It has been widely reported in the last several days that, sometime within the past ten days to two weeks, a seven-year-old boy from Chatham County (the Savannah area), Georgia died "from COVID-19." If the media didn't say the child died "from COVID-19" they reported that he died "of COVID-19" or "of coronavirus."
Even Fox News declared, "A 7-year-old old boy from Savannah, Ga., with no underlying conditions, became the youngest victim to die from the coronavirus ..." (Emphasis mine.) Like Fox News, virtually all of the media repeatedly reported that the child had "no underlying conditions."
A lie of omission. Or as.. Paul Harvey used to say ...."And now, for the rest of the story!"

Once again, the media has an agenda.........create FEAR!!! You can't watch the news any longer because you wonder if you are receiving accurate information.

I am going to pour another cup of coffee and wait while the real journalists we have left can discover the story. Hat tip for the mention of Paul Harvey's ''rest of the story.''

So many fools believe the lying media. That is one of our biggest problems.

What has been witnessed by medical experts have been "late stage" disease seizures. "patients with COVID-19 may have hypoxia, multiorgan failure, and severe metabolic and electrolyte disarrangements; hence, it is plausible to expect clinical or subclinical acute symptomatic seizures to happen in these patients. One should be prepared to treat seizures appropriately, if they happen in a patient who is already in a critical medical condition".
The youngster was not in critical medical condition at the time of the suspected seizure. Slip and fall is the likely reason for death. Proving once again to the average person the dangerous room in their house is the bathroom.

Just as we all suspected. Meanwhile, children dying from death by gunfire seems to be an acceptable part of urban life.

Another drive by Chinese virus death. Reporting a death as caused by the virus has been going on for as long as the virus has been around. Seems there's a financial incentive to do so to the family. So the current count of some 160,000 deaths due to the virus could be close to half of that amount. Still a high number, but no worse than what's expected from a bad flu season, and no reason to shutdown the economy.

I read all these polls claiming nobody trusts the media, then I see 98% of people in public, in a place with no mask mandate, dutifully donning a face diaper.

Hmmm, what other serious illnesses did he have?
He likely died with covid, not BECAUSE OF COVID!

Boy, ain’t it the truth, #10? I’ve had conversations with multiple people who don’t believe the media, the CDC, nor any of the statistics, who dutifully wear a mask. You know why? “Well, if it makes someone else feel safe...” The demedia/medical community have done a superb job of selling that one.

Why do a ''rapid Covid test'' on someone who had a seizure and fell in the shower? The left is so desperate to harm America, in an effort to beat President Trump, that they must lie and deceive about everything!
Open the schools! If Wal Mart is open, there is no reason for schools to be closed!

DIed with, NOT 'died of', and it appears that he had an epileptic siezure, which is a pre-existing condition, im my opinion.

Just visited the Texas COVID-19 Statistics website and found there have been
498, 825 total "cases" with 498,825 active, 9070 deaths and 0 recoveries.
So, I guess those 9070 deaths are still active and No one has recovered?
No joke, C'mon man!

This lie helped districts who were planning face-to-face or hybrid instruction decide to full virtual. Teachers are afraid and refuse to put themselves and their families in danger after months of "keeping themselves safe," so they are refusing (wish we all could refuse to work as our bosses dictate and still get paid) to go face-to-face or even to work onsite. Mission freakin' accomplished, lying media.

The CDC says that nationwide, 76 kids (under age 18) have died of Covid. (https://data.cdc.gov/NCHS/Provisional-COVID-19-Deaths-Among-Ages-0-18-Years/nr4s-juj3)
By comparison, the CDC estimates that 643 kids (under age 17) died from seasonal flu during the 2017-2018 outbreak. (https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/2017-2018.htm)
So, what's missing here is a sense of proportion.

My previous post ignored the possibility that pediatric Covid deaths might have been much worse than flu deaths if states hadn't locked down. How to counter that argument?
Sweden is the only place I know that didn't close elementary schools. Finland did close theirs. In July, the health agencies of the two countries issued a joint report stating that there was no difference in the number of cases among children, that severe cases were very rare, and there were no deaths in either country. An epileptic fall is NOT "a covid death" in any sane place. Only in the lying Enemedia's world does that story get invented.

What, the media omit something in order to make President Trump look bad, I can't believe it. How can you report someone having died from covid when the person died as a result of a fall. What liars. Trump 2020
