient issue and one that does not favor the incumbent president.

President Trump’s warning to a conservative gathering that before this election is resolved the person who could next emerge as President is Nancy Pelosi, well, it’s a startling point. It’s not entirely idle, though. The Constitution, and legislation it grants the Congress the power to pass, both envision a situation where the Speaker could automatically become president at 12:01 p.m. o’clock on January 20. Neither Mr. Trump, as we understand him, nor we are saying such an event is likely. Just possible. Were it to come to pass, though, it would be completely — to the degree that there is such a constitutional concept — kosher.

Kamala Harris makes my skin crawl. She gives synthetic products a bad name. Her acceptance speech as the Democrats’ vice presidential nominee this past Wednesday night (text here) was meant to apply the veneer of normality to her characteristic bizarreries. I want to pause only over one passage, beginning with this statement: “And while this virus touches us all, let’s be honest, it is not an equal opportunity offender. Black, Latino and Indigenous people are suffering and dying disproportionately.” Why? She explains: “This is not a coincidence. It is the effect of structural racism. Of inequities in education and technology, health care and housing, job security and transportation.” How does that work?

It took approximately 20 seconds for former Secretary of State John Kerry to drop the first flagrant lie in his Democratic National Convention speech, when he claimed that the Obama administration’s so-called Iran deal had “eliminated the threat of an Iran with a nuclear weapon.” It didn’t get any better from there. Kerry knows well that sunset provisions in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action provided Iran’s government with a pathway to building nuclear weapons in a few years. He knows well that Israel uncovered a giant cache of documents with instructions on how to jumpstart a program to build a nuclear arsenal,

Joe Biden's speech that closed the book on this year's virtual Democratic National Convention was the best one that the former vice president could have delivered. Biden spoke clearly with a poise and conviction that have been absent in nearly two years of campaigning for the 2020 presidential election. This was possible because Biden stuck to his strengths. He talked about his biography, the influence of his father, the deaths of his first wife and his eldest son. He spoke broadly about the "possibilities" of American life and the dignity of work. He did not say Donald Trump's name, though he alluded several times to his failings.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. — A former Army Green Beret living in northern Virginia was arrested Friday, charged with divulging military secrets about his unit's activities in former Soviet republics during more than a decade of contacts with Russian intelligence. Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, 45, told Russian intelligence he considered himself a “son of Russia,” according to an indictment made public after his arrest. “Debbins thought that the United States was too dominant in the world and needed to be cut down to size,” prosecutors alleged. The indictment also states that Debbins was motivated in part because of bitterness over his Army career and a desire to establish business contacts in Russia.

After spending the bulk of his lieutenant governorship waging war against California's last remaining nuclear power plant, Gov. Gavin Newsom is begging residents to turn up their thermostats as the state battles excruciating heat waves, roaring wildfires, and now, state-sanctioned blackouts to preserve its worst-in-America power grid. California's power is not as carbon-efficient as clean nuclear energy, nor is it as cheap as traditional mass fossil fuels. If you're looking to drink your problems away at your favorite dive bar, too bad; Newsom shut the indoor dining rooms. If you want to sit on a patio, you have to seek out the establishments that survived the state's shutdown.

NR’s Zachary Evans has reported on the Justice Department’s indictment of former Trump campaign manager and White House adviser Steve Bannon, along with three codefendants — Brian Kolfage, an Air Force vet who became a triple-amputee serving in the Iraq War; Andrew Badolato, a longtime Bannon associate; and Timothy Shea, who helped Kolfage establish “We Build the Wall,” the campaign said to be at the center of the alleged fraud scheme. The indictment unsealed today elucidates that a great deal of investigative scutwork went into this case, chiefly by the U.S. postal inspectors and prosecutors from the U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York.

Joe Biden delivered a solid, if overhyped, speech last night accepting his party’s nomination for the highest office in the land. It effectively put a cap on the Democratic National Convention (DNC) and summed up the Democrats’ case thus: Joe Biden is a good and kind man; Donald Trump is not. Biden’s decency has been hugely exaggerated, as my colleague Ramesh Ponnuru has explained at Bloomberg Opinion, but he does seem a Boy Scout compared with his opponent.
